All right, the beam was blocked when Elyx used Frostfire Cannon. It did not stop the impact completely considering Cannon was only able to get in the way for a couple seconds. However, Virgo was given those two seconds to escape just in time. Frostfire-Make is H ranked, since the ability explains it is user ranked in power.
- Frostfire Make: The user of the magic can create the special element at will and is able to use it for any circumstance when out of battle. When in battle, however, the user can use it to deal spell damage equal to the rank of the user once per post. If need be, the magic user may defend with the element instead, blocking one spell equal to the rank of the user. (Out of combat may be used infinitely. In combat, may use it either for offense or defense once per post.)
There is one thing that is special about Aludra's Meteor that makes it different from just an S ranked impact. Though equal impact has been made with it, that was exactly why the Meteor was able to ignore it and continue on.
Active Ability: Aludra places her staff up into the air as it glows with blinding white light. A giant spirit meteor is launched down onto an area up to 175 meters away, and when the meteor hits the ground, anything that it hits within 250 meters of the meteor takes S rank magic damage. This spell can't be stopped by S rank or lower impact.
Aludra used Meteor in the last post, giving her a chance to still attack in this post. So she fired a simple ball of light magic at Zack towards his right side, hoping he would dodge towards the left. This is because Virgo set up a trap for him. She's far enough for evacuation range, but if Zack leaps towards the left, she catches him in her chains, forcing him to stay still.
- Virgo's Chains:
Passive Effect: Chain Manipulation, the chains around her wrists can be used for fighting as well. These can be extended to dual-wielding chains that extend up to 30 meters (Due to FT canon series). Those wrap are wrapped in the chains are immobilized and unable to use magic or move. They can't be manipulated by their own abilities or lineages, but by others instead.
Elyx was able to see past the images using a magic item he has, the Rose Petal Orb
. It nulls the after-images and allows him to see the real Zack.
- Deemo's Wit:
-Deemo's Wit: Once every three posts, the user can see through one illusion spell of an equal or less rank (Up to A rank) of the user.
And to avoid letting Zack hitting Elyx, he used the ability of his Sky Cloak
to get to Zack via teleportation within a second, dodging the arrows.
- Sky Cover:
Sky Cover (A Rank): The User is able to dissolve into the background and reappear a distance up to 100 meters away within half a second. Every post this ability is being used, the user loses 5% of their HP. This can only be used once per turn.
Being so close, Celestial Fire activates once again between Virgo and Elyx.
- Celestial Fire:
Anyone who is within 20 meters of a Celestial spirit except the user or other Celestial Spirits take 5% Health damage for every turn they are that dangerously close to a Celestial Spirit. If an enemy is one rank higher than the Celestial Spirit they are around, the damage is cut to 2.5%. 2 ranks or higher will result in no damage infliction. For each rank lower than the Celestial spirits ranking, the damage added is 5% for each rank in difference.
And finally, Elyx is using an S ranked spell after he teleports to Zack. Sky Deity Bellows. It's basically a wind version of Sky Dragon Roar. If Zack was successfully caught in the chains, he can't avoid this. If he isn't and can react to teleportation, a Meteor and a ball of white light, he has a chance of avoiding it.
- Sky Deity Bellows:
Name: Sky Deity's Bellows
Duration: Instant (Bleeding Effect, 3 Turns)
Cooldown: 9 Turns
Description: Elyx compresses air within his stomach, breathing in deep before breathing out with all the force he can. All of the air compressed becomes a violent spinning wind that has a radius of 75 meters. The spiraling winds travel a distance of 100 Meters and at 150 MPH. The direction of the roar can't be changed by the user. Any attack of S ranking will not stop this spell unless it is an Rock based attack, or done so by a demon slayer who casted out an equal ranking spell. Those caught by this attack obtain a Bleed effect, making them lose 5% HP for three turns. The spell inflicts 75% S ranked damage rather than the regular 100.
-The violent winds travel at a devastating 100 meters at 150 MPH.
-A 75 meter radius to hit multiple opponents rather than solely a couple of them.
-Bleeding effect applies 5% HP damage per turn after they are hit by this spell.
-The Winds must travel in one direction only, the direction Elyx chose to fire them at.
-Elyx must breathe in and compress the air within his stomach first before he could fire the roar.
-The wind can hit both allies and enemies alike, and even the user if they aren’t careful.
-Bleeding effect only works on opponents hit by this spell. SS ranked mages lose 2.5% of their health with the Bleeding effect rather than the usual 5. H rank or higher mages are immune to the Bleeding.
Aludra tried to block the spell with just her staff, but her physical strength was not enough. She reduced the damage in half, but still took 29 HP damage.
Additional Notes: Elyx does have have an ability in his Secondary that when a Celestial Spirit lands a hit onto an enemy, each hit (Up to 6%) gives Elyx 3% MP back. Celestial Fire on the last post resulted with Virgo and Elyx hitting Zack, so he gains 6% MP.
- Celestial Feed:
Whenever a Celestial Spirit lands a successful strike onto an opponent, the user gains 3% MP. This can only be used to gain 6% MP maximum per turn. Each Celestial Spirit can only add 3% to this ability, regardless of how many hits they make in a post.
And Elyx on this post used the basic rules of being a Sky God Slayer, and ate some air, giving him 5% MP back.
Oh, and it turns out that this is one of Aiyana's Abilities.
- Frostfire Aura:
- Frostfire Aura: Aiyana emits an aura in combat that has both effects of the FrostFire. Enemies in the 60 meter radius aura will find themselves chilled to the bone and burning hot at the same time. Slows enemies in the aura by 25% while they are in it.
