Strengths:
~ Allows Igsa to gain water for her arms in places she would be lacking ways to remake them.
~ Allows her water to become a more viable weapon.
~ Gives all of her strikes a little bonus to their abilities.
Weaknesses:
~ Much like the previous arms the water from this tattoo can be eaten.
~ The buff to her arms is only for her arms.
~ Unlike most other items the tattoo can be damage for a thread causing it's effects to wane.
~ The water the tattoo creates can be a very easy way to make her more susceptible to electric attacks.
Abilities:
Water Flow: Igsa creates a small amount of water from the tattoo itself something she can use to not only re-create her arms should they somehow be destroyed or damaged. But also allows her to use the water to her advantage.
Tactical Advantage: The tattoo allows Igsa's arms to receive the bonuses to water damage that she would normally not get on them buffing her melee damage.
