    Rank: Legendary
    Type: Magic Necklace
    Description: A necklace with a clock on it with hands that seem to move backwards and not forwards. It seems to radiate small bits of time magic from its hands with each and every tick, as well as seem to repair itself as if damaged.

    Strengths: -  Good for time mages.
    - Works well on helping others.
    - Gives Nao a second chance.
    Weaknesses: – Stealing and wearing this helps the user.
    - Very situational.
    - Long cooldowns on effects.
    - Can be stopped by other time magic.
    Passive 1:

    Name: Fast Recovery
    Rank: Users rank up to A
    Duration: Passive
    Cooldown: Passive
    Description: Time-based spells up to A rank reduce cooldowns by 1.
    Strengths: – Faster cooldown reductions.
    - Allows the user to cast more spells.
    - Can double benefit some time spells.
    Weaknesses: – Only works with time magic, and in Nao’s case this is his secondary magic.
    - With Nao it has no offensive ability.
    - Any mage that uses time magic can steal it and use it for them.
    - Doesn’t work on higher up time magic spells.

    Passive 2:

    Name: Rewind Res
    Rank: User rank up to A rank
    Duration: Situational Passive
    Cooldown: 7 posts
    Description: If the users reaches 0% hp, the necklace brings them back to as if they were at 75% of their rank in hp, as well as 50% more mp that they had before (capping at 100%). This allows them to carry on fighting, but the passive goes on cooldown for 7 posts after.
    Strengths: – Powerful healing passive.
    - Allows the user to continue fighting even after they have been knocked out one.
    - Can bestow the necklace on someone who is about to die to bring them back.
    Weaknesses: – Way too  situational for constant use.
    - Long cooldown for something that only heals for half their health.
    - If someone steals it then they can benefit from the passive.
    - Doesn’t get affected by any cooldown reduction spells and effects because it is a passive and not a spell.

    - Can double benefit some time spells.  I'm not going to allow cooldown reduction to stack on itself.  Please explain further what you mean that it'll double benefit some time spells
    Weaknesses: See above in the description for what I want with weaknesses for this effect to be allowed

    Description: If the users reaches 0% hp, the necklace brings them back to as if they were at 75% Change this to scaling up with you up to A Rank.  Though, I wouldn't allow it to go over 25%of their rank in hp, as well as 50% more mp I would say that either HP or MP, not both unfortunately, as the ability to return to life from "the dead" is a rather powerful effect to begin with.  Remove the MP gain, please. that they had before (capping at 100%). This allows them to carry on fighting, but the passive goes on cooldown for 7 posts after.
    Strengths: – Powerful healing passive.
    - Allows the user to continue fighting even after they have been knocked out one.
    - Can bestow the necklace on someone who is about to die to bring them back.
    Weaknesses: – Way too  situational for constant use.
    - Long cooldown for something that only heals for half their health. Change this to state that it can only be used once per topic
    - If someone steals it then they can benefit from the passive.
