    Job Description:

    Motor City.

A place of engines and noise, gear heads and grease monkeys. If you wanted a custom vehicle, this was the place to go. What's that? You want your motorcycle to have teeth? Real teeth? Look no further. Want your car to make other cars look like shopping carts? You're in the right place. Feel like a relaxing drive in a brand new tank? Welcome home.

However, there were some, believe it or not, that didn't feel all that comfortable in the city of oil. One such person, a certain gray-haired mage, was standing on the outskirts of town.

Dmitry Kazakov had trouble with most towns in general, the exception being Hargeon and even then, he had a hard time getting around sometimes. But despite his uniform dislike of cities, towns, and other such ilk, Motor city was by far the worst. For a person connected to the natural order, a person who is bound to several spirits derived from that order, this place was a nightmare. Just looking at it was making Dmitry's face pale and his stomach turn. The spirits preferred to avoid such a place and for good reason; such a human touch was all that was necessary to drive these beings away.

The only reason the Lamia Scale mage had come in the first place was a disturbing tremor he felt in what spirits were left in the area or, rather, the spirits that came in response. Something was happening here that was even more unnatural then what this city usually represented, a frightening thought to say the least. As much as Hargeon needed all the help they could get to rebuild, this was something Dmitry simply couldn't ignore. The medium sighed and reluctantly began heading towards the city, eager to find the source of this disturbance quickly.

Izayoi had made her way to motor city, she had heard rumors of strange mutations or something. She didn't really care honestly but needed the Jewel for other more important things, like Lilith, the adopted daughter Izayoi had. Not so much a daughter as a girl that she saved for a death sentence cause she lost control of her powers and so she found herself working for a better reason other then herself. She sighed to herself as she entered the city, the smell of smog and other pollutants filled her sensitive nose, human always pressed for advancement at the cost of other things. She had heard some kind of mutant had showed up in the city, which in her mind was not surprising. she had seen what could be done when magic went rampant.

She had read that strange beast were appearing as, and that these beast all resembled birds in some ways. It was because of those reports she felt this job suited her, she would find out what had caused the changed and what had changed the souls of the birds to attack people.

    "humans will never learn...."

Izayoi mumbled to herself as she walked down the city street, where would she look first its not like the reports were that detailed. Izayoi sighed to herself and summoned a 2 guilt legions, both of which cause a bit of a stir as the appered next to Izayoi.

"Find our targets, when you do report back."

The two legions bowed and took off, one jumping high into the air and started climbing the buildings, the other took down the street in search of it target. Izayoi was about to go find some place to take a seat while the legions looked when on of the law enforcement of the city got in her hair.

"HEY KID! what are you doing!"

Izayoi turned to face the man, a large man with a jolly looking face, not exactly what she expected to find in this kind of this city.

"Your the one causing all the issues! Your coming with me!"

The officer grabbed her arm and started to drag her off, Izayoi clawed at his hand trying to get him off.

"HEY I'm a guild wizard here to help with the problem!!!!"

The officer draged her to what looked like a squad car or something and shoved her in the back.

"Stay right there... guild wizard my butt... kids these days.."

The man picked up his radio and called for some help, giving the description of her legions to other police officers. Izayoi simple sat pouting in the back of the officers car, not mad cause she was their but cause he had called her a child. Izayoi huffed and leaned back, waiting for the

Dmitry was clearly grimacing as he headed through the smog filled city, putting a hand to his nose and mouth every now and then to cover the stench of industry. How did people live like this? It didn't add up to the man who had lived in wild for ten years of his life, having only stopped after joining Lamia Scale. The fact that people could live in such a place, let alone chose to, completely and utterly baffled the nature bound mage. Unfortunately, while he had sensed what he could only be described as a disturbance, he had no information whatsoever on what exactly was causing it. The only thing he knew was that for a disturbance in the flow of nature to be noticeable from a place as unnatural as this meant that it was something obscene, though that still didn't leave Dmitry much to go on.

As the mage struggled to search for some kind of clues while bearing the noxious and loud place he was in, he felt a strange tremor in the small amount of spirit activity that was left here. For a place with so little activity left to produce such spiritual stimuli could only mean one thing: something that had no business in this world had shown itself.

Snapped out of his haze and no longer concerned with the noise or smog, Dmitry began sprinting towards the center or this tremor, hoping it had something to do with the disturbance that brought him to this wretched place. However, what he inevitably found was a young looking girl shouting about being a guild wizard and some officer trying to arrest her. Deciding that this mage probably new something he didn't if she was here officially, Dmitry working up a convincing concerned-big-brother face.

"Hey! There you are!" He said with manufactured glee, giving the girl a look that said 'play along' before turning to the officer with an apologetic look. "Sorry about my little sisiter, she keeps trying out her magic and causing trouble..." If the girl took the hint and the two of them fooled the officer, Dmitry would wait until they were away from him before speaking.

"So, your here about the problems around here, huh?" He said, his expression completely changing to a calm, cool demeanor.

    "What do you know?"
