    The Hunter

OOC: Erika's using her normal form so we can go full ham.

Some man was after treasures, it was a classic tale, but Erika was fed up with it, his little charade was... annoying. The Rune Knights had been talking about stopping him, but weren't sending anyone, too busy elsewhere, too bad Erika wasn't high enough of a rank yet to really influence their deployments, otherwise she'd just send people out and take credit for it, but alas she had to actually get her hands dirty. it was an annoying trek as well, she had to basically romp through the dirty desert and then the forest, really she should have just tricked someone to come out here, but she didn't trust them to not betray her, since frankly she expected everyone to betray her, after all, it's what she would do without a second thought.

Arriving at the site proper however left Erika with a bad taste in her mouth, it was already dug into which meant she had to go down into an unimportant old building out in the middle of nowhere to recover such treasures for her own end. The place was fairly remote, it held lush vegetation around it, and stone slabs sticking out of the ground though the big difference was the crater that had been dug down into had a pushed aside door located near the center of the clearing. There wasn't anyone outside really guarding it, well from what Erika could tell, which meant that obviously there was no one there since she was perfect. That meant that they were all within the caverns or whatever proper, it was very... annoying, she'd had to get dirty, and she had just finished knitting these clothes too. Oh the disappointments that she went through just to ensure a little extra was on her side, oh well such was the price of a high ambition.

Approaching towards the crater Erika was about to enter the doorway, when she suddenly heard something, someone was coming back to the site proper and they didn't sound like a friendly. She supposed that she'd already have to spill lesser blood, oh well such was the trivial nature of these fools, always in the wrong place at the wrong time.

Sasha headed up and through the thickness of the forest ahead, in search of some random tower she had to go to. Not so sure really on if she had to be in with some form of an ally or anything of a sort for a mission like this. She had the power and the ability to do this without anyone, but hey the more the merrier was always welcome as long as she didn't get stabbed in the back at the end. After all, it would only be a bigger pain in the ass to try and have to fight off an ally of sorts that she had at one time fought through this tower of.. whatever it was here. Maybe her country girl charm could get her out of a situation of that sorts, but there would never really be any knowing of if it would or could happen or not until she got there.

Either way, the red headed redneck was albeit dressed to fit her background as a farm girl. A red and white plaid designed collared short sleeve shirt with a pair of blue jeans with a couple small rips in the knees horizontally, and a pair of boots on her feet. Over top it all, she wore a light like hooded jacket in a violet color. Her short, shoulder length red hair was left in it's natural flow, light and large like curl over her shoulders though not seeming as though a curler was touched to the locks. As Sasha had come to approach the place, she found that she had come to what seemed to NOT be the entrance, but a blank wall. Her head turned in either direction as though taking a shortcut through the wooded areas worked well, it left her in the wrong spot away from the pathway to the place.

Lastly, the red head had come around and into the path, before letting out a small yelp as her boot caught on a hidden tree root and she fell, planting onto her face onto the ground. She let out a groaning sound as she rubbed her face, removing any and all dirt from her face and hair, shaking her head physically to get her mind back on track. After getting onto her knees, the former farm girl had noticed a woman had been standing by, seeming to be very defensive and on guard for the most part. "Ahaha. Howdy there.. S-Sorry about scaring you like that. I uh.. came to knock some gemheads together harder than a couple bulls lockin' horns at the rodeo. Wanna join me?" Rather adamant of the whole thing, she giggled and smiled brightly as she waited for a reply... Of course she didn't really notice whether or not the girl was a part of the crew she came for...

Here Erika was, listening for a few murderers and then out of nowhere comes this strange girl falling right near where Erika was. it was a brilliant display of poor coordination skills if she had to say so, and she did. it almost made Erika give out a chuckle, but then the girl got up and dusted herself off, speaking in quite the odd way. Erika would have found this amusing, but such things that were so different only made her wonder just what inferior stock she came from. Don't get Erika wrong, she viewed everyone as coming from an inferior origin, just this one was one she hadn't heard before, was it that country thing? Maybe, but she wasn't one to stereo type, after all, that only lead to poor assumptions based off of others opinions, and of course, the only one that mattered was Erika's.

"Oh my, not even a name introduction after your little fall from grace, I am slightly ashamed right now for you, but I shall let it slide, the name is Erika, oh and please hold your thought for but a moment."

Suddenly out from the corner of Erika's eye, and a wonderful little rock formation, or was it rubble, regardless five of the hunters appeared, or at least it seemed to be five, Erika didn't bother to count lesser beings that much, after all, if you count all of the ants then you are just wasting your time.

"Hey, you there, stop! You aren't allowed to be he----"

Suddenly the men were lifted up off of the ground, with their hands containing their guns pointing towards the sky rather than Erika and Sasha. Looking towards Sasha again Erika gave a small smile, it was soft, but knowing Erika would probably look a little menacing.

"Now then, I don't understand this rodeo talk, but you mean to beat up these plebeians in order to recover a bit of treasure, then I suppose you can accompany me in my majesty down in the depths. Just try not to trip please, I don't wish to get more dust than needed on my designer boots."

The five little hunters struggled up within the air as their clothing seemed to constrict down on them till some of them just burst apart. it was like Erika was popping pinata's except it wasn't candy that came out. their lifeless bodies drifting downwards towards the ground, Erika gave a graceful pointing towards the entrance.

    "Ladies first."

For a moment she almost felt like Faeral, though that would make her inferior so the thought quickly faded.

Sasha at first didn't really know how to react after the fall, besides spilling out what first came to her mind without any cause for any misfortunate outcome that could come from it all, but that would be a problem if only had to be one. For the most part it seemed to be the best of things at the moment, and it didn't seem like the woman standing before her had any ill intentions towards the red head either. That in it of itself was a good thing to know even for the time being. She chuckled a little at the woman's comment, trying to keep up with the way she spoke was a little hard to do for someone -much like Sasha- had no clue what type of background would lead to someone speaking like that. However, she simply nodded and stayed quiet with just standing up to her feet and finishing up her speech.

She paused, still partially bent down as five men ran out toward the pair of girls, one screaming out something before he was cut off from his speech, as well as the others from being able to move. Out of fascination, Sasha watched as the 5 of them levitated from what it seemed and wondered what exactly made them do that.. though her suspicion was that it was the pink haired girl. Either way, her eyes soon burst wide as shock grew on her face as they popped like a balloons almost, blood spilling out onto the floor. She staggered back lightly and grabbed onto her head as her mind played sketchy films of her somewhat recent blood shedding experience and just gritted her teeth and pushed it aside. Clearing her throat, Sasha walked up to Erika and her expression from earlier seemed to have shifted a clear bit from earlier, her eyes glaring at the girl before she paused in her place and turned to face her. "Sasha Martin, ma'am. And I'll simply take that example as you don't care about tossing around bodies like hay bales, so don't change your mind later on on me, got it?" Folding her arms at her chest at the conclusion of her comment, she began to walk into the entrance of the building and left it be without much of a care in the world for how close or far that the girl had began to follow her.

"My little girl, I am anything if not consistent in my attitudes. You shall find that I show no quarter to any who prove their insolence against me, which includes you little Sasha. But I doubt you shall, after all, you didn't try and point a gun at me."

Erika stated in a chipper fashion, this was going to be a fun little romp through the woods, or rather an underground tomb, perhaps this would prove to be more fun than Erika originally anticipated, maybe she would even enjoy herself a bit especially if the group of "enemies" that tried to assail them proved that they could put up even a tiny bit of a fight, though that was sadly unlikely, not much could stand against Erika, and come out unbruised. Not by her fighting of course, though that was potent, no the main threat was her ego, almost everyone grew hatred for the little ice cream haired girl at some point, but at least most viewed her as the fool or a minor annoyance and nothing that "intimidating".

The little excavation in entrance proved to become a bit roomier after a few feet, apparently it was more of a breach than a tunnel, which was good, things could be a bit awkward if fighting became so close quarters. Still, though, the room that was at the end of the little hallway was much better, and to make matters worse, it looked like there were several paths. Wandering past  Sasha for a moment, Erika looked around only to notice that there wasn't a real answer to her problem which was exactly where this dreadful treasure was located. Huffing a bit, Erika noticed a group of the hunters moving down the hallway on her left, and pointed towards them, with a bit of a yawn.

"You speak like you enjoy a little bit of hay bale tossing right? Please tell me you can at least fight, and if you can please do battle with them, I wish to make sure that you won't trip up... no offense, but I judge all people as not as effective as me, it's just the way the world works. Now prove me wrong, or right if you view it as my intention the whole time."

Post by Gisen Ceostra 6th January 2016, 11:01 am

The more that Erika had come to speak to Sasha, the more her mind seemed to become more and more sparce of the whole understanding of how she spoke. Not that it was bad, but she was used to more basic types of speech, but Erika had one that would probably seem more foreign like another language, but that couldn't be it. Comparison wise however, it was a very accurate summation, but her possibly high class lifestyle compared to Sasha's country upbringing left little to be used to bringing the pair of girls closer rather than splitting them apart in trying to understand one another. Though with passing time, it was sure that they would come to get a grip of the difference... Or at least for the sake of progress one would hope so. "So... You're saying you trust me or something...? I'm not understanding fully."

She chuckled the rubbed the back of her head, being more than lost in the translation she tried to come around with being truthful about it. Of course, she didn't necessarily try to figure it out what with the discovery of their location. Quickly it seemed Erika took care of it and it wasn't anything more than a little stretch for her. Whatever magic she had used to get the job done left little to the eye to see. Without speaking a word, she followed the girl for a little until she had come to a forked path. Whatever it seemed to be, she looked down each one and taking small sniffs as she had stepped toward each of the paths. Maybe the scent of electrical tools being used would help them find the right path, but it seemed a little hard to do so with the little time she had of her exposure to the lacrima.

Her attention turned toward the direction of the yawning that came out of Erika's mouth before looking toward the direction she pointed in. "If you say so, I'll get right on it." She sighed and chuckled as she walked passed Erika and stopped at the entrance, taking stance as her morpher would begin to glow a bit and electricity would begin to charge up and form a ball in between her hands. "Being ordered around like this reminds me of when I used to be a Rune Knight.. ehehe." Her hands would slowly start to expand away from each other as the ball grew to the size of a softball, and with a swift forward trusting motion, she would launch the ball down until it hit the group, exploding almost with the collision and sending them all flying, some into the walls and getting knocked out by the force of their heads hitting the wall and then dropping to the ground.

Standing back up to a normal position, she blinked in surprise that she had managed to only need to do that much before shrugging it off and stepping to the side and smiling as she looked back to Erika. "I uh.. didn't think that would go so well, but I'll lead us down this way. I have the means and reaction times to keep us both protected." Sasha had come to ignore what she had said earlier. Of course, the idea she had known and meant to technically be "tested" for her usefulness as a mage felt a little belittling, it didn't seem like such a good idea to bring that up at a time like this and in such an enclosed space.. Or at least enclosed by Sasha's standards.

This girl's abilities came as quite the "shock" to Erika. What a fun little power, maybe Sasha could help Erika change a lightbulb sometime, surely Sasha managed to spark in the opponents an idea of her power. Seriously, though, this was good, she could handle herself which meant that Erika wouldn't have to do all the heavy lifting like she had been doing before. This dank enviroment would certainly not scuff her fashion designer clothes as much as she had originally thought, and though she could just as easily fix said clothes with the wave of her hand she oh so preferred to have the children off seas in her factories do that for her, after all she wasn't paying them one jewel a day to sit on their lazy butts and do nothing after all, that was good money and they needed to work for it, how else was she going to pay off that stupid "air conditioning" expense that she put in after too many of them got "heat exhaustion" or "died from said heat". Erika was actually so caught up in her own little train of thought, as she often is, that she almost missed what Sasha had said, like when she was in the rune knights? How very interesting, an ex Rune Knight. Though Erika didn't consider herself a part of them, after all, how can she be a part of anything when everything is beneath her, she still was 'technically' in them, if not in another form. To know that this person had either quit or was kicked out of them was very interesting... now Erika knew that she was trained, at least in the basic's, a good little tid bit of information, far more important than the fools that they were going up against.

Suddenly Sasha declared that she would keep them both protected, or at least she had the abilities to keep them both protected, she probably meant more as the one to keep watch, but of course, Erika just had to have fun with that little comment. Course at this point Sasha had proved she could fight and that she wasn't going to simply get mad if Erika did her normal little jokes here and there, so Erika was fine with partying up with her for this little adventure, sure beat pondering to one's self this whole time, after all, Erika knows her own magnificence, it's others who must also know it too that's the important part!

"You shall keep us safe, then lead on my protector, I am in your humble charge."

Of course Erika stated it with a bit of a giggle in her tone, it was half mocking and half for fun, she wanted to see just how far she could poke this one without it spilling into complete chaos, that and she always liked to keep people both focused on her and on alert since if you were annoyed with Erika, then you were probably looking for something to punch in the face, which meant the enemy, which meant that Erika has an easier time as you punch everything in the face. A mutually beneficial relationship if you were.

The dug in catacombs that they were going to patrol however were still filled with danger, with Sasha leading the way and Erika playing the blissful damsel in distress, or should it be a bitch in damsels clothing, things could only get potentially dumber, or better from here on out, only time will tell.

As the pair continued down just a bit after their recent encounter, it seemed as though Erika had been a little quiet. Then again, even the red head herself had been a little out of touch with making conversation to some extent, but even then it was more so to the point that she was a little.. Caught up, for a lack of better words for her part. To be fair though, Sasha was never one to be able to read people out of combat very well. Some might say she was nearly body language illiterate when it came to that sort of thing. However, when you don't try, you don't necessarily know what to do or look for what signs a person may show.

Shrugging it off, she headed further on inside the hall like cavern they entered prior to the whole ordeal and stopped suddenly. Not that there was anything wrong for now, it was more so she wanted to ask her something while avoiding having to do so during a fight. "I'm a little curious of somethin' here. Nothin' major though, just on mah mind is all." She paused and looked behind her at the girl before examining her closely and giving a small point to her head. "Is all that hair like natural? It don't seem to me like it is, but I thought I'd ask." Then again, if Erika didn't feel like answering, that was up to her. Even so, a little conversation isn't that bad a thing even if they were on somewhat of a "deadly mission".

"Oh oh oh! Before I forget to ask, I been wonderin' what guild if any you belong with? Last mission I was on I got surprised by a guild member poppin on in on me." She paused and began to slowly walk backward before she hit a small rock sticking up and let out a Yelp as she fell back into her rear end. "Fer cryin' out loud.. I swear this ain't mah lucky day today... Imma gonna likely end up bruisin on my ass before the mission is over." She let out a sigh before she stood up onto her feet and Brushed the dirt off her bottom. Soon after, several echoed footsteps began to grow closer towards the pair, making Sasha swing herself back around to face the sound before she would wait on what she would do. After all, she's a hell a Requip mate with weapons for various situations. Despite not having a particular fighting style, she did well by planning out things during combat.

    "Is my hair natural!?"

The question was sudden, sharp, and almost caught Erika off guard, being Erika though she wasn't ever caught off guard, everything was just as planned, so she had clearly anticipated such a question happening. Most people didn't ask it, though, she was perfect, so Erika just assumed that most simply viewed her hair color as perfect as well. To be fair, this hair color probably was natural, at least for the woman that Erika had stolen the idea from, rest in pieces her little teacher of magic, for such is the rule of two, and she didn't wish to be the apprentice any longer. Still, she had to give the most colorful of answers to this girl, if she didn't then Erika certainly wouldn't live up to the wonderful appearance that her hair color gave off. Erika's response would be as sweet as ice cream, and as flavorful as the rising sun.

"Why of course it is, my father was a wealthy man, and my mother was a batch of ice cream! Ha ha!"

Nevermind, it would be incredibly stupid.

"I make jest, but it is natural, and just one of the many special and perfect things about me, as I am sure you shall find out in due time, everyone does."

To most people Erika would come off as a lunatic and a delusional person, the sad part is that she wasn't insane, from a certain point of view, which just made the comments all the more cringe-worthy, or perhaps a bit on the violent side, but Erika meant no harm by them, she just had to show how amazing she was, even if it to most it came off as pathetic, which also worked out in her favor as those who underestimated her were easy prey later on. See this is why Erika acted this way and made a flutter with every step, she knew exactly what she was doing, and she had a plan though it was probably just as non-insane as she was.

"As for which guild I am in, my dear former Rune Knight, I am from the most prestigious and potent guild within all of Fiore! Behold, for I am a member of..."

Erika shifted the flesh underneath her left glove before pulling it off to reveal the fairy tail guild symbol, perfectly matching its appearance, it was light pink of course, much like half of Erika's hair, the perfect hair.

"Fairy Tail, I suppose you have heard of them, they are quite famous, and they have many strong members, but none quite as perfect as me, as I am sure you are learning!"

It was then that Sasha fell on her rump, Erika wasn't surprised, many were floored by her mere presence, but then Erika heard it, the footsteps of those who were beneath her, but not just the normal people she held contempt for, no these were the type who dared try and usurp her wonder and grace. Erika wouldn't stand, sit, beg, or squat for any of this, instead, she would give them a shockingly good time, so long as her mission confidant was willing to lend her a hand. This could become quite the little welcome for the uninvited guests, that was for sure. Turning the various walls within the cave into her threads, she had them slither along infecting other parts till there was just enough of a gap to provide them with the tactical advantage of striking first, hopefully, get rid of a few of the foolish ones attempting to dare touch Erika's perfect head. The threads were that or wire, conductive wire, electrical wire, ones that Shasha's little light show from before proved... could be taken advantage of. of course they weren't standing on them, Erika would never be shocked by anyone.

"So many are attempting to approach us, it would be great to have an advantage, like say they turn the corner and are met with a shocking surprise. Perhaps I have changed parts of the walls to be wire, and look at that, they even match the color of the walls, such a sneaky stealth attack. Now then, I do believe you have lightning which is very, very frightening, might you use it on the wires so we can have a shocking little ambush upon their pathetic ambush? Afterwards, I say we both can just... go wild and have fun, a girls night out except we are selling them pain, in a variety of flavors."

The red head could only blink as the girl gave out a rather surprised reply, as if she was insulted by the meet question. While Erika seemed to be making a momentary adjustment of her rather classy persona, Sasha rubbed the back of her head in a way which her facial expression could only show to be nothing less than an "oh boy.. Imma get it now" type of deal. However, the girl turned right around ad tried to play her earlier comment with a joke. She raised a brow and folded her arms at her chest as she just starred at Erika with a look that would show how little humor the red head took in the joke. After she had come to admit the joke was nothing more than that, she smirked and shrugged. "If you say so, ma'am. Maybe when we get outta this I can see what your perfect hair looks like in one of my special perfect braids! What do ya say?" She sounded like a little kid in a candy store, but she didn't get the chance to have some fun with people as often as she wanted, and more so with other kids when she herself was one as well.

Funny enough, the sound of approaching footsteps began to echo through. Either it was a group of the bandits making rounds or it was a group of Girl Scouts wanting to get in on her braiding session offer. With any hope it would be the latter instead of the former, but with the lack of giggling girly voices and singing or offers of buying their cookies, it would come to prove that it was just bandits coming toward them. Pummeling some bastards sounded like fun, but before she would even think of picking out a Requip and getting ready, Erika had offered up an ambushing plan. The plan seemed better than what she thought, and she just shrugged at it and nodded in agreement. "Better than what I had in mind, partner. 'Course this don't mean that I wouldn't have thought of it eventually, but I'm supposin' that you got the sharper mind." She'd pause and look around, searching for a good spot before pointing it out. "Here'll be a good wall. Just line em from here and back to where we hide, then when they touch then wires, they'll be fried better than my papa's hickory smoked bacon!~"

Sliding in out of sight of the path, Sasha would wait for Erika to set things up before she would meet back up with he red head. While in wait, she smiled in rememberance of her times back in the Rune Knights. It felt good when she used to fight for a cause, to help others and do it with others if she could. Not that she didn't enjoy herself now, but the more she spent in Laughing Coffin, the more she had felt like it was slowly going further and further apart. However, when she thought about it, she only joined because she felt rather desperate for people after she had left before. "I kinda miss the Ol' Knights.. Growin' up in Cedar, the guards that watched over the town inspired me to want to pursue life with the law. They were kind, they had a job and they were always polite to the townspeople. Even when someone was arrested for even the smallest thing, they had such diligence and  order to their work, but didn't really seem like bullies. I mean, I did grow up farmin' mah tail feathers off, but we visited the town to sell stuff and buy more hints we needed. It was a rather fun, homey place really." She smiled and paused as she took in a breath and exhaled. "Over the time I left the Knights before, I became less effected by the stuff that got to me the first time, but I feel like soon I should go back, try to help people again. I'm sure Fairy Tail is kinda like that, right Erika? Do you guys do that kinda thing too?" She would finally look over to the girl, hoping she had heard her ranting and could offer any help, if possible.

"Oh my, talking about relaxing while a bunch of brutes are barreling down towards us? The good old days are wonderful, and as much I would love to be braided, I believe focusing on them is the main point. Still I'd have to say that Fairy Tail doesn't help that many people, really we aren't the best to call, sure they help people but it all seems a bit shady really, maybe the best to call would be the rune knights, though, that can be a crap shoot too. Perhaps if you rejoined you would make it less of a crap shoot for someone who is decent."

Erika wasn't completely lying, the Rune Knights could be a crap shoot, and Fairy Tail well, most of the complaints seemed to come from them and their little antic's, or at least, the worthless people in the magic council thought as much. Still she couldn't fully judge (well she could because she's Erika and screw you) due to her not knowing their full inner workings, really she didn't know what their master plans were and the like, which was odd, but all part of her little plan, she didn't need to know yet, all she needed to know what the magic council and their orders and movings, that was all that really mattered with her at the end of the day.

Setting up the little wires to run along the surface, Erika noted their positioning would allow for quite the ambush right now, which was just what they needed to not be completely overwhelmed by the enemy, which could lead to very dire conciquences, well mostly for Sasha, Erika could always just escape through less.. conventional methods, but still never leave a pawn behind and all that. Well, she shouldn't say pawn, that was a little harsh, Sasha did seem like she had a brain, even if she talked a little funny, which Erika supposed was fine, no one could help their place of birth and how they were raised, Erika would know, she was raised to be perfect in every way. This was naturally her best and most perfect excuse as to why she was, the way that she was, proper breeding went a long way to making sure she had everything she needed to remain on top, on top of what, though, that's for another day.

The trap was now set, when they arrived they would be treated to a brilliant display of raw talent and creative thinking, also Erika had another idea just to make it even funnier for when they got around the corner. manifesting in the hallway out of threads an little representation of herself, Erika tied it in with the electrical threads and had it rush forwards into the crossroads, and turned to look towards the man with but a smile, as they would proceed to charge straight at it.

"Showtime Miss Martin, show them that they are a firework."

Even as the enemies closed in on the pair of female mages, it seemed as though they were holding a bit of a conversation without any lack of care for them. With a shrug at Erika's comment, she listened to the girl speak to her both about her question and more about her guild. The more she listened, the more it seemed that Erika was talking down about her guild more so than bringing out it's finer features. "I'm sure you're good 'nuff to be able ta multitask. If it weren't fer what we had goin on, I'd offer to do it now while we waited." She'd pause and laugh a little at, smiling even before she'd wrap an arm around the back of the girls neck and shoulders and pull her close against Sasha's own side. "You should be a lil' more enthusiastic 'bout your guild. It ain't nice to be spiteful towards yer friends."

She released her arms grip from around the girl and flicked a little of her red hair around while she watched Erika work, twirling some even around her index finger as she watched. She was curious about what she was doing, and more so it seemed pretty cool to watch other magics at work and how people used them. It was really one of Sasha more curious and child like persona that she had. Listening to the girls directions as she had put the final touches on it all, she looked at all the threading laid out and took her place once the final thing was in place. A thread like version of Erika had sat in the way, which would make for a nice idea as well for the red heads own plan. Her hands wrapped around wires that the other girl had used and gripped tightly as the electricity sparked from her hands.

As the bunch of bandits would begin to yell and rush towards what they thought was just another intruder. Once they got within a couple feet, they began to circle and get curious at the thread statue of sorts, and with a smirk, Sasha used the excess threads underneath, once Erika had given her the que, to unleash electricity through them and underneath their feet, shocking them all and some dropping in weakness from their muscles becoming weak and the electric like messages from their brains becoming disrupted by it. They let out a painful grunting like sound in stereo it seemed as all at once they had gotten afflicted with this bit of partial paralysis, though it wouldn't last much longer anyway but long enough for Erika to be able to make her move. "Take it away, cowgirl!"

"Well you know, people often talk bad about those they are close too merely because they are so comfortable with them, it's the natural cycle of being. If that isn't how most say it, it is how I say it, so that's all that really matters, now isn't it?"

Erika stated smugly towards Sasha, even though the grabbing of her body. Normally Erika would have directed them kindly off of it, but she couldn't deny this girl a bit of a touchy-feely, after all, everyone wished to touch perfection at some point, and who was she to try and deny that to them, it would be imperfect to do so, that and if the plan worked she supposed it would be a good enough reward. Not many got to touch Erika or really look at her since only the eyes of those of importance and prominence could bare witness to her sheer perfection or will, and beauty. This meant that the ones trying to charge them only got to see a fake, a fake made from her perfect magic, but not perfect like her. Yes, there are varying levels of perfect, and Erika touches upon all the various levels of perfection, naturally.

The men who went to attack the less than perfect compared to the actual Erika fake found themselves in quite the shocking situation. Erika would have to say that they wished they could have been grounded instead, or possibly a little less upon the current times. As fun as it was to watch such barbarians be taken aback by the perfect ambush she had planned, now it was time for Erika to take proper action, she would show them the error of their ways, in the most fashionable way possible. She wasn't a brute.

    "If you insist."

Vanishing within the blink of an eye, Erika was standing upside down on the ceiling in order to avoid any extra discharge, her thread like body firmly implanted within the roof so as to prevent her fall. With a smirk she pointed towards the men both paralyzed and not paralyzed further down with her umbrella.

"Hello there my dear friends, I would like to introduce myself, I am Erika Skittles, it is wonderful to meet you, do all of you fancy a new outfit?"

The mercenaries who could move started to fire their pistols towards Erika, but whenever they made contact with her body, they simply flew through it as the threads bended around the bullets and avoided the shots. It wasn't like she was actually intangible, but it certainly made her look more spooky than she was, and she was going for effect right now, not force, well not yet at least.

"Oh my so rough, I suppose it can't be helped your upbringing was poor. This is why I am giving some gifts right now! So I was thinking that we would try and go a bit out there for fashion sense, you all are obviously very passionate about your line of work, so thus, we must go for the color of passion. So to that extent, I am thinking red suits, bright red flowing suits that look great on all of you."

With the snap of her fingers, she arranged their clothing to be all white suits, made of a wonderful satin material that would easily absorb all those pesky colors that spawned from various fluids that the body tended to excrete from time to time.

"Perfect, now you may be wondering why the color is that of white and not red? Don't worry I assure you, the color will be red... within but a moment, but before that I must ask how many of you are religious? Because if you are religious then may I advise you right now to pick a god and pray."

Smiling towards them, as their bullets continued to just fly through her body she raised, or would it be lowered due to being upside down, her hand and snapped her fingers, and that wasn't the only thing she snapped. The ones with the suits upon them, which was a great number, not all of them from what she guessed, rats liked to breed and sacrifice down in these tunnels after all, but enough to paint the town, or rather tunnel red. Their suits were ruined, or were they made perfect, they were now a wonderful red color, but so oh so wet and passé. Erika would have to work on her technique so to avoid such a harsh contamination to her chosen clothing. Oh well, it was quite enjoyable and fast, and best of all Erika got to show off, which was always a plus because it wasn't about just killing them, but showing them just how much better she was than them. Dropping down from the ceiling Erika wondered over towards Sasha with a bit of a grin on her face.

"Well that was a good chunk of them, but I do believe more are on their way, I apologize for taking some of the glory, but I do hope you enjoyed the look on the paralyzed ones faces as they realized what was happening. See it wasn't about just beating them, it was showing them how much better we are than them. It's about being a good host and all that. Now then Shall we find the treasure room proper and then deal with all of them at once, or will we try and ambush more of the little buggers a bit further up ahead and just take them in chunks."

"Either way, you said you are wonderful with braiding, I would much appreciate it if you could show off such skills now on our way to the next destination, just be mindful that you are touching perfection so I expect the best!"

i am a bunny and i want to be free
    Bunny
do you see a bunny when you look inside of me?

It took very little time between Sasha nicely scolding Erika for the Fairy Tail mage to have responded with a very odd, but true meaning. Of course, with time you'd poke fun at the negatives of those you know, and it would all be in good fun if the others were still goo sports about it, but the fact of the matter was that it was something that Sasha never had when she was aligned with the Rune Knights or with Laughing Coffin even. Despite all the talk and all the thoughts, it all had come down to the fact that it seemed the more she spoke of it the more that being a part of something like that was more strive for, but also pushed away from her grasp. Just as enlightening a thought as it was in one moment, it became locked away and kept unable to be reached and enjoyed. It was blissful as much as it was torturous to think of how much fun Erika must have had with her guild members compared to how much she spent time away from them for any personal reason that the country girl had no idea about. There was still a hint of envy hidden in her mind about how good Erika seemed to have it, but at the same time not everyone had the opportunities that either girl had in their lives. How vastly different their lives were in comparison to the fact that their upbringings had only come to correct this was vastly amusing to say the least. If anything by the end of this, there was the hope that one day the two girls could reunite and be able to have some free time to chat and relax rather than simply screwing around and beating up people, or killing them. Either way it was put it ended the same.

A rather nicely sized group of enemies had come to approach the intruding pair of females in their hiding corner, when Erika had seemed to want to take lead in it. She had a rather unique way of showing of, and it was kinda amusing when she had the time to watch. It was long before she had set herself up with some trap for the bandits, that more had shown up from another direction. These brutes seemed to be rather particularly bulky. Being led by a single individual to say the least made things easier when it came to divide and conquer. However, even with such an easy sounding plan, the sheer numbers before her (about 18) would prove more difficult to do so than she had first come to think of. The bunny enthusiast than had an idea on how to break up the herd and get things taken care of quickly. She'd need quite the crowd dispersal to make this work, and it wasn't without any less time to think that she would use her requip magic, with what Erika had yet to see happen until now if she even had been paying attention to Sasha's end while she was off having fun "dressing the gentleman"... Or maybe "dressing the jackasses"..? Ooor.. "Dressing of the dumbasses." No matter the title it was given, the technique was only half shown before her attention focused to the sword and shield rested in either hand, ready for combat the second it would strike. Second to accompany that would be a green bunny suit, overlapping the rather common clothing she had on before. The puffy white tail that went along with it would be right where her tailbone would be, seeming almost real like at first sight, until you would see the obviously fake ears atop her head disguised as a hairband tucked under her adored red hair.

The requip mage would shove the bottom of the sword into the the bottom of the sheath on the inside of the weapons shield and watch as the weapon as a whole would begin to shift form. It's original blade would thin out and become blunt as if it had become the extension to the hilt of it's sword like appearance. Locked into the shield, the second half would split apart and become sharp edged, mirroring that of an axe blade. Taking a new hold of her now top heavy weapon, Sasha had formed a sly, evil like grin starring down her enemies. They hadn't backed down, sure that their pure numbers would outmatch the intruding girls intimidation factor she had tried to personify a little with her weapon. Not that it was entirely her plan, she had known what to do in case this sort of thing would happen anyway. With one massive swing horizontally, she would first give off a hint of inexperience with this weapon, as if they could use it's slow swing to their advantage. However, to their dismay of course, she had only used that as a wind up swing. The weapon would quickly swing up ward and her heel would skid back from the weight, lodging into the ground as dark energy gathered in the axe, lightning jolting around it as well. With a large crying shout, she would slam the weapon into the ground, immediately blasting geysers of darkness throughout the section of caves in front of the weapons radius. The blast would send enemies flying into the sides, the cave roof, and further back into the tunnel. The rumble of the spell colliding with the ground would begin to collapse the walls before Sasha, pulling her large sparking axe away before rubble would pile on top, crushing them all with large, heavy boulders of the terrain around them.

Finally, the red head would turn toward her companion and rest the axe upon her shoulder shortly before the axe would break off into it's normal form of a sword and shield. She'd sheath it and place it on her back, restrained magically to her back until taken out to do so and given a big grin to Erika as if nothing had happened. "Nah, y'all had yer fun, I had mine. We both got rid of a healthy portion of the vermin 'round here, so how's 'bout we start turnin' the hunter, into the huntee?~" She'd giggle and rub the back of her head at their common thought of bulking them up and ripping them a new one. Fortunately, for the pair at least, there was a hope that they were headed down the path towards where they'd need to go. Watching the girl carefully, she seemed to be rather casual now herself, or at least as casual as Erika could seem to be at this point. Never the less, Sasha gasped with joy at her being able to entertain herself with Erika's lovely long hair as they walked down the path. "Only the perfect braid, for the perfect hair, babeh!~" Laughing, she'd skip along in her heels, remaining geared up regardless of there being no combat and would begin to run her fingers though the multi colored hair, gazing at it's softness and beauty up close. "So much easier with a brush, but I know I can manage without one. Just don't walk too funny now, can't have yah messin' up mah work now, ya hear?~" With a wink and a chuckle, she'd simply keep running her fingers through the locks of pink and brown hair before finally separating it into parts, slowly beginning with tight pulls down, trying not to hurt her, but keeping everything taught while she worked. Slowly, fingers would entwine the hair into criss crossing bit by bit, little by little, until she would form a taught section and continue downward, finishing only several moments later as she would requip a little ribbon into her hands in a pink color and would tie a pretty bow at the end, sliding worked fingers down from beginning to end and stepping away and around to see Erika's face. "All done Erika! How's it look?" She'd ask, waiting on a reply of whether it was good enough or not. For a high class girl, making her happy was quite an issue that Sasha thankfully never had to deal with.

The wave of ruffians was crushed beneath the combined might of Erika's stupidity and Sasha's bunny bouncy bits. Honestly, the villains should probably be ashamed of themselves, to lose to such silly looking, and braggart tactic's, but that is what made them villains, they simply lacked the swag that Erika and Sasha contained. This made them lower than lower, dehumanized deadbeats splattered on the floor, and best of all Erika was "totally" with a legal guild and "totally" wasn't going to get them blamed for deaths, yes it was all good under the hood. The simple slam that Sasha did was amusing to her, a simple show of force to eliminate the opposition that was in their way, effective, but why the bunny outfit? Such a strange outfit to change into to begin combat, wasn't that more of a pleasure outfit? Erika supposed to some that violence was their pleasure, and she couldn't hold that against them, after all showing her superiority over others in combat was a point she rather enjoyed if one couldn't tell by the violence that she enacted upon the ruffians that attempted to attack her.

As the two reunited from their not far off conquests, the conversation got a little more light-hearted again, it was good that Sasha could commit was amounted to murder and then spring back into a fun conversation, Erika always appreciated those who didn't cower at the thought of killing if it meant the goal would be accomplished easier. Some were such sissies about it and tried to argue about various morals, etc. Such a bother. Much to Erika's surprise though Sasha was all to willing to try and play with her hair, normally Erika would have refuted it as a cruel joke, but since Sasha wasn't the type of goodie, goodie that caused Erika to wish to destroy the entire human race, well she would let it slide, hopefully, it would be a good enough job that she could wear it proudly as she stomped the main villain in the ground, though the thought of a bunny girl giving her a braid did amuse Erika. Clearly she should attempt to get more bunny girls in the future, though if they would have actual bunny parts, was yet to be determined. By the time the braiding was done Erika estimated that they were probably near the final chamber, and of course, the rest of the enemies forces would be gathered around in there to protect the treasure. Sadly they didn't understand that Erika's treasure didn't need guarding by the likes of them, she could just walk in and take it.

"Oh my, I do believe our final battle may be upon us soon, and for that I must thank you, the braids are quite lovely and you are skilled to accomplish it without any sort of tools, then I must submit that you are truly talented. Take that as a great compliment, since it came from me."

Erika stated as she turned around, to face Sasha and played with her no hair style a bit, feeling through the knots to make sure that the quality was good, and to her surprise, it was/ Most people bragged and could never match up to their level of bragging, but Sasha actually did measure up, that meant with at least one thing she was a good as Erika or at least as close as a normal person could be to her level of perfection, thus, a compliment was in order, well and her combat style wasn't too bad either. Overall she was good back up on this little job, not that Erika ever needed backup, she merely allowed for others to bask in her glory once and a while and share in the spoils.

"I must ask, even though I believe I know the answer, are you prepared, we will probably have to slaughter the lot of them to recover the treasure as I doubt these kinds of people can be held for very long under captivity, are you okay with that? The others were all beaten or slaughtered, but I know that some prefer the much more complicated and worthless method of capturing the main adversary and throwing them in jail. I ask this because if we go in there I don't want to have a differing morals argument during the middle of an actual battle, that would just end up making me look bad and you probably having to take that outfit to the cleaners."

Though it was long winded, Erika spoke with a serious tone, she wanted to make sure that nothing would go wrong before they began the fight, though if Sasha wished she could just not answer and begin the battle, or answer and begin it, it didn't matter to Erika all that much really for this job, but possibly in the future if she wished to team up with her again, then Erika wanted to know where a potential job partner stood for these future prospects.

The bunny loving mage let out a small yawn as she waited on her partner to catch up with her examination and inspection of Sasha's work. It was a little fun to watch the girl albeit take out a clipboard and pen and check off the different sections of the new hairstyle and thoroughly inspect it, but a smile laid plastered on her face as she watched happily. The woman was rather amusing to watch to say thus least, not really surprised at all that she would try to keep up her perfect image that she had bragged about so dearly throughout the entirety of their time together, but that was growing on Sasha. As soon as she finished, she complimented the red head for her job well done as only the sounds of their voices, and Sasha high heels clicking through the caverns. Despite her choice in attire, heels for her weren't too bad... After a couple years of training in them that is. "Well missy, between rope coiling and mah own long hair when I had it that is, braiding was primarily the only girly thang I knew how to do. 'Course, that's puttin ponytails and twintails aside. They's basic thing even my papa coulda taught me. But to hear y'all like it so much, feel free to come and find me if ya ever wantin' one again! Free 'o charge, of course! After all, what's is friends fer, right?" She'd laugh and almost get tempted to wrap a friendly arm around Erika's shoulders and be her usual fun self, but then it had hit her that she needed to keep in mind that there was that personal space every self entitled pain in people's asses had.

Now, it was t that Sasha would think that out of spite. Of course, she figured that it was a more common type of deal that she had heard several times before from numerous people maybe that her attitude was less than that of something to gain friends, rather it would deter them and make them think less of her instead of the idol that she was trying to become. However, now that she had thought about the whole thing, the bunny loving girl had wondered about something. 99% of people she knew of met before had asked her a question from which Erika lacked even the look for; the bunny girl outfit. Such a rather.. Provocative attire being used casually for combat always attracted attention, or even for Sasha in casual wear as well. She'd poke at Erika's arm as they had continued on their way, before the point where they would stop before reaching said room. "I'm pretty sure y'all wanna ask about mah outfit now, right?" She'd pause before smiling and letting out a little giggle and then continuing. "I suppose the short version would be nice, so here it goes. Now, as I've mentioned before, I grew up in a farm right outside a Cedar, that little swanky port town 'cross the way. My papa and I thrived in that town for our crops cause of exports and stands and all that were around, plus the people loved my lil' adorable chubby cheeks I had as a youngin'. Anyway, takin' trips into the town and such, I fell in love with the looks of these outfits cause bunnies are like my favorite animal in the entiiiiiirrrreee world! They're so so so so so cute and cuddly-" She stopped herself and cleared her throat, trying to not rant on about the 1001 reasons why she adored rabbits and bunnies. "So, when I was old enough, I went out and looked at the store that had these outfits and put one on, and granted it felt a little awkward at first, the looks on people's faces made me feel more comfortable. That and the pain of high heels then helped shed the same I had. Now, when I went back, the owner had some ones with magic infused in the cloth they was made of, and they was only for mages like myself with Requip. So, he done sold me on spending my allowance I saved up on armors! They protect more spells than they do attacks, but my weaponry evens that lil problem out!"

With a deep breath, she would stop speaking for once... Can you imagine that? She'd listen as Erika would explain her issue with wanting to press on into the final bout with some big concern. The worry she had was perfectly reasonable after hearing it all through, and she didn't really have a care anymore. Ever since she overcame her fears, killing was slowly become a natural thing for her and it wouldn't be a far stretch to want to make sure that Erika was on the same page of not giving two shits about it either. However, in hearing the other girl bring it up, it only meant they were on the same page about it and it was perfect now. "I understand where you're coming from, miss Erika. Had this meeting for this of been about 6 months earlier, I'd probably be more inclined to be on the opposite side of the line. Now a days, so long as the ends justify the means, it's all that matters to me. It only took a friend of mine to get that through this thick red headed skull o' mine to do so, but he's been keeping me thinkin' since then. But to get to the point, if killin' him is what we gotta do, than girlfriend, let's paint the walls with his blood." Her accent as country bred as always, through every word that uttered from her lips had now confirmed everything Erika would want to hear going into this mission. Of course, what she'd leave out from her story was specifically her friend, and what had caused the change in her words from wanting to stay away from bloodshed, to diving into the heap of the mess and committing genocide. Gil gave her one thought, and that still had floated through her mind, as did when he'd contact her again. Whenever that would be, would be the day Sasha would come to enjoy the day she'd meet him again.

"Well, actually I wasn't going to ask you about your outfit since it looks fine on you, and believe me I am the fashion police, so if there was something I didn't like about it, I would have brought it up, still if it helps the story was cute, can't say I have one as sweet and wholesome myself, but at least you are okay with killing, this will make the job significantly easier this day."

While obviously problems might arise such as the big bad being incredibly strong, or his minions all following suicidal orders, or the man just hated bunnies and ice cream. If he did hate bunnies and ice cream, well then Erika would just have to beat him up, because screw the rules, she had swagger, far more than anyone else! The chipper attitude of Sasha, however, signaled that she was probably ready, oh yeah and her saying it was fine to brutally murder this guy too gave it away, so perhaps it was time to get the main curtain call going? The main villain was behind the door right in front of them, or with Erika there maybe the main villain was next to Sasha. Regardless this was it, the final little fight, and Erika honestly couldn't wait to get it started.

"Well then, ready yourself, I believe this will this might be messy."

Kicking the door in, because opening the door is for those who don't understand being dramatic, Erika walked into the room and gave a glowing smile.

"Greetings, first off let me thank all of you for guarding my treasure, but I am afraid that I have shown up to take it away, so your pitty able services aren't required anymore."

The entire group of villains within the room pointed their weapons at her, the massive chamber illuminated by the hot gold and torches, giving off a gilded and shimmering atmosphere. The ancient chamber reeked with an ancient rust and musk, the stone slabs covered with various vines, with the exception of the central stairway up to the floating chamber that surely held the treasure they sought after, not only because it was in the center of the room, but the main villain was upon the top of the stairs. His mustache and overall attitude showing his status in little ring, and his gold colored clothing giving away his monochrome as Goldshine. Erika was going to kill him because he was in her way and being a bother, but now she would kill him because of his offense to the fashion world. She couldn't tolerate it, it disgusted her.

"Well now, I see the little intruders have finally shown themselves, pray tell what do you wish to accomplish right now? You say that these are your but I believe I got here first little ice cream crazy."

"It's fine I can forgive your ignorance since you never have spoken with me before, but you must have noticed my perfect attire and composure, clearly I am you're better, which means that it belongs to me, you were merely guarding it for when I came by, simple as that."

"Ho ho, you are quite the deranged one aren't you? Why would I defend something for you to come and pick it up, perhaps my forces shall teach both of you a lesson right now in manners!"

"I'm sorry, teach us a lesson in manners? How quaint I was perfectly civil and here you threaten me, how sad. That comes off as you don't have a position of power, which once again means the score is to me, rather than to you. Care to continue this chatter my dear trashy garment wearing fellow, or shall we joust?"

"I say that we joust, I grow bored of those who can't communicate with a common sense of decency."

"Well, of course, I can't communicate like that, there's nothing 'common' about me."

Looking back towards Sasha before the battle started in earnest Erika sighed.

"Could you handle the mooks around the area, I'd naturally give you the honor of fighting the big bad, but his outfit and ignorance of my perfection drives me to wish to gut him and yell kalima. I'll give you the honor of the first pick of the treasures for not complaining, fair trade?"

Sasha smiled at the girls reply, happy to hear that she enjoyed the story that the red head had come to spill out without much warning and without the care for if she wanted to even hear it or not. it felt pretty good to level her chest and have someone know a little more about her, something more than just a simple enjoyment of her attire choices that some would go as far as to call a fetish... which was entirely wrong. People that assumed such things were most likely the biggest pain in the ass to deal with and talk to, but they got what they deserved in the end. A nice ass whippin', maybe a little wedgie or something, a good groping... The punishment fit the crime and she was never really one to take it too far in the long run anyway, so it wasn't too bad to go about her normal routine without others to become a big problem.

As she followed behind Erika, she could feel Gil's words poking the back of her mind slowly but thoroughly almost. The more this Fairy Tail mage had spoken, the more her ego had heightened, it made her think towards Gil, and transitioned to the words he left her with to dwell upon. She held back just as her body had almost acted on her desire to strike the girl down. No. Not this close to the end of their mission. Despite all the work she had put into getting this far, to turn against her so suddenly wasn't something she was going to do. It would be way out of her character, and more to the fact that she felt as though she couldn't do that to her. Erika was such a nice person, outside of her self-absorbed ego of course, but maybe that was just something she couldn't control. Putting that aside, she'd figure something out to do later on... For now, she was more enjoyable as an ally and an enemy later.. Less she change her mind before then. Anything was possible after all.

Once the pair of females had gotten into the final room, the treasure room, she had found that they were cut off with the remainder of the boss guys crew. A couple big guys, a few average sized chumps, and a couple bits of fodder scum. Nothing seemed to be rather hard for her to go about needing to do much more than... Well, her worst! Her sword and shield would become enveloped in light, shifting its form as her weapons would change entirely into a pair of identical dual bladed weapons. The blades themselves would glow a bright crimson red and with a quick dash, she'd pounce toward the others, the blades red color and electricity leaving a trail of her marks, swinging back and forth at high rates of speed within such an enclosed space, the amount of hits and cuts, splatters of blood had left almost an entire group dead within seconds, leaving the two biggest ones with little to stand on.

She took a moment and looked over to Erika, to see how much she had progressed in her time that Sasha took to slaughter a pack of enemies and returned her eyes to the pair she left to live. Pools of blood slowly pouring out towards her heels, smiling softly before looking down and fixing up her hair and giving a little wink to her reflection before pushing herself back up and letting out a hefty sigh. "Hmm.. Do y'all think my hair looks good? Moving so fast tends to make it all.. windy and all over the darn place." They said nothing... rude bastards. Instead, they gritted their teeth and launched an attack at the bunny suited woman to which she shrugged off and shoved the longest point of her weapon into the first ones throat and pushed downward, opening up everything through the rib cage, causing the blood to pour out and splash onto the floor, along with the body soon there after.

The second one began to make a sword of crystal, coming at her as fast as they could to try and either kill her from anger or revenge. Either way, they had picked the wrong red head with a moral conflict on her hands to try and fight. The sword came thrusted toward her, and with such a simple attack, she easily just swung to the side, reaching around and cutting their arm in such a way that disabled the movement in their arm, making it useless. She'd then twirl around and would stab the long end once more into the spine, paralyzing their body, and wrapping it up with one last strike to the back of their neck, slicing outward in no particular direction. Lastly, she'd kick the body away from her before more blood could stain her adorable bunny girl outfit, grimacing at the blood already having gotten on it, and would shrug. It would be removed once she placed it back into her pocket dimension anyway.

Once her fight was over, she'd switch back into her former clothing, fixing her top and brushing out the short shorts before, then leaning up against a wall with arms crossed until the girl was finished. Afterward, she would walk over to her, waiting to here whatever sny remark she would have.

Sasha would wander off to deal with the minions of this gold fiend, while Erika would deal with him proper. This wouldn't be an easy fight, especially since the man seemed to have gotten to this status through effort, rather than riding on the backs of others, that and Erika was purposefully holding back on her actual abilities, as while she enjoyed using others, she wasn't the most trustworthy or trusting type. If she could lie and shift her form, why couldn't others, it wasn't quite unhealthy paranoia, but it was getting close to it as she started to carry out various ploys. No matter, right now she had to keep her head in the game or else she might end frozen within some kind of crystal, at least that's what the report she had read on the man had detailed him using and being skilled with. It was a neat read, but for him to end up being so arrogant disappointed her, she was hoping he would just lay down his arms and walk away with his head held high, she didn't wish to spill the blood of one with so much potential, but now she had too, and it was all his fault, because remember Erika could never be fault.

His attack was sudden, and without mercy, Erika would have admired it if it had hit, but thankfully the distance between them was enough to allow for a side step. Still, the gold crystal seemed to pierce into the wall, which meant it was one of his testing attacks, he could probably pierce through all of Erika's little tricks if she wasn't careful. Erika had a few options, but she decided to take the one which was most entertaining, which was to rush towards him across the bridge. Foolish? Why of course it was, but that was the point if he was a good battler he would realize that Erika had something planned and would perform an odd attack rather than the direct one, so she was testing his metal and his style. Thankfully for Erika Goldshine moved backward towards the central part of the elevated platform, guarding the door to the treasure room. He wasn't going to try to waste his energy, he was instead planning something completely different, probably a trap, well Erika would just have to trigger it and hope for the best.

Arriving on the platform proper, Erika moved forward, but this time with a more swagger-filled stride rather than a run.

"Clearly you wished for me to venture up here, how odd I would have thought at least one attack would be thrown my way."

"It's risky to have you hide down there, with the bunny brigade running around. I doubt my men can actually hold her off for long, so instead of dealing with the two of you..."

Goldshine snapped both of his fingers and the edge of the platform began to crystallize at an alarming rate. Walls formed within the blink of an eye, and now Erika was trapped up there with him.

"I'll just deal with you one at a time, far easier."

Despite the small size of the now crystal chamber, a clap could be heard ringing out within it.

"Goldshine, if I had a hat I would tip it to you, this is a well thought out trap, and well adapted as you figured out my bullheaded style and quickly took advantage of it. I can see that you have gotten this far not by luck, but by skill, however, there is but one problem with this trap."

    "Oh, due enlighten me."

"You see, this type of trap can only backfire under one condition, that the opponent you were fighting was trying to keep their abilities secret from their travel companions. Oh sure I've used the tip of my abilities, but thanks to these walls that block all vision, well I don't have to hold back anymore."

"Don't underestimate me, this isn't just to keep you locked in here, but to become your tomb!"

From the wall sprouted a bunch of rough projectiles, which violently tossed themselves towards Erika's direction, skewing her body in the blink of an eye... or did it? A small chuckle could be heard from within the mass of crystals that pierced through a now shifting form threads wrapped around the chunks and began to pressure them until they snapped into a glorious golden sparkle in the air.

"Like I said, I haven't actually begun to use my abilities."

Goldshine felt a chill from Erika's words, her tone was far different, it was as if she was an entirely different person right now. oOldshine still had a chance, though, Erika had played part of her hand, and this meant that such attacks wouldn't work as well. he'd just have to adjust his tactics a bit. As Erika threw threads out towards him, he would throw up a wall of crystal to try and buy time, but as he started to think of a way to trap and crush her, he felt it, his crystals, they were being drilled through?

Tiny thread ends started to emerge from within the crystal wall, and with a shattering explosion, Erika Emerged on the other side and lunged towards him. Dodging to the left side gold shine formed armors around him made of crystal to stop the threads, for but a brief moment, from attempting to get inside of him. He figured it out now, Erika wasn't about being deadly in massive attacks, but all about taking you down from the inside, killing you in the slowest and most painful way possible, especially if she wasn't holding back. This meant he had the advantage, and could perform a quite deadly attack against the girl. Unleashing hell, he decided that it was worth ti against this one to one shot her right here and now. clapping his hands together, the entire chamber had crystals rapidly grow within it and swiftly enclosed clamping and crushing all but him within the chamber. Releasing the blow as quickly as it hit however as to avoid losing mobility, Gold Shine moved towards the middle of the platform, about ready to lower the crystals and check on his men at arms progress with the other girl. It was dirty and he couldn't perform it much, but it surely killed her in one blow, one couldn't weave their way past that attack. Then it struck him, through his crystal armor, the threads drilled and grasped his heart from behind, tearing it out for his eyes to see his still beating heart before his death. Whispering softly into his ear, Erika held a smirk of delight.

"You were really close to killing me, as a matter of fact you would have killed me if it wasn't for one little thing about myself. You see my magic isn't, just threads, it's the manipulation of a time line represented by my threads, I simply just returned to five seconds before I would have died, and would you look at that, I am alive. it's okay, no one could actually predict that, or at least no human could."

As Goldshine fell so too did his crystals, and the chamber which blocked all form of communication outside of it was finally gone, and conveniently now Erika was right next to the treasure. Dropping his heart into the ground, she pulled out her handkerchief and wiped her hand down, no use in keeping her glove dirty, it would just look bad in the long run after all. Looking down towards the rest of the chamber it seemed that Sasha had completed her part of the battle, which was good Erika didn't feel like doing any more work than was needed.

"Sasha, are you ready to recover the treasure?"

As she finished up with the crowd of rather displeasing and worthless minions, the red headed country girl had begun to wait for Erika to finish up, or die. Honestly, the more Gil weighed on her mind, the less and less she began to care about how she acted towards her companion, though the egotistical girl wouldn't think the same that she could tell. It was strange that just a moment ago the two of them were here, but now they were gone and left nothing to be found or seen. She took little look around, just from what she could see of her vision right in front of her, so she would just wait for the girl to come back, or the boss to come back with her corpse so Sasha could finish him off. The oddity of the silence around the area now was a little odd, but there wasn't any point in her needing to do anything right now.

Finally, the girl had shown up within sight of Sasha's amethyst orbs. With a raised brow, she dropped something in the distance while the bunny girl had begun her walk over to her. Once she had gotten close enough, she chuckled a little at the lone heart that had been left before the treasure and being asked about it. "Hm? Oh.. yeah. Ready's mah middle name." She'd speak in a rather straight tone, which was unusual to her, but she'd wave it off herself now and just continue on her getting to the point. Once they got to the actual treasure, she'd pick up some items and wait for Erika to do the same before she'd pat the girls shoulder and letting out a spark of electricity, paralyzing her body momentarily. "Oops. Still can't control this damn thing..." She'd sigh and push her heel down onto Erika's skull and smirk. "This was fun! Sadly, after this I doubt you'd like to work with me, but fuck that. I'm a girl on a mission, and I won't let some fairy tail pushover with an ego the size of my aunt Bessie's prized cow to stand in my way." She'd release pressure and begin to walk away, loot still in hand. "That paralysis should wear off any moment, but next time, I'll make sure yer dead. Peace out, cowgirl!~" With one last step, Sasha's speed would rocket her away before she could hear anything or possibly even be stopped.

Erika couldn't say that she was all that shocked about the whole experience, it was natural to be betrayed at the final point by a random passerby, whenever treasure was on the line. Sasha had done a good job tricking her up to this point, if again Erika wasn't paranoid about everyone already, still a good little shock left her flat on the floor, and then Sasha proceeded to brag about her little conquest, well more so a flashy exit. It was fine, Erika, again, always expected this to happen unless it was with Faeral of course, then it didn't, but that was a special case. Still as much as Erika admired her desire to one-up her, and deceive her and leave her for dead, or rather threaten to kill her, this girl did threaten Erika after all, and that was a grave mistake.

It took a while, but finally, she got through and called in some reinforcements to handle the situation, and reclaim the remainder of the treasure that was still here. The rune knights poured into the room, as Erika shape shifted into her Rune Knight appearance as Lissica, approached the commanding officer.

    "Status report knight?"

"We uh... got most of the treasure, but then a girl after we negotiated with the man knocked me out and killed him, it was most unsettling, she would have killed me too if I hadn't managed to hide during the distraction when the little shock wore off."

"She took the treasure, to steal from the magic council this is a grave offense, tell me what was her name?"

"Sasha Martin captain, her name was Sasha Martin..."

Taking back what remained Erika smiled on the inside, it wasn't much right now, but she would try and bring the whole world down on this girl as a side project, after all screwing with Erika demands punishment.
