    10 Minute Earlier:

Azurius walked into the holy armour, picking up a lever action shotgun from the wall, a semi-auto shotgun, and a knife. He also pulled a large coat that was colored white, and by speaking to the requisitions angel was able to get them all changed to his preferred color. The same individual also applied a little spell to his wings to allow those to change colors to his liking. Tossing the now black coat over him, Azurius opened a magic circle and stood on it.

In the middle of a large, damaged building made purely of marble, adorned with spectacular architecture, and buried in promising lore a golden magic circle appeared in the middle of its main  hall. Azurius had appeared at the center of it, opening his palm and causing a small cigar to appear in his hand already lit. He placed the item in his mouth, tucked his hands into the pockets of his pants while letting the coat be held back by his wrists, and then looked about the room. "Oooooi!" he shouted, the cigar somehow not falling from his mouth. He then pulled the item out and exhaled some smoke. "Anyone here can help me apply to this swanky joint!?" he shouted casually. He wasn't worried about being identified as an angel as his wings weren't attached to his body, but there were two oval shaped holes on his jacket where the wings would be able to exit through. The oval shape didn't stop at his coat, but also was cut into the clothes under it. He walked over to the bar, noting no one behind it and went to pour himself a glass while smoking his cigar and waited for someone to come along.

    The Lamia Scale guildhall.

Located directly in the center of Hargeon, the once proud bastion of knowledge and comradery now stood damaged, yet still majestic in it's make. Within these halls lay untold secrets that acted as the keys for some of the world's greatest mysteries, not to mention a certain gray haired mage who was enjoying himself up until this point.

Dmitry Kazakov had just recently returned from a job and was happily sleeping in a corner of the whole, his back against a wall. However, seemingly out of nowhere, a massive magic circle appeared in the middle and a figure appeared. The commotion itself was enough to wake the medium from his slumber, startling him enough to fall over and conk his head on the ground. Needless to say, he was more than a little upset.

A mystical glowing fog seemed to fill the room and swirl about the place, silver pupils shooting open in pure rage. If there was one way in this world to anger Dmitry, waking him from his sleep was most certainly it.

"Who the hell are you?!" He said with a low rumble in his voice as he got to his feet. Suddenly, he appeared on top of the bar thanks to his Arc of Destiny, squatting down to eye level with a rage that was entirely uncalled for given the circumstances. Not that such a fact would stop him at this point.

    "Well?!"

Noting a pair of miscolored eyes appearing directly in front him at headbutting range, Azurius stared back with a fairly unphased look. The slight smile on his face had remained as he said "Tade." with a cheerful voice. "Azurius Tade, you can call me Azure, or Azurius though. Whatever fits your fancy." his voice was cheerful, but not explosively, annoyingly, and overwhelmingly bubbly as hell. It was a moderate sense of joy that conveyed a degree of friendliness to those Azurius spoke to.

Azurius's eyes trailed off to the glass of alcohol that was spilled as the guy with no sense of personal space performed his little magic trick. "How sad..." he said with a somewhat disheartened tone. "That was actually a near perfect brew..." he added while picking up the glass. "So metal hair... you want a glass?" Azurius asked while materializing a bottle of whisky in his right hand and pouring himself another cup. After placing the bottle on the bar an unlit cigar appeared in his hand "Smoke?" he asked while offering the item to his new friend. Azurius would pour Dmitry a glass if he wanted, or just leave the bottle on the bar if he didn't. The cigar would erupt into light particles if Dmitry turned it down, or it would light itself if he accepted it.

Azurius leaned against the counter behind the bar, taking a sip from the glass while examining his new buddy. "So... metal hair. You got a name, and you know who can help me with joinin' this place? Also need some deets on the nearest library in this town, I ain't from around here so I don't really know where I can go if I needa learn somethin'."

Dmitry would have probably stared in awe at the audacity of the person in front of him, except...he really didn't care anymore.

"Yeah...let me just get right on that, bud..." Though he was seething with anger, he knew the shrimp would probably get on his case if he scared off a potential member to the guild because of a nap. Throwing the cigar over his shoulder and allowing the fog in the room to subside, he hopped off of the bar and rummaged around for the appropriate documents, realizing that he had probably been a part of this process more times than some guild masters.

"You're gonna have to fill this stuff out first," Dmitry said, slamming the enormous stack of documents on the counter, creating a loud echo throughout the room. "The guild master'll probably be around by the time your done, so take your time, no rush. As for the library, it's downstairs." With that, Dmitry hopped back over the bar and headed back to the spot where he had been sleeping, hoping there wouldn't be anything like before to interrupt.

"When you get done, just wait around for a little guy with blue hair to show up." He said with a yawn. "He'll get you sorted out."
