Sol grinned from his spot near the market in clover town. The slayer was not in the mood to shop though he had his eyes on a more sinister agenda,  he had looked thru much of the produce already and handled it but as he had done so he had also tainted it with  a powerful food toxin that would make the buyers sick rather quickly from just touching it. Sol watched watched from his spot nearby as the buyers swarmed into the market looking to buy and sell all sorts of things while not knowing that they were all being exposed.

The slayer felt a slight rush of pleasure at seeing his sickness spread thru the crowd as  one by one people started to show signs of food poisoning and started to collapse, since Sol was near the alley he simply watched without a care in the world.

Was passing through Clover town on her way to her guild. She walked through the streets for a while to do some window shopping. While standing outside a bakery, looking at a display cake, she heard the sound of a body dropping to the floor. Her head turned to find a girl around the same age as her laying on the floor with a paper bag filled what poisoned apples beside her. Halibel ran to her side, like any true hero would do. "Are you alright?" Halibel asked. The woman replied "Y-Yes...It's just my stomach...I think it might have been something I ate." Halibel helped the woman up. After she was standing she attempted to pick up the apples that had fell from the paper bag but something stopped her.

Halibel has the ability to sense magic and identify what kind of magic it was. She sensed magically produced poison has tainted the apple. "Where did you get these apples?" The woman replied "There's a market right across the corner." With her metal clad foot, she stepped on the apple and said to the woman "Go see a doctor...I think you might have been poisoned." Without even giving her time to reply, Halibel walked towards the market.

When she turned the corner, she was displeased at the sight she was seeing. A group of people all bent over or passed due to some kind of food poisoning. Halibel walked towards the a food stand and picked up an apple. It was indeed poisoned by Halibel's hands her protected by her metal gloves. Her facial expression began to change. She looked pissed. Halibel sensed magic in the poison so she knew that the food was poisoned on purpose. She turned and said out load "If I have to find the lower life that did this, he shall pay with blood." She was hoping to lure the perpetrator out of hiding, assuming they was still in the area.

Sols grin widened as he watched the people start to collapse and clutch their stomachs in pain but he then caught sight of a girl who was younger then him by a few years sniffing around and looking at the apples with metal gloves on preventing her from getting sick from contacting the poison, at that Sol sighed knowing that most likely no one was going to buy anymore fruit from the vendor but even then he still got to make peoples lives miserable and potential ruin someones business. He yawned loudly as he moved form his spot and headed out towards the main road with his hands in his pockets.

He glanced over at the girl as he headed towards her but he didn’t say anything, she couldn’t just attack him as his guild mark was hidden by his coat so she couldn’t know if he was a light mage or a dark one. Even if she did attack him Sol was confident that he could take her down if need be.”I need a nap” he muttered as he swiped an poisoned apple from the ground and sunk his teeth into it enjoying the unique flavor the poison provided.

Scanned the area for anyone that might have the ability to poison this many people in such a short time. She then witnessed a man pick up an apple from the floor and eat it. It seemed he was immune to the poison. Halibel began to walk towards him with her rather mean look on her face. When she was close enough to him she began to talk "You... What's you're name." Halibel wasn't sure he was the one that poisoned the people, but he was suspicious enough to catch her attention. She stood there with a scowl on her face waiting for his response. It was quite obvious that she was pissed off, maybe even more mad than what the situation called for. Her guildmark was covered by her clothing, so it would not be apparent whether or not she was a guild mage, or a mage at all for that matter. The only thing that might have gave that fact away was the metal armor covering her legs and arms, which in no way went with the rest of her business attire.

Before Sol could get away the girl was approaching him and she looked very angry, however the slayer was extremely calm as he kept eating his apple without a care in the word as the girl got within speaking distance and asked him for his name. Sol finished the apple before he tossed the core behind him and hejsut glanced at her. “ I’m no one important really just someone looking for a snack” he said putting on an act of politeness. However one of the vendors decided to speak up.” I saw that man hanging around the fruit vendors before we opened up he is the one your looking for” the vendor said before Sol dropped his act.

you could have just walked away but since you decided to speak I guess I’ll have to deal with you soon” he said coldly before he turned his attention to the girl, gone was the polite smile he had and it was replaced with a vicious grin that combined with his snakelike eyes made him look like a grinning serpent. “I guess my ruse is up I gotta say it was quite a sight to see all those people suffering and in pain” the maroon haired man said with a bit of joy in his tone at the thought of such evil.

With a scowl on her face, Halibel looked and listen to the man speak. She was not totally sure if he was the perpetuator, since that apple could have easily not been a poisonous one. Her eyes shift to the vendor as he began to talk, and things became clear. Her passionate scowl of anger turned into a more dull, cold, and bitter expression of contempt. He wasn't your average thug. This man was a sadist that found joy in seeing the misery of others and Halibel loathed people like that the most. Her eyes shifted back to Sol as he began to drop his act, making it even more clear that he was the one behind this.

Halibel gave Sol a cold stare that was a little sinister in nature, as if she wanted to kill him. She began to talk in a tone that was a lot calmer, yet darker than the one she previously talked in "I'll ask one more time. Who are you?"

Sol’s grin never left his face even as he watched the girls shift from anger to a look of pure murder, he had to admit her reaction was quite entertaining to watch. When she asked for his name again Sol just shrugged.”I don’t really see the point in telling an insect like you my name but I guess I’ll humor you this once my name is Sol now whats the name of the life I’m going to snuff out” he said as he cracked his neck and watched the woman with a careful eyes, even if he was more powerful then her by chance he wasn’t going to risk losing just because he got cocky.

oh yes I should let you know something one of the apples someone bought was much different then the others the poison was a neurotoxin so I’d say they only have a half an hour before they see the Reaper” Sol stated before he started to circle around the woman slowly his eyes on her like a predator before striking at prey.

The maiden expression changed the moment Sol asked for her name. She truly cared about the peoples health but nothing could stop her from promoted her publicity, no matter how small the crowd. She smiled and faced the crowd of poisoned people and began to talk "I am the Holy Knight, Lady Halibel Akuma of Infinity Hydra!" She then pointed her finger towards Sol and said "Fear not, I shall make the evil doer pay for what he has done to you innocent people!" The people that were still conscious enough to her her looked unamused to say the least. They weren't pleased with the way she was selling herself while they were suffering. Noticing that this wasn't the time nor place to be spreading her name she awkwardly coughed before turning towards Sol and resuming her threatening gaze.

Halibel said to Sol in her intimidating and cold voice, "I hope you have an antidote snake... Because if you don't you're really going to make me angry." Her eyes followed the dragon slayer as he circled around her, making sure not to take her eyes of him.

Sol kept circling the silver haired girl as she stated her name as Halibel and declared that she would punish him for what he did to them., at that the Slayer had to resist rolling his eyes. “like I care what happened to the humans but from the looks of things your not pleasing them either” he said before snickering a bit at the looks on their faces. Halibel then turned her attention back to him while he circled around her and she spoke in a cold tone to try and intimidate him, the slayer laughed a bit at her hope for a antidote “why would I keep an antidote on me you must be dumber then you look human” he stated as he started to turn his breath into poison.

With every breath Sol took he gave off a dark red gas that settled around them like a fog, the civilians that got caught in the area suddenly lost their muscle strength as well and become violently sick in the stomach and started to vomit from the poison hanging around the area. After doing a full circle Sol bared his fangs at Halibel. “ theres no hope for you not once I sink my fangs into you” he stated as he kept emitted the toxic gas knowing it would start to effect the knight as well.

Halibel's eye were lockets with Sol's as him began to circle around her. Her eyelids open up a bit wider for no longer than a moment in surprise. She kept quite as she thought to herself "He's different..." Halibel was used to fighting enemies that were weaker than her, but she was able to see that was not the case here. Halibel's clothing began to glow for a few seconds before they disappeared completely. Her gray business suit and skirt were replaced with a white combat dress. She kept her cold eyes on Sol as he continued to talk.

Halibel began to breath in the gas, since avoiding it would leave the other civilians at the mercy of Sol. She felt her stomach rumbling and her muscles weakening as if she was suffering for some kind of sever motion sickness. The young mage tried her best to resist the urge to vomit before saying to Sol "Y-You don't know who you're messing with do you?" She was already at disadvantage and had yet to draw her weapon, but still talked to Sol as if they were on equal footing.

Sols grin got larger as he saw the effects of his gas started to effect Halibel but sadly not to the extent that the slayer was hoping it would but then again he had just started breath the gas out. She managed to switch into a white battle dress which made Sol stop circling to glance at her outfit, from the looks of it she was a Requip mage which put him on edge but considering she was already feeling the effects of his breath he knew he had the advantage at the moment so he kept moving waiting for the perfect moment to pounce and attack the girl.

Sol debated how to approach this battle and wondered if he should unleash his full force upon her or disable her and let the crowd pick her apart, after finally setteling on his attack plan Sol sprang into action he rushed at Halibel from her left side and tried to get as close as he could as fast as he could, while he did that he started to change his saliva into liquid poison and once he was within 10 meters of her he suddenly spit out a high speed blast of blinding poison right at the womans eyes hoping to make her temporarily blind so he could put his next move into motion.

Small beads of sweat began to form on the young mages forehead. The poison was really starting to take it's toll. She realized now she had missed her opportunity to attack and was no longer in any condition to fight. This was more embarrassing that it was physically painful, but that was not something she needed to worry about right now. She was more so considered about the civilians and wondering if the poison was actually the lethal kind, and how to neutralize the effects if it was.

With her eyes on Sol, she began to struggle to stand up. Her muscles were weakened from the poison and she felt as if she was going to lose her balance. Before she had time to think of a way to get everyone out of this situation, a blinding fluid was caught by Halibel's eyes. She left out a scream of pain before summoning her rapier to her hand. She swung it out in front of her a few time before saying "You coward! Fight me like a man!"

Sol Grinned as the poison hit its mark and the white haired woman was blinded and swung her weapon blindly, now that he had her where he wanted her the slayer decided to make his move. He moved over to a small child that had been effected by his mist and food poison and he took a small blue vial and he forced her mouth open before putting a few drops of the liquid in her mouth and forcing her to swallow. The girl felt strength return to her before she quickly ran away from him.”Attention people I have in my hand the antidote and there is enough for all of you, heres the rub if you want to save your lives and be cured then kill hydra mage swinging her sword like a rookie.” he called out as the people instantly paid attention to him.

Tick tock people you only have a small window before the poison kills you, if you do the deed your saved I’m a man of my word after all” he lied as he held the vial up for them to see. The red haired mage watched as the people with what little strength they had approached Halibel to try and attack her, their eyes held desperation in them as they all wanted the antidote. While they went at Halibel Sol spoke.”So little hydra still think you can kill me when everyone wants to kill you?” he taunted with a wicked grin on his face.

Halibel stopped for a moment after she heard the word kill. She began to laugh rather innocently before saying to herself "Kill... I forgot I could do that." Halibel's then began to smile rather manically as she opened her eyes looking at the civilians. "Well... Who thinks they can kill a Holy Knight?" A lot of the civilians began to stand down, but there were still quite a few that wanted to fight Halibel still. Two rather large men in particular charged towards Halibel actually ready to kill her. In turn, Halibel charged towards one of them hitting them on the top of their head with the butt of her blade's hilt. Without delay, she turned towards the other and kicked them in the face with the heel on her shoe, breaking his nose. The two men were incapacitated but still very much alive. "I'll forgive that small act of evil."

Halibel then looked towards Sol with a smile on her face. "So you -do- have an antidote on you..." There were still civilians that wished to fight and kill the Holy Knight. She was outnumbered and since she had already decided not to kill them, she was at a disadvantage. Halibel said to Sol, "You've succeeded in making me hurt these misguided people. Now I -have- to kill you."

    "Not that simple I'm afraid..."

A voice was heard from on top of a rooftop, breaking through across the crowd. A certain gray haired mage could be scene leaping off and on to a lower roof, sliding down the shingles upon landing. The figure seemed gallant and imposing...until that figure's foot hit misplaced tile, sending the 'hero' flying to rather specific battle cry.

"SHIIIIIIIIIIT!" Dmitry Kazakov bellowed before landing face first into the ground, groaning into the dirt. After about thirty seconds, he got up and dusted himself off. "Well...that went better in my head."

'I'll say, boy. How does you're face feel?' The wolf spirit, Hati spoke to Dmitry through his mind.

'Piss off, old man, you know this shit hurts.' The spiritual medium fired back, before looking to the young girl facing off with the slayer.

"Yo, how you doin'? You see that guy up there?" Dmitry paused and motioned to the poison wielder. "He's a venom dragon slayer. That means he coughs this shit up like it's nothin'. You try to hit him head on and you're gonna end up dead pretty soon." The interloper then looked at the civilians gathered about, raising his voice a bit for his next piece. "And I can just about promise you he ain't carryin' around an antidote, least not in his damn pockets. Only kinda antidote you'll get from this guy is in his blood, from what I hear. Now there's some relief tents just outta the south side of town. Goin' there's your best bet for livin', alright? Now get outta here!" Dmitry then cracked his neck and drew the knife in his boot. "Damn the council, askin' me to do a rat shit job like this..." His pupils then took on a silver glow, irises turning pitch black as a silver colored magic circle appeared on the ground. "I invoke the Great Wolf: Hati!" Upon the incantation, a massive amount of smoke converged on the circle, spawning a wolf about twice the size of the average, while Dmitry looked to the white haired knight with smirk.

"Now then, you wanna get this thing started?"

Sol grinned as he saw the supposed holy knight harming the people to keep herself from getting hurt and he as about to say something when someone cut him off from above, glancing up the slayer saw that someone was sliding down the roof before the tripped and fell on his face, Sol snickered a bit before he pulled out the bottle of blue liquid he said was the antidote and smashed it on the ground.” I guess that little stimulate is no longer needed thanks for ruining my fun” he said with a sigh before he moved over towards the alley he had appeared from when he first encountered Halibel while watching the two of them to make sure they didn‘t move prematurely , “ah now where was it Ah there you are” he said before he managed to dig out his O Katana he had hidden away and he turned to face both the newcomer and Halibel.

I must admit I’m impressed that someone knows what I am I guess the council is starting to take me a bit more seriously” he said as he flicked his blade out of the sheath a bit as he glanced between the two opposing mages.”I guess we are gonna settle this with some bloodshed that’s fine Lohengrin has been wanting to drink for a while now” he stated as the blade seemed to hum for a moment as if to answer the slayer.

Halibel resisted the urge to laugh at Dmitry's awkward entrance. It was actually very visible on her face that she found it quite funny. After the comical moment had passed she turned her attention back at Sol, ready to charge at him. She wanted to say something to him first, but was interrupted by the newcomers summon. It almost seemed as if he wanted to help Halibel fight Sol, or even worst, fight Sol himself. She gave Dmitry a glare of disapproval, almost completely ignoring Sol. She looked like a child her just got cut in line; an expression of lighthearted frustration. She said to him in a condescending tone "What do you think you're doing? I'm the hero here." Halibel was undoubtedly unpleased by the fact that Dmitry was attempting playing hero in this situation. That's her job.

Her attention shifted back to Sol when he took out a blade. "It's just a katana...", Halibel thought. She pointed her rapier at Sol as she grew a rather maniac and sinister smile. "Bloodshed is fine with me."

Dmitry sighed heavily at Halibel's statement, already sick of this job. If it wasn't bad enough that he had to deal with a dragon slayer in the town with seemingly the worst luck ever, now he had to work with some white haired, blue eyed, graceful, pretty...

'Where exactly were you going with, boy?' Hati said mentally, with no shortage of amusement. Dmitry shook his head, having lost that train of thought. "Look lady, I don't even wanna be here. Hell, I ain't even gettin' payed. Only reason I'm out here is cause, for some reason, I got recommended. I can't even turn down the job Or Lamia Scale looks bad, so bear with me, will ya?"

"You may want to pay attention, boy." Hati said out loud, prompting Dmitry to look over at his foe and see the long blade he drew.

"Watch yourself," he said to his new comrade, sensing something stirring. "That ain't a normal sword..."

Sol grinned and looked between the two opponents as he triggered one of his swords abilitys,a light purple aura covered him though only he could see it as a invisible wave of magic extended out of him untill it covered 10 meters, he knew that it wouldn’t effect Dmitry at all but he knew it could cause trouble for Halibel,”you two are bickering like a couple but shouldn’t you be focusing on my especially you Halibel” he said knowing his magic would hopefully ensnare her mind and bend her to his will, he kept his grin as he moved a few steps forward.

Halibel Would You Kindly turn to your friend and Stab him in the chest with your blade” he said softly but enough that the supposed holy knight would hear him, he knew that there was a high chance that she would be able to resist the effects but even so it would give him enough of a chance to strike at one or both of them. Sol know that the worst case would be that he would have to retreat.

"Lamia Scale. So he's a guild wizard.", she thought to herself after hearing him explain why he was hear. It seemed Halibel didn't have a choice in whether or not the new arrival could help her. This was mainly due to the fact that her guild had close ties with the magic council, and action that could sully those ties could backfire on both the guild, and more importantly, herself. Before she could stay something in reply, Dmitry pointed out the irregular magic energy emitting from Sol's blade. By the time that Halibel noticed it, it was already too late. Her relaxedness allowed her to drop her guard just enough for Sol's sword to ensnare her mind.

Halibel began to hear a voice telling her to stab Dmitry. "What is this... A spell?" Halibel turned towards Dmitry with her rapier in hand. Her facial expression was quite blank. Almost as if she was deciding whether to stab him or not. He -did- steal her spotlight after all. Then again he was brought in by the council on a job. Halibel then attempted to pierce Dmitry's chest with the tip of her blade. She was under the influence of Sol's blade at this point, and at the mercy of Sol's commands.

"Aww shit..." Dmitry said as he took a peek to the right, worries confirmed as Halibel turned towards him. "Get goin', old man." For once, the wolf spirit had no response, charging at the enemy at high speeds. However, instead of hitting the dark mage head on, he sprinted past in the hopes that the man would be caught in Hati's powerful wake. Whether the strafing run was successful or not, the spirit would quickly turn back and close the distance once more. This time, he would attempt to latch onto the blade instead of the man, attempting to interrupt the spell taking effect on Halibel. Speaking of that knight...

"Yeesh! You don't gotta get all pissed off!" Dmitry shouted, as the girl tried to impale him. He was thankful that she had chosen such a small blade though, as it was just narrow enough to divert. Intentionally deflecting the blade upward, so as to create an opening, Dmitry made a grab for her collar. If successful, he would pull her in close enough that their eyes were inches apart, so that he could attempt to wake her from the under the sword's influence.

    "Wake up, damnit!"

Sol smirked when Halibel’s face went blank and she moved to attack Dmitry and the slayer knew that his plan was going perfectly, Dmitry seemed to panic just a little bit before sending his wolf spirit at Sol, the slayer spoke while he prepaired another spell.”HalibelWould You Kindly kill the Lamia Scale mage” he ordered before he sucked in a massive amount of air before he unleashed a large amount of dark red poison gas at the Wolf Spirit approaching him, while he was still unleashing the roar he moved his head so that the stream would move towards the two other mages and hopefully he would be able to escape soon.

Sol was no fool he knew that if he had to fight both Halibel and Dmitry he would have little to no chance of success so he started to glance around for places to escape to, looking down Sol spotted a manhole that led into the sewer system and he knew that was his way out if things went south. However when he saw that the Wolf latched onto his sword he growled and triggered the other effect of it.”Get off you lousy Mutt!” he snarled as the blade turned pitch black and Sol attempted to rip it out of the beasts jaws quickly.

"Hm...My body is moving on it's own... Strange. Is it God? No... God lets me make my own decisions.""

Halibel was attempting to figure out why her body was acting on its own. She then sensed the magical energy that Sol's sword was giving off. She ignored it initially, and for some reason was just now begining to notice it. "Oh...That makes sense." Another order from Sol came through. "Kill him?" Halibel had an undying urge to kill Sol, but it seemed that Sol's magic made her shift the object of that hate over to Dmitry. She attempted to resist Sol's spell but before she knew it, she was inches away from Dmitry's face, starting at his mix-match eyes. It seemed that he actually managed to wake Halibel up from the spell before she could carry out Sol's second order. "Hmm..." It seemed like she wanted to say something to Dmitry but decided not to.

Halibel stepped away from Dmitry and looked over at Sol would seemed to be having trouble with the wolf. "Hey. It's ok if I kill him right?", she asked Dmitry. Before even giving him time to answer that question, her clothing began to glow. Her cloths then disappeared for no longer than a moment before a whole new set of clothing appeared. She was now clad in a red dress with a matching tiara and was wielding a red sword that was about the same size as her. Halibel when pointed the large blade at Sol with only one hand. With a smirk on her face, she said to Dmitry "Hey. You should move your friend. I might hit him with the one." A sphere of explosive magic then began to form on the tip of her blade. "Bomb Shot." After uttering those words the orb fired straight at Sol and Dmitry's wolf. Hopefully Dmitry warned him early enough for him to get out the way, otherwise he would be caught up in the explosion.

After ducking under the toxic stream, Dmitry let out a sigh of relief as the girl seemed to come to senses, though he was a bit surprised at the volume of his own relief.

"Hey, long as you ain't tryin' to kill me anymore, go ape-shit." He said in response to her question. After that, he jumped back a bit in surprise as Halibel's clothes suddenly vanished, replaced by a much brighter set. For a moment, he was slightly in awe at her appearance, not sure what to think or say. The Lamia Scale mage was brought to reality at her warning, a sadistic idea forming in his head.

Meanwhile, Hati let go of the blade as it began to darken, grimacing as he picked up Dmitry's idea. "Why you little...so be it." Without another word, the spirit lunged for the dragon slayer's shin, attempting to drag it out from under and keep it in his jaws until the attack reached it's mark.

"I invoke the Lunar Horse: Alsvinder!" As soon as the it appeared, Dmitry mounted the smoke-like steed and began riding towards the target zone, measuring his speed so that he would arrive just after the blast cleared. Using the smoke and dust as cover, he would ride through and activate the curse on his knife at point blank range, sending a stream of darkness at Sol like an extension of the blade itself.

ol grumbled as his spell was broken by Dmitrys efforts and he watched as the girl requiped into a red dress and gain a gigantic red sword. Things were going downhill fast and the slayer knew he needed to escape or he would be in rather hot water. As the wolf released his blade and grabbed his ankle Sol swiped at it with his sword as poison started to ooze from his skin and coat him like a sort of armor, just as it finished the red haired man was sent make quite a ways back from the explosion the little sphere Halibel had sent at him.

Lucky for Sol the explosion managed to push him back to another manhole, he acted quickly and removed the manhole cover right before he saw Dmitry in his face with a knife and on a horse as well. The coating he had created had been burned away and Sol took the hit from the darkness full force as it knocked him back to the ground.”God that stings looks like today just isn’t my day” he said as he quickly opened the manhole cover.”You may have the upper hand today but I think I’m done messing with you two today sweet nightmares.” he said with a slight smirk as he quickly jumped down the manhole and into the sewers to escape. By the time the two would reach the hole the slayer would be long gone.
