New Harukami:

This ancient katana is a treasure of the Kensho family. It was gifted to Mura back when he started off his journey as a Mage. It originally belonged to the 600+ years old samurai, the now deceased spirit Kyuken, who is now one of Mura's oldest friends and companions. Now, the young Mage has risen through a rain of fire and water, reached the pedestal of heroes and saints and made a life for himself thanks to this blade and many other things.
Harusame has met many reforges throughout its life. It has broken more times than Mura can count, and it possibly will continue breaking in response to the events that his wild life invites. Its latest forging consists of a handle carved from the shin bone of a troll, showing carved illustrations of recognizable yōkai such as Oni, Kitsune, Onryō, Gyūki, Itachi and Tatsu. The bottom of the handle is carved as the head of a Wani. The guard is forged in an orangish shade of gold, fused with a golden blade collar that sprouts a razor-sharp steel blade. The blade ridge has a long, shallow opening with a string-like line of steel in the middle for a secret purpose. The blade is usually sheathed in a deep-red scabbard with a golden ornament on the tip.
With its new form, it's also granted a new name - inspired by Mura's constant rise to greater heights, it's redubbed
Harukami.
