    Primary Magic: Elemental Chains Magic
    Secondary Magic: N/A
    Caster or Holder: Caster
    Description: This magic allows the user to create magical chains as he wished to fit the description of the spell he is casting. The chains are pure elemental magic so they are not regular chains. The elements that Blake controls are Fire, Water, Earth, and Air. All of his elements having different views on attacking and playing their part in his arsenal of magic. This magic also allows the user to view both sides of the caster and holder type as some spells are cast and some are holding type.
    Strengths: •The user can create chains from thin air
                  •The user can have a hold type and still cast a spell and they can also have to hold type spells on at once
                  •Most of his elements can be used in combos with each other

    Weaknesses: • The elements require Blake's full concentration to control.
                       • Blake might accidentally counter his own spell by trying to combo his elements.
                       • He can only use his arms for holding type
                       •If something is attached to his arms, he cannot summon chains.


    Lineage: Knight of Swords
    Description: One of the Seven Knights of King Kuroryu, this Knight could summon an ethereal sword to his hand and use it to destroy anything in his way. This knight was said to be balanced in both offensive and defensive capabilities as he could destroy opponent's spells with his sword that he summoned. This knight was known to be the right hand man of King Kuroryu.

    Ability: The user summons a sword for 5 posts allowing the user to use it as a weapon to fight with which also increases the speed of the user. The user can also slice spells apart with restrictions.

    Usage: The user can activate the summon and use the sword for 5 posts, with a 150% increase in speed, and has a cooldown of 5 posts between uses. If the user wishes, he can use the sword to cut spells apart rendering them useless (up to S-Rank). However, if he does cut the spell apart the user of the lineage the user cannot move from his position for 1 post - IF he does the sword vanishes but allows the user to move again. Can only be used 2 times per thread.


    Passive Skills: • Blake has a mood element all the time that reflects his personality. (Ex. Anger=Fire). In a battle, his mood element is displayed by the corresponding color of aura that surrounds him. (Ex. Anger=Fire=Red Aura in battle)

    •  when Blake's mood element matches the element of an incoming spell, the damage of the spell is reduced by 25%



    Spells

    Name: Left/Right Hand Flame Knuckle
    Rank: D
    Type: Fire,Caster,Offensive
    Duration: 2 posts
    Cooldown: 3 posts
    Description: Blake surrounds either or both of his hands in a flaming chain to aid him in battle. The fire from the chains do not harm him because he is one with the element of fire. The spell gives all of Blake's attacks a 5% damage increase for each hand.(10% for each hand if his mood element is fire). The fire chains stay with him until the duration of the spell is over and then they unravel and disappear into thin air again.

    Strengths: • Blake can cast the spell on both of his hands
                   • The force from one hit will knock them back a little
                  •The spell buff increases from 5% to 10%  if his mood element is fire.


    Weaknesses: •if he equips two knuckles, the damage increase is split between them.
                      •The Flame Knuckle does nothing to help Blake's defense
                       •The flames don't burn the opponent
                       •Water cancels out the fire knuckle
                      

    Name: Left/Right Hand Water Whip
    Rank: D
    Type: Water,Caster,Offensive
    Duration:  2 posts

    Description: Blake creates a chain that he holds in his hand and uses it like a whip. Since the whip is magic, it can extend and shrink to Blake's will. It can be as small as 2 ft and be as long as 14 ft. The chain is of the water element making it very loose and floppy. The whip can even be used to grab things or hold things. The whip is still normal though and can be used to strike things. The whip can be broken by 2 D rank spells (3 D rank spells if Blake's mood element is water).
    Strengths: •Blake can use the whip to hold things.
                   •The whip bends and  flow like water
                  •The spell can be equipped to either or both hands.

    Weaknesses: •The whip can be broken or cut by 2 D rank spells or 1 C rank
                       •Water can be blown away by air
                      •Blake can loose control of the whip if not careful
                      •Wind has a huge effect on the water's direction



    Name Chains: Rock Trap

    Type: Earth,Caster,Trap
    Duration:2 posts
    Cooldown:3 posts
    Description: Blake stomps his foot on the ground and sends 2 chains through the ground to his opponent. The chains then sprout and wrap themselves around the opponents ankles rendering the opponent immobilized. The chains are as strong as stone and can still be broken by 2 D rank spells. (3 D rank spells if his mood element is earth). The trap is not effective on mage's B rank or higher.
    Strengths: •The chains can even pull the opponent down if they try to ump away from the chains.
                  •Blake can attack them while they are stuck.
                  •The earth is sturdy while wrapped around the enemy.

    Weaknesses: •Water can wash away the rock chains.
                       •The rocks will weaken if Blake is not concentrated.
                       •Since the chains run through the ground, doing damage to the ground will weaken the chains.
                      •The opponent can still use their arms to do things.



    Name: Chains: Star Blade
    Rank: D
    Type: Air,Caster,Defensive
    Duration:3 post

    Description: Blake releases 5 chains that form into a star in front of him. No one can see it because it is air, but any magic that passes through that star will be slices and pushed away from Blake. The star moves and stays on Blake's front side so that he doesn't cut himself to pieces. The wind can only cut spells equal to Blake's rank. (If his mood element is air, he can also cut spells one rank above his). He can only cut a total of 2 D rank spells (3 D rank spells if his mood element is air)

    Strengths: •Blake is well protected from spells of his rank.
                   •The wind moves with Blake to aid him further in defense.
                  •when the wind touches a person it blows them back.


    Weaknesses: •The Wind cannot cut through 2 D rank spells at once.
                       •If Blake doesn't concentrate, he can't cut anything.
                      •The wind star can be destroyed by fire.
                      •Because of the star, Blake's forward movement is slowed by 2%





    List of Mood Elements
    Angry=Fire=Red Aura
    Calm=Water=Blue Aura
    Focused=Earth= Brown Aurai
    Happy=Air=White Aura
    To activate a mood, Blake has to be in that emotion for 3 posts and the power up stays for 2 posts

                  •Blake can sometimes move faster than sound.
                  •Blake has formed a powerful bond with the sky itself. I don't really count this as a weakness

    Weaknesses: • If Blake's lightning touches the water then he immediately passes out and his heart stops for a while before his lightning starts it back up again. This is a ridiculous weakness. Especially as most of the atmosphere is water.
                       • Blake becomes reckless when he is in his quantum lightning form, he always has a risk of paralyzing himself while inside the form.
                       • If Blake is forcefully stopped during motion of his quantum lightning form, he is immediately electrocuted by a bolt of quantum lightning, slowing him down and making him visible to the human eye once again.
                       •Blake cannot turn into lightning if something is attached to one of his 4 limbs.

    Passive Skills: •When Blake is in his quantum lightning state, he gains rubber properties such as bouncing, stretching, and even absorbing fall impact. Why? You are lightning. Lightning is ionized plasma not rubber. I need some reasoning behind this in your magic.

    •Whenever internal damage is done to Blake, such as organ problems or even being simply knocked out. The lightning inside of his body fixes the problem. Errr...no. This seems over powered. I can perhaps allow an accelerated healing factor
    •If at anytime, Blake is feeling overwhelmed by anything at all, his anger flares up causing him to short circuit everything in the room.

    Spells

    Name: Quantum Point: 2K Lightning Bolt Barrage
    Rank: D
    Type: Offensive
    Duration: Instant
    Cooldown: 2 posts
    Description: Blake turns into lightning moving so fast that there appears to be several of him surrounding the enemy. Then the images of Blake turn into lightning one by one striking the target with incredible speed. The lightning bolts then all gather in the sky and strike down as a bolt of quantum lightning. It only affects mage's within a 25 ft circumference. At the end of the spell the target is left paralyzed for 1 post


    Strengths: • Blake's lookalikes cannot be attacked during the spell.
                   •The barrage sends the enemy into a state of panic and pain making it hard for them to dodge the last bolt.
                  •Every single one of Blake's clones can move around before the barrage starts.


    Weaknesses: •The lookalikes can move, but only in a circular motion
                      •If the real Blake is hit at any time during the spell, it stops instantly sending Blake into shock.
                       •The force from the last bolt leaves Blake paralyzed for one post
                       •The attack can only affect the mage's within 25 ft circumference
                      

    Name: Quantum Point: Lightning Rod Burst Rifle

    Type: Offensive
    Duration: Instant
    Cooldown: 2 posts
    Description: Blake channels pure quantum lightning into the tip of his finger letting the mass amount of pressure to build up until it pops, sending the bolt at the opponent. The quantum lightning is not visible while in motion however, once released from Blake's finger it makes a large clapping noise, breaking the sound barrier. The beam however locks on to the opponents plasma in their blood and will use it's natural ability to ricochet off of anything in order to find it's target. If the target is it, they immediately drop to the floor and are paralyzed for 2 posts. The beam stays connected to Blake's finger until the target is hit.
    Strengths: •Blake might create a loud popping sound if he breaks the sound barrier
                   •The beam moves faster than light itself making it almost impossible to dodge
                  •The beam stays connected to Blake's finger slowly creating a net depending on which way the opponent moves giving them a bigger risk of being hit.

    Weaknesses: •The beam can be broken or cut by 2 D rank spells or 1 C rank
                       •Blake can't move while the beam is in action because he is still channeling quantum lightning
                      •The beam can be stopped if someone else touches the stream of lightning at any time.
                      •If Blake is hit with his spell, then he is paralyzed for 2 posts.



    Name Quantum Point: Oxygen Vortex/Cyclone

    Type: Offensive/Trap

    Description: Blake turns into quantum lightning and begins to run in a circle that has about 20 ft of circumference to it. He moves so fast that static electricity plus his own lightning gathers on the floor and forms a vortex around the target area. It slowly deprives the target of air as well as paralyzing them for 2 posts. The vortex begins to gain altitude until it connects to a tube of lightning that comes out of the air causing a cracking noise in the air. It then becomes a cyclone.
    Strengths: •Blake is unable to be seen during the spell
                  •The opponent has a hard time breathing making it hard for them to think of a way out
                  •The opponent can't escape the vortex without taking damage.


    Weaknesses: •Blake can be hit during the spell and if he is, it stops immediately
                       •Clouds are needed for the cyclone part of the spell.
                       •Anything thrown into the vortex/cyclone will most likely hit Blake but may also hit the target.
                      •If Blake tries to stop the movement of the vortex/cyclone he will most likely hurt himself



    Name: Quantum Point: Soul Protection

    Type: Defensive/Supportive

    Description: Blake gathers the lightning inside of his body and forces it outside of him. Lightning forced out of Blake appears as a blue color rather than yellow. This blue colored lightning emerges from Blake and attaches itself to the target creating a blue aura around them. This gives them the ability to move as fast as quantum lightning and they are protected by the lightning that surrounds them. At the end of the spell, the target's aura discharges, paralyzing a single person for 2 posts which depends on the original spell caster's decision.

    Strengths: •It makes your ally move as fast as you while also defending them.
                   •Your ally also gains all of the properties of quantum lightning
                  •The aura is purely made of Blake's feelings which could be very deadly once forced upon an opponent


    Weaknesses: •If Blake looses concentration,the aura dissipates.
                       •The more Blake is hit during the spell, the weaker the aura gets around your ally.
                      •The lightning absorbs most of the hits your ally takes but they still take some damage.
                      •Not all of the Soul Lightning returns to Blake which makes him a little weaker


    Okey dokey i've put some comments in teal for starters.

    However, I have some general comments.

    This is how offensive spells work on site in terms of damage:

    Instant:
    Deals 100% of its Rank in damage upon impact.
    Duration:
    Deals 150% of its Rank in damage over the entire duration. Damage per turn is 150% divided by the duration.
    Area of Effect:
    Deals 100% of its Rank in damage upon impact in the center. Deals 75% of its rank in damage in the affected area.
    Mixed:
    Spells that have more than 1 effect will have their effects categorized in primary effect, secondary effect and extra effect. Which effect is primary, secondary or extra is up to the player, but has to be mentioned in the application.
    The primary effect is  90% of its Rank effective.
    The secondary effect is 70% of its Rank  effective.
    The extra effects are 40% of its Rank effective.

    Note the fact it says ITS rank in damage. As in...a D rank spell does D rank damage. And other effects are a percentage of that.

    Now consider your magic you've said you can paralyse people entirely for two posts. This does not take rank into account at all and is far too overpowered for a D rank spell.

    I can give you paralyzing a limb for someone of equal rank to the spell (so D rank) for 2 posts, someone of one rank higher (so C rank) for 1 post and someone two ranks higher has reduced speed of that limb by 50% for 1 post.

    I could also give you slowing down an opponent by 50% for someone of equal rank to the spell(D rank), 25% for someone one rank higher(C) and 10% for someone two ranks higher. This would be an overall speed drop rather than paralyzing a limb. However, its fair.


    Now let's cover speeds. You're D rank. You are not having light speed techniques. I'm S rank and I doubt I could get away with it. Why? Because its impossible to dodge something that fast.

    Now let's cover blocking. This is a D rank spell and thus can be countered with D rank spells. I could give you that maybe it takes two earth spells or something to counter it and other elements just 1, but 2 D ranks is too much. Barrier techniques can generally withstand 2 spells of their rank max.

    You mention multiple times a quantum lightning form, but you never show what this is exactly. I suspect something like Juvia's water body, but I am not seeing it unless its something you only gain at higher ranks


    So take into account all of that and PM me when you think you're ready for approval.

    Need a list of these
    •Blake's mood element decides how focuses he is when it comes to casting that type of spell
    •In a battle, his mood element is displayed by the corresponding color of aura that surrounds him. (Ex. Anger=Fire=Red Aura in battle) These three abilities can be merged into one. They all are related to his mood element and two are pretty much just describing how that mood is displayed. So combine them into one ability and you have two more slots

The spell gives all of Blake's attacks with his enhanced hand a 5% damage increase.(10% if his mood element is fire). The fire chains stay with him until the duration of the spell is over and then they unravel and disappear into thin air again. I will let you have a 10% boost to physical non-magical attacks using the hands whilst wielding this on one hand. This is reduced to 5% if used on both hands (so each hand gets a 5% attack boost). Then if your mood is fire it can be 20% and 10%

    Strengths: • Blake can cast the spell on his left or right hand. Or even both.
                   • The force from one hit will knock them back a little
                  •The spell buff increases from 5% to 10%  if his mood element is fire.


    Weaknesses: •You have to pay the cost for every fist that is equipped Nah. You can just have the two flame knuckles cost the same as one, but they have less power. So just say 'using two flame knuckles halves the power boost
                      •The Flame Knuckle does nothing to help Blake's defense
                       •The flames don't burn the opponent
                       •Water cancels out the fire knuckle

I would suggest two D ranks to be fair and then it can also cut one C rank (as 2D = 1 C) Then with your air mood it can block three D.

This knight was said to be balanced in both offensive and defensive capabilities as he could destroy opponent's spells with his sword that he summoned. This knight was known to be the right hand man of King Kuroryu.

    Ability: The user summons a sword for 5 posts allowing the user to use it as a weapon to fight with which also increases the speed of the user. The user can also slice spells apart with restrictions.

    Usage: The user can activate the summon and use the sword for 5 posts, with a 150% increase in speed, and has a cooldown of 5 posts between uses. If the user wishes, he can use the sword to cut spells apart rendering them useless (up to S-Rank). However, if he does cut the spell apart the user of the lineage the user cannot move from his position for 1 post - IF he does the sword vanishes but allows the user to move again. Can only be used 2 times per thread.


    Passive Skills: • Blake has a mood element all the time that reflects his personality. (Ex. Anger=Fire). 
    In a battle, his mood element is displayed by the corresponding color of aura that surrounds him. (Ex. Anger=Fire=Red Aura in battle)
    •  when Blake's mood element matches the element of an incoming spell, the damage of the spell is reduced by 25%

    Name: Left/Right Hand Flame Knuckle

    Description: Blake surrounds either or both of his hands in a flaming chain to aid him in battle. The fire from the chains do not harm him because he is one with the element of fire. The spell gives all of Blake's attacks a 5% damage increase for each hand.(10% for each hand if his mood element is fire). The fire chains stay with him until the duration of the spell is over and then they unravel and disappear into thin air again.

    Strengths: • Blake can cast the spell on both of his hands
                   • The force from one hit will knock them back a little
                  •The spell buff increases from 5% to 10%  if his mood element is fire.


    Weaknesses: •if he equips two knuckles, the damage increase is split between them.
                      •The Flame Knuckle does nothing to help Blake's defense
                       •The flames don't burn the opponent
                       •Water cancels out the fire knuckle

The whip is still normal though and can be used to strike things. The whip can be broken by 2 D rank spells (3 D rank spells if Blake's mood element is water).
    Strengths: •Blake can use the whip to hold things.
                   •The whip bends and  flow like water
                  •The spell can be equipped to either or both hands.

    Weaknesses: •The whip can be broken or cut by 2 D rank spells or 1 C rank
                       •Water can be blown away by air
                      •Blake can loose control of the whip if not careful
                      •Wind has a huge effect on the water's direction



    Name Chains: Rock Trap

    Description: Blake stomps his foot on the ground and sends 2 chains through the ground to his opponent. The chains then sprout and wrap themselves around the opponents ankles rendering the opponent immobilized. The chains are as strong as stone and can still be broken by 2 D rank spells. (3 D rank spells if his mood element is earth). The trap is not effective on mage's B rank or higher.
    Strengths: •The chains can even pull the opponent down if they try to ump away from the chains.
                  •Blake can attack them while they are stuck.
                  •The earth is sturdy while wrapped around the enemy.

    Weaknesses: •Water can wash away the rock chains.
                       •The rocks will weaken if Blake is not concentrated.
                       •Since the chains run through the ground, doing damage to the ground will weaken the chains.
                      •The opponent can still use their arms to do things.



    Name: Chains: Star Blade

    Description: Blake releases 5 chains that form into a star in front of him. No one can see it because it is air, but any magic that passes through that star will be slices and pushed away from Blake. (If his mood element is air, he can also cut spells one rank above his). He can only cut a total of 2 D rank spells (3 D rank spells if his mood element is air)

    I'm not sure on this. It seems like a free power up. Particularly as you could quite easily just go rawr now i'm angry. Use your fire power. and then go ok i'm now calm water power up. I think the powers are probably fine as they are. Just remove this mood bit. Unless we have somethng like you need to have this emotion for a number of posts before the boost activates.
