OOC: This takes place after the COOP Event

Kyll walked up to the entrance of the village in a very relaxed mood. Apparently she had been assigned a job to exorcise the village of the poltergeists in the village that had been causing issues. So much that it made the people leave to the nearest town to stay. She wore her hair tied in a pony tail and her normal iconic attire. Kyll's white leather boots sunk into the sand on the ground. She looked around the center market place where she usually bought teas and spices to notice that the place had been abandoned. Everyone just fled, leaving the hint to Kyll that the flier was right. People were too scared to stick to this village. Something seemed wrong about this though. She couldn't sense any ghosts or poltergeists in the village at all. She opened her green eyes and stared at the scenery to get a better and brighter look at things. This just seemed wrong to her. She felt out of place. Kyll brushed some dust off of her shoulder to the blue, sleeveless kimono top she wore. "Strange," Kyll said to herself as she looked around. "There isn't anything here that would scare away the people in this town."

Kyll looked up at the sky. It was daybreak. She stared at the stars. Something just felt like they were warning her something about to happen. Telling her to leave. "I should investigate..." Kyll said to herself as she began to walk from the market place to the chieftain's hut. Kyll finally could sense it. The familiar feeling of something she feared the most. She backed away from the hut and a scared look came over her face. Her pale skin began to turn white as a bleach ghost. She backed up and looked around the area. "COME ON OUT!" Kyll said. She knew she was surrounded.

Kyll's shouting was being answered with a moment of utter silence, a moment that to her would feel like an eternity. However that silence was quickly broken as the heels of leather bound shoes clacked against the stone pavement of the village, normally a mundane sound in a busy city. But for Kyll it would be as ominous as a thunder that ripped through the peace of a night sky.

By looking where that sound came from, Kyll would see a familiar face emerging from the dark entrance of the chieftain's hut. Familiar yet unwanted, a face that just like hers hadn't changed much over the years. And just as back then, the man who appeared still dressed the same. But despite the appearance still being similar to back then, it was without doubt that Harrigan was different now. So much that even his outer appearance was an oddity to her.

At the same, a soft growling could be heard from all around her, the prowling of large animal legs between the various huts of the village. And with it came a stench of death and decay. These were The Garm, undead entities that resembled a large wolf or hyena. Harrigan never was really sure about what they resembled more. But one thing was sure, they were large and had canine predatory features. And most importantly, they did his every bidding. But these wretched animals weren't the only ones that had joined the fray. As Kyll would step backwards she was being met by the other dark mages, one probably unknown to her. A man that goes by the name of Indar. And the other a young girl, at least in appearance, someone that she had seen before. Even if it was briefly. The moment Kyll would realize that dire situation she was truly in was also the moment that Harrigan decided to speak.

'What is it dearie?' his voice conceited and slithering 'You look like you've seen a ghost..'

The waiting of the right moment, was causing Indar the grow impatient and had cause a want in him to jump out right when he saw the woman, but that would ruin it all. So he had just waited it all out, until he heard the woman speak out, her voice was then followed by Harrigan's in a moment.

His voice had been the queue for Indar and Sinali to appear as well, alongside the hordes of Garm. Indar hadn't said a word before and so he didn't do now, he just stood there, behind the woman he knew almost nothing about. He wasn't going to make a move, before Harrigan had given him the order, that's what he basically way, just a soldier to his guild master. And he liked it this way.

Indar just kept standing there, his white hood covering his head, hiding any real features. Only his height would be a giveaway and the glimpse of the emerald green eye, that shined from underneath the hood. His expression though, was filled with lust and angst, he wanted to strike, badly, to test out his new power. But not before he had gotten an order, before then, his blood-lust was contained.

The blood-lust was also accompanied by a desire to know more about this woman and why Harrigan had made an ambush like that. Indar just waited for the answers to pop up, asking was such a tedious thing for him.

Sinali knew Kyll. She'd met her once before and been punted across the room by her. It was time to play with her, particularly her mind. So when Sinali emerged it was not a young girl that emerged. It was the old man known as Harland. She'd even brought a walking stick to mimic his walking style accurately. "Perhaps she has son." Sinali said mimicing the voice of the man known as Harland perfectly. The man Sinali had herself killed. "What do you think Lady Greaters? Are you seeing a ghost?" Sinali had even used the correct name that Kyll was called when Harland was alive. How did she know this? Well, she had most of Harland's memories from his genetics. She wondered how the woman would react to this. Would it be violence? Sadness? Confusion? So many possibilities and they all sounded so much fun.

Kyll backed up and looked around her. Then when she saw Harland. She immediately got fearful. This was a ghost. Something that was meant to be dead and something she feared the most. However when her eyes switched to both Harrigan and Harland. She backed up only to be with in range of Indar. She gripped a fist and took a deep breath. Not only where there people around her. The growls of the dogs could be heard all around her. She could smell the musty snarls and the decomposing flesh. This was not right to her. So much death... Kyll said looking around. "Harri--" She was interrupted by the Garm surrounding her. She backed away from Indar. "Councilman... Harland..." Kyll said looking over at him. She was confused and very scared. Kyll moved a white boot to the side and a Garm snapped at her ankles. Her aura began to shimmer around her as she tried to find her escape. Kyll closed her eyes. Surrounded... She lowered her body so that her weight fell on her knees. Kyll kept a glance to her left and right. There was only one answer to this. One of the Garm figured out what Kyll was up to. He ran forward and jumped right at Kyll with his mouth opened headed for her arm to hold her down. Kyll immediately moved to the side and grabbed the wolf by the neck. She twisted it's head and a large crack could be heard.

Kyll found her opening as she began to run out of the nearest path away from Harrigan, the Harland ghost, and the other man she didn't know. The path was clear. However she turned her head back to see what damage she had done to the wolf looking creature. The creature's neck readjusted itself and cracked back into place. The army of canines ran straight after her.

"I'm not supposed to see him.. Not with out my Master..." Kyll told herself. She reminded herself that Zeno was supposed to help her destroy her past and free her from Harrigan's grasps.

'oh my, guess we have to give chase then' said Harrigan without worry upon seeing Kyll flee the scene. The Garm however, as the wild pack the were, immediate gave chase. And they did so in a rather unflattering sense, everywhere where kyll ran they'd follow. By crashing through everything that stood in their way, may it be the village tents or any other object they came across. Nothing would stop them of their blind hatred, something that they seemed to share with their master.

Harrigan would watch, as Kyll jumped over small stone fences, and even crawled on building. Yet unable to shake of her pursuers. However to him it started to take to long, the nimble woman easily kept evading the raw pack of wrath that chased her down.
It was then that Harrigan gazed over to the two other mages, Sinali who had taken the form of Harland, his deceased father and former council member. Which was one of the rare gifts the girl was able to do. And Indar, the enigmatic mage even for Savage Skull standards. A man whose cold and neutral demeanor was nothing more then a mask to hide who he truly was.

'Indar, hunt her down will you, bring her down to her knees... and you  don't have to contain yourself any longer. Let your desire for carnage flow freely. Sinali... lay a trap for her. Use the hunt to lead her exactly where you want her to be... oh and both of you, make sure you don't kill her yet. I still have plans for her,

Observing what was happening in front of him, Indar was getting more and more restless. His mind was focused on his lust for blood fully now. The levels of it went even higher, when Kyll suddenly ran away from them and the Garm gave chase immediatley, but Indar waited, for his guildmaster's command.

When Harrigan gave the command, it echoed in his mind for some time, causing his brutal and merciless side to be release. The white hood dropped, revealing two eye, burning in an emerald green glow and a twisted grin. Indar was focused on only one thing now, hunting down Kyll and brining her to her knees. It was his master's wish and that would come true now, even if it would mean Indar's death, though he'd like to avoid that, if at all possible.

So without further to do, Indar followed the Garms closley, summoning Ilvren to his side while running after them. He hadn't caught Kyll yet, but the pack of Garms following her were easy to trace, thanks to their size and the amount of them. Sooner or later Indar would make up the distance and then he would attack the woman.

As he kept on running, Indar grabbed a hold of one of the Garms, using it for quicker transport, as he had no way of getting to Kyll faster. When he saw Kyll closer to him, Indar pulled his telepathic weapon Ilvren to his side and said a few words. ''Blade Surge'' With that, Indar managed to teleport right in front of Kyll, hopefully causing her to stop, but he wouldn't do anything else, as the twisted guy wanted to see what this woman was capable of.

Sinali, currently in the form of Harland, was quite pleased with the results of her transformation. It had put the target into a state of fear. She was convinced that Sinali was a ghost of the former council member. In retrospect it was probably using things like the name Harland called her by and the voice that sold it more than the actual form. She probably could of got away with a much less human form and perhaps even caused more fear. She'd remember that for the future.  She listened to the words of Harrigan and wondered briefly whether to keep up the act.

"As you wish son." she said and walked off. She had no need to rush at this stage. She knew exactly the way Kyll was going as well because she had sent her pet Perry as a spy in the sky in order to keep an eye on her. She walked through the village until she came to an almost empty area. She considered it for a moment and nodded. This would be the ideal place. She stood there and then focused sending out insects from her arms. In total there 20 bees, 16 explosive wasps and 12 mosquitos. All of these hid beneath the sand awaiting the arrival of Kyll. There were also some garm hidden in the village around. One of the garm that followed her had been ordered to tell the other garm to lead Kyll here. The trap was set.

The garm would force Kyll to this area. When Kyll entered she would see Harland emerge from the ground then the bees and mosquitos would swarm on her as a distraction whilst the explosive bugs hid as 'mines' the sand to prevent easy escape. The mosquitos were the key part of the plan though simply because they would try to drain her of her magic and if she destroyed one then it would explode. They might only take one D rank's worth of magic a turn but that was enough. Sinali nodded and with that she began to bury herself in the sand till nothing of her was visible.

OOC: XD Forgot to state in my previous post that meteor was charging. Oops no flying for me... yet. XD

Kyll ran forward. As soon as she saw Indar in front of her, she bent her knees and slid to a halt. She then sent an upper cut point blank at Indar's chin trying to send him up in the air. She then jumped in the air and spun around sending a high kick towards his chest. If her attack landed he would be knocked back into a market place fixture. She then looked around. The Garm were everywhere. She began to take the easiest route running forward. She then screeched to a halt when she saw Harland raise up from the ground. Kyll began to run to the side to avoid this ghost. Mainly because of the fact she though he was a ghost. Ghosts still freak her out to this day. Her foot landed on a bug and exploded in the ground. She flew forward losing her footing. Kyll landed on the ground and took a hit from five more mines in the ground. She stood up and shook it off. She glared at her opponent. He meant her more harm. This was not a ghost. Kyll held her arms to the side and a magical seal with a star in the center appeared. She then pivoted her body so that she was positioned beside the seal. The circle spun as she swerved her arms straight towards Harland. "You can't be sided with this maniacal monster!" Kyll screamed at Harland. "HEAVENLY ARROWS!" Kyll shouted out. The circle imploded into a ball of light then it split into four arrows headed straight for Harland. However, the arrows imploded on to each other as he went straight back into the ground.

Kyll opened her eyes and glared at the figure and gripped her fist as her yellow aura began to cover her body. "I have something special for all of you." Kyll said looking at each one. The anger began to rise in her body. She could feel the pressure of stress rising from her feet to her shoulder. The wrath of the cosmos was coming down upon this group.

It was all going as planned, luring Kyll to a remote empty village in the middle of the dessert. Made sure that Indar and Sinali could wear the woman down. Before her former mentor would arrive, a man who had an instant connection with the woman and could feel when she got into danger. And that was Harrigan's true goal, to lure out Einrich and finish him off once and for all. Which was hitting two birds with one stone. It would be a satisfying personal achievement for Harrigan, a drink that would quench his vengeance for now. And it would be a powerful blow against Eclipse Soul as Einrich was a strong and personal friend of that guild.

However he wouldn't do it right away, no Harrigan was planning on savoring the moment he had waited so long for all this time. He would make his death a display of vengeance, a slow yet cruel demise. And Kyll would watch it, while she would lie down wounded on the ground unable to move a muscle. He would take the man's life right before her eyes.

Indar took a straight hit from the woman and a kick right after it, which had sent him through a market place fixture. He just lay there for a couple of seconds, a wicked smile on his face still and a slight stream of blood went down his face. He was loving every moment of this, maybe even too much.

Indar got up after almost a minute of laying down and, hearing the commotion coming from a little further away, he started walking towards the sounds. There wasn't a way now he would let Kyll go, not even a small chance. She had dealt damage to Indar and Indar had to deal damage back to her. An eye for an eye.

He had made his way to a small street and some distance away, he could see the woman standing there. This was going to be so fun, oh so fun. Indar called Ilvren to his side and had it start charging a spell up. Until then though, Indar started to run towards the woman, ready to strike with his blade.

As he reached her, Indar raised the weapon, the four blades shifted in front of the orb in the middle, all lined up to stab Kyll straight, though not aiming to hit any vital spots, like her hearth. Maybe she could dodge it, after which Indar would just stand there, waiting for an attack back from her. If they did hit, Indar, would punch the woman straight in the gut and wait for what she did.

The figure currently in the form of Harland, also known as Sinali, smiled beneath the ground. Her plan had gone so well so far. It wasn't perfect, far from it. If it was perfect Kyll would not have even gotten off an attack. No, she'd be on the floor in agony begging for release. However, that was sadly not the case. What's more her explosive insects, the boom buggys, would not last much longer. As she had descended into the ground again she had sent the remaining swarm, a full ten, straight at her along with the entire complement of 20 bees that she called sting buggys. Between them they would do a sizeable amount of damage. The drain buggys had burrowed through the ground and were now by her feet. With luck the explosive bugs would go boom and do some damage whilst the sting bugs distracted her. That was when her drain bugs would strike trying to drain her of her magic power whilst they could. It was a powerful assault.

Her head emerged from the ground. "Lady Greaters...i'm afraid this is your punishment." she said. "You should of saved me from that child, but you failed."

She saw Indar headed straight to her. His stab going straight for her hand. Her yellow aura went from a flicker to a full on outline around her body. She immediately moved to the side taking a scratch to her wrist. Her eyes opened in aggravation as she glared at the boy in front of her. She took another step but she stepped on a bug in the ground taking more damage. "YOU'RE ANNOYING!" She shouted at the Harland look alike. She gripped her fist and then slammed it into the ground of the vicinity she stood. A wave of pressure hit the center of her punch then flew out straight for Indar and the Harland look a like. The center of the force even went straight into the ground taking out any bugs in the area of her punch. She stared over at Harrigan. "You're better than this!" Kyll shouted at him.

He wasn't better then this, the man he was before was long gone. Anything he used to be, any personality trait that could be considered warm and gentle had died within the calamity that Kyll had caused all those years ago. Leaving nothing more then the cruelty that had always slumbered within him.

So it was to no surprise that Harrigan answered Kyll with a painful torture that knows no bounds. His cold blue eyes pierced at Kyll's, his mouth was curled up in a conceited smile while he with a snap of his fingers he used Kyll's own magical power against her.
It would compress itself inside her own body, to such an extent that it eventually reached a point that it couldn't any more. Forcing Eclipse Soul's mage own power to explode inside her body, dealing her crippling pain that would shock through her entire body.

And just like that, with the snap of a finger, Kyll's magic exploded all over her body. She flew straight into a few huts and she landed outside of the surrounding village. Her sight began to blur as she looked out towards Harrigan. The crazed look in his eyes made her far more scared than she ever thought. Kyll's body shook as she tried to move. Her mind was screaming to get up, but her body wasn't answering. The effects of the spell increased. She had far too much magic surrounding her and she couldn't control her meteor aura. She wasn't a master of her element. I'm sorry... Kyll thought. She didn't know who she was apologizing to, all she knew was that she had to apologize. Just then the garm surrounded her and began to circle the mage. Kyll's body lay there, helpless. Her eyes opened. She could only see blurs of black and smelled the death around her. This is it for me... Kyll thought to herself.

Then in a moment there was silence. No sound surrounded her. Then a ball of light appeared above her body. It imploded in on itself. Then the ball of light burst into a 400 meter area. The light was blinding and it disintegrated all of the garm surrounding Kyll. Those that didn't shield their eyes when they saw this light were going to be blinded. When their sight returned, the foes would see a cloaked man holding Kyll's body in both of his arms. On his back stowed a quarter staff made of metal. The figure looked down at Kyll. "What did you get yourself into now?" He said gently laying her down on the ground against a lone boulder in the desert. He then threw off his clock revealing the man's athletic figure. The man looked rather young compared to his actual age. "Harrigan," the man said turning his golden eyes to Harrigan's. He wore a black body suit underneath a monk out fit. "Years ago we crossed paths, and your face still hasn't changed." He grabbed the quarter staff from his back. He twirled it around in his hands then grabbed the center of the staff with his right hand. He then held it vertically and let it tap the ground. Just as he did that, his yellow aura grew. It seemed like fire around his body. "I saw this in a vision, but I didn't think you would take her down in such a barbaric manner, Harrigan." A magic circle appeared under his feet. He took his steps toward the center of the battlefield. Circle spread in a 500 meter diameter with the man walking in its center. He raised his quarter staff up. "Cosmic..." He then stabbed the quarter staff into the ground. "Halation!"

The seal then uprooted from the ground and then formed into a dome around everyone. The battlefield then darkened into a universe. Suddenly seven boulders of light came in from the middle and then crashed above the man. If any of the mages were hit by the boulders it would lift them up in the air to meet in the middle. They will be crushed above the man. The boulders would crash into each other anyway and then explode in to several shards of piercing light. Only to feel like scratches from daggers. "Stand down Harrigan," the main said. The spell was quick, but it was a run to spell this mage used.

Kyll opened one of her eyes to look into the battlefield. "M-master... Go back. Leave me." Kyll said.

Indar was sent back by the wave of pressure from Kyll and was staggered for a little bit, while he just observed Kyll and Harrigan. It was an interesting site to behold, at least for now. At least for now, Indar was standing down, watching what was happening, his rage was still fueled, the want to slaughter and destroy still echoed inside of Indar.

When the new guy arrived, Indar stood behind Harrigan, waiting still. His weapon had finished charging the daggers and they were perfect to attack this new man or even maybe hit Kyll behind of him. Even though he wasn't supposed to kill her and he wouldn't, the want still lurked in him. But when the man sent out an attack, Indar was ready, he would fight this new person.

As the attack came down, Indar managed to let off the 4 daggers from Ilvren, straight at the man. The daggers flew in a straight line towards the man. Though this quick attack meant that Indar had gotten hit and felt a powerful sting inside his left arm.

Though now, he wanted to fight even more.

The blast of pressure from her strike sent Sinali flying. On top of that it wiped out all of the bugs currently in the ground. There was nothing left. All of them were gone. The power this woman possessed was greater than Sinali thought. Then again this was the woman who had literally punted her from a room. It seemed though that Harrigan had, with a single spell, brought her to her knees. She was done. The battle was over. Or so Sinali thought.

However, she was very wrong. Suddenly, in a flash of light another man was there. A man who vaporized the garm in that same flash of light. Just who was he? Sinali tried to get up, but suddenly a magic seal had formed a dome that darkened the battlefield and formed several huge balls of light which crashed together. Sinali was not caught by the meteors themselves but by the shrapnel generated afterwards. It sliced her heavily. "Lady Greaters. Why would you let this man harm me so?" she said loudly. "Was it not your job to protect me? To protect the magic council? Or do you want to fail...again?" She needed time to form a plan and then she grinned. There was an ideal way to get Kyll thinking. The head of Harland rippled and formed Sinali. "Or did you realise it was me all the time Shiny lady."

Enrich held his arm forward making a swirl of light that then turned into a portal. He then put his other arm up in the, making another portal. The daggers went straight through the hole and then out of the next headed straight for Harrigan. "So you hang around berserkers." Einrich said making a comment to the insane man fighting him. He flew straight at Indar, double Kyll's meteor speed, and sent a punch to the gut.

Einrich looked over at Sinali who was leering over his student's body. [color:eef5=[pink]"Oh no..." He said holding his hand out. A controlled black hole appeared in his hands strong enough to pull Sinali away from Kyll. "You come back here little miss." He then looked at Kyll who was close to passing out on the ground. "Hang in there Kyll. You'll get out of here."

A tear dropped out her eye as she sat there... Still paralyzed by Harrigan's attack. "Master... You have to get out of here. He'll kill you." She shook as she tried to get to her feet, but she couldn't make it up. "Master, I'm begging you. Just let them take me."

Einrich looked at the mages in front of him. "But they aren't here for you, my death to life." He held his quarter staff in front of him. "Alright here's the deal... You guys are going to die here. You attacked my student and the only person I consider a daughter." He looked at all three. "So I'm going to have to take you all down."

With a stretched arm Harrigan snapped his fingers at the flying daggers, which in return deviated from their trajectory. By compressing their magical flow that eventually bursted out in a rapture, the daggers diverted inches away from Harrigan, and just barely missed him as they sheered passed the Savage Skull Guildmaster.

'Take us down?' he said sarcastically after Einrich had declared war on them 'But why? Don't find this a joyful occasion, a reunion between old acquaintances? I mean last time the three of us were together was at that village.... or have you forgotten already? What your acclaimed 'daughter' did that day? The lives that were lost?'
While walking up to Einrich during his condescending little speech, Harrigan passed Kyll. Who was still clinging to her own conscious self. Yet when Harrigan stepped next to her, he'd send a cruel attack towards her. At the same time he mentioned the words 'daughter'.
Another rapture was imbedded in her body, and send through her spinal cord. A shocking and excruciating sensation that would surely make her scream in anguish once more.

'No..Einrich, the one who is taken down would be you!!' He'd eventually continued when he had reached Kyll's mentor. Standing nothing more then a few inches away from the man, his face close enough that in his increasing anger Einrich could see a faint flickering on the left side Harrigan's face. Like a projection that didn't got enough power.
Revealing only in the blink of an eye, the extended damage Harrigan had suffered that day.

Kyll screamed out in pain as flew back again. She was still paralyzed and now, it's just worse than before. Kyll looked at his master. "I haven't forgotten..." Einrich looked at Kyll and shook her head. "But... I'm a hero of Fiore. I righted my wrongs..."

Einrich's brow furled. Kyll was far from redemption in the world's eyes. He looked at Harrigan again. "You need to step away from my student. Your anger has taken you down the wrong road, Harrigan." He held his hand out and walked slowly toward Harrigan. He then sent out a magic circle on the ground as it formed into a a 300 meter area of the three. "Put her down Harrigan." He said as the dome formed into a bright light. It began to elevate up. He twirled his quarter staff. Sinali and Indar were thrown out of the dome leaving only Kyll, Einrich, and Harrigan in the area. "She's not a monster. You and I both know that. It wasn't her fault."

Kyll looked over at Einrich. "MASTER! DON'T!"

Einrich tilted his head and looked at Kyll. "I'm just going to show him the truth." He ran forward and grabbed on to Harrigan's shoulder. Harrigan's vision flashed back. "She was the next queen. She was supposed to die. I saved her. For her mother." Einrich said aloud to Harrigan. He saw Kyll standing there screaming out in pain as the wings ripped out of her back and the man, Frederick laughing manically. It flashed forward to Zeno stabbing Kyll through the chest with a holy sword and then a flash of light with her butterfly magic returned. "We finished our mission, but banishing the bane of her existence, but you come back here attempting to take her life." Einrich let go.

"MASTER!" Kyll shouted. "GET AWAY FROM HIM! HE'S NO LONGER THAT MAN!"

A smirk appeared on Harrigan's face, a devilish cheshire smile filled with the revelation that it wasn't Kyll  who he was planning to end. In that split second later, when Einrich would understand the Savage Skull's guild master true intent, Harrigan pushed his hand straight on the man's chest. And send out a powerful shock through his entire body. Compressing all the man's magic on a singular point in his body, a foul rapture that only targeted the heart.

'It was not her I was after Einrich' he said while he grabbed the back of the man's head and forced his face close to that of him. So that the man would stare directly into Harrigan's face, into the cold blue eyes.

Their eyes were locked with each other, one gaze that struggled in the last moments of it's life while the other burned passionately with the first accomplishment of vengeance. 'Don't worry Einrich...' continued Harrigan 'I won't kill your pathetic protege right away, after all there still so much I need to share with her'

Releasing his grasp on the man, Harrigan stepped away and threw his foul gaze onto Kyll. 'Look at you... your master at the last breath of his life, but still clinging to the desperate fantasy world he has created for you. A world where he was your hero, your savior... well allow me to give you his departing gift before he enters the netherworld.'
With a snap of his fingers several transparent screens appeared all around Harrigan, Kyll and Einrich. And every single one of them played the same ominous scene.

Post by Aria Beleren 6th December 2014, 6:20 pm

Kyll screamed out in agony as she watched her mentor's death begin. Einrich's body began to quake as he felt the pressure converge on his heart. His eyes widened as he grabbed his chest. He could feel he had a very short time to go. Zeno... Hurry... Einrich thought as he moved one of his hands away from his chest and then grabbed on to Harrigan's collar. "Don't think I'll let you win with out a sucker punch." His hair began to go from it's normal pink and sunk into gray white. His face began to age and his eyes remained fixated on Harrigan. He raised a fist and then gave a smirk. "Oh Universe..." Kyll's eyes opened as she stood up on her own two feet. She took a breath of shock as she thought to herself as Einrich continued his incatation, "shine your glory down on me and guarantee me my victory..."

Kyll could finally move to make her way to Einrich. "No... Master Einrich! Don't do it... I can heal you! Calm down!"

Einrich turned his eyes to Kyll. "I will reveal to you... the truth... Backed... by..." His fist was covered in yellow cosmic energy. He sent a blow straight for Harrigan's gut sending him back. "Prophecy." The pressure around Einrich calmed down and he fell down to the ground. Down to his back. He looked up at the sky as Kyll came running to her. The screen of the truth began to show to the closed eyes mage. She fell to her knees as she put her hands on Einrich's face.

"Master Einrich..." She sniffled and began to cry. "Master..." She looked up at the screen.

Einrich smiled and put a hand on her face. "Don't blame me... Don't hate me..."

The screen showed Kalister standing there with a worried look after several visits to Einrich, the Rune Knight she treated. She put a hand on the bottom of her stomach. She turned saw Einrich and shook her head denying him that she truly felt for him. She left to be with her husband, William Greaters. "You never were a Greaters to begin with..." Einrich said. Kyll's hands began to tremble as her attention had stared upon the screen even longer.

The movie was silent. She couldn't hear anything. It flashed forward to her mother being bound by a spell that Einrich had cast. Her hands where held apart by rings of light. Einrich stood by crying. On his knees screaming and punching the ground. Kyll could see a familiar figure. Garbed in the hood she could recognize. Kyll shook her head. "No..." She said aloud. She raised her hands to her head as she saw her mother scream out and shake her head. A wave of pressure in the movie caused the hood to fall revealing the face. The face of the man that stood there holding the Soul Destroyer. The sword that killed her mother. Kyll's eyes widened as they began to fill with tears. "Master....Ze--" She stopped as she saw him ready the blade and charge straight for the woman with the sword out in front of him. She watched as Zeno thrust the blade through her mother's chest. Right in front of her. "....No..." Kyll finished. She looked down at Einrich. This man. He had stood by and watched her mother die. In fact he had assisted in it. "No..."

"Kyll... Listen to me. You're my blood... Your mother's flesh... Don't..." He couldn't get the words out as Kyll dropped his body to the ground. She put her hands up to her head as she began to back away not knowing that the direction she was headed in was the exact area Harrigan would be standing.

"GET AWAY FROM ME!" Kyll screamed out. She couldn't do anything but sob. Her entire life was based off of sin. She was a soul stuck in a tragic cycle, she was a child born with in wedlock, but sired by the wrong man, her entire life was a sham. She killed so many people. She almost ended the world. Kyll was nothing but chaos. "NO!!!" To top it off, the man that had been teaching her the rest of her lessons in her magic... Was the same man that killed her mother. The man that had taught her everything she knew before she joined the guild was her own father. There was nothing for her to claim. Nothing. She couldn't take anymore. Her aura began to shine again. This time it was like a fire around her. "I don't..." She fell to her knees. "I DON'T DESERVE TO BE HERE ANYMORE!" Kyll screamed out as she started to sob.

Einrich laid there on the ground. Abandoned by his own student. Staring up at the sun. Awaiting his death.

A Sudden Grave (Private) Empty Re: A Sudden Grave (Private)

Post by Cecile 8th December 2014, 11:34 am

With the sleeve of his his right arm Harrigan wiped off the dark red liquid known as blood from his mouth, which he was forced to cough up by the rather surprisingly strong attack from Einrich. 'Tch, didn't expected that man to some power left..'

But even though the man managed to strike one last time at Harrigan it was still an empty effort, sure it was powerful and Harrigan could even feel that his intestines were probably damaged. But it was still nothing more then delaying the inevitable truth, and that was that he was about to die. Fade away into nothingness while his so loved student would start to loath him.

A scream filled the air as Kyll was faced with the death and bitter truth that was known as Einrich, but while for Kyll the world seemed to be torn apart Harrigan was watching the fruits of his labor. A scene that he had longed for so long.
Her cries was music to his ears, her despaired face filled with tears was as a painting on his wall. Haring was truly enjoying this, and he didn't even bothered to hide it. With what started as a conceited smile of his accomplishment turned eventually in a crazy cackling laugh.

Kyll who in her grief was backing away from Einrich's body was unaware that she was heading towards Harrigan himself. Her hands grabbing her head, pulling at her own hair, unable to cope with the harsh truth that had been revealed. And the moment she neared Harrigan, she was being put down again.
By releasing several raptures on her legs, Harrigan would force Kyll to fall on her knees before him.

The scene that followed was a rather cruel one, the death and betrayal of her mentor still wasn't enough for Harrigan. As he grabbed the woman by her hair and pulled her up, even though her own legs couldn't support her anymore. It left her hanging like a rag doll. An humiliating state of utter defeat.
'Oh don't die on me now kyll!' cackled Harrigan 'After all, we're not even done!!''

The moments after that Kyll would feel yet again the shocking pain of raptures all through her body, her own magic being compressed to such a state that it was forced to explode inside her. And right before she would pass out from exhaustion, she could see a glimpse of new transparent screens floating all around here. Only instead of showing another scene of her past, it showed something else, a loading bar that ominously started to fill up with a purple color. While an ever changing number next to it increased.

    ~Several hours later~
The sun started to set, and shed it's last light onto the earth. Revealing with a orange glow the debris and rubble of the Dessert Village. Among the broken walls were nothing more then two persons, one elderly man staring with empty eyes into the sky. And the other a young woman, whose physical condition wasn't that much better of the former one.
Yet they weren't all alone, between the shadows all around them was movement. Something approached them, slowly but steady. It was being followed by a foul stench, that smelled as decaying bodies that were decomposing in the bright sun after a large battlefield. Then there was sounds, the heavy panting of only large animal could do, accompanied by a soft growling. These were Garm, the remaining creatures that had survived the ordeal and left behind by Harrigan. To throw one final insult on Kyll and Einrich.

A Sudden Grave (Private) Empty Re: A Sudden Grave (Private)

As the last rays of a saddened sun shone over the wasteland of dust and sand, the landscape was starting to let the darkness take over. Foul abominations closed in on mentor and student as they lay there unmoving. The stench filled their lungs, but they couldn't smell it. The horrific noises of the Garm echoed through their ears, but they couldn't hear it. All that was left for them was a sky turning dark and a chaos of memories fading as the sun disappeared behind the horizon.

Time seemed to slow down. The shadows of the incoming carnage became blurry, all shapes began to lose their sharpness. Colours started to blend together until the only thing that set apart foreground from background and Garm from the shadows cast on the debris was the dying light. The sun seemed to be holding on for as long as it could to provide some last bits of hope in the hopelessness.

Then, suddenly, it was as if the world flared up again, brighter than ever before. A ray of immensely bright and condensed light blasted through the shadows and tore through the creatures. The light ripped them apart until even the tiniest dust particles of darkness disintegrated into nothingness. The enormous beam of light rotated around until it had gone full circle upon its completion and the full Garm army had been wiped out.

The air was now filled with a rather familiar energy. Lingering arcane energy. A loud roar could be heard from the arcane beam's point of origin. A hooded figure stood in between Einrich and Kyll, not knowing whom to fall on his knees for first. His anger echoed through the landscape as an incredibly powerful pulse of pressure ravaged across the dunes and whipped up sandstorms.

Zeno knelt down beside Einrich, teardrops falling from his eyes onto his former mentor's cheeks.
His hand formed a pillow beneath the back of the dying man's head as the Shadow Savior put his hand on Einrich's chest trying to sense the damage done. White arcane energy pulsed with disbelief from Zeno's palm into his best friend's body, but in the back of his head he already knew his healing powers weren't powerful enough to bring Einrich back... not from this.

The whispered words barely made their way out of Zeno's mouth.

    "You stupid, stubborn fool..."

A cough could be heard from Kyll. She could feel it. The aura to the man that killed her mother. She stood up on both of her feet then balanced herself. "All this time..." She looked at Zeno. "You treated me like one of your own. You let me stay in your place... You even cured my ailments with my healing magic," the closed eyes mage looked up at the sky then opened her eyes. Instead of the glowing green. They were a purple. Her mind was in all sorts of damage. She gripped both of her fists together as she could feel the magic in her implode slowly. Kyll was going to die. Why not take the man who killed her mother with her? She didn't even care that Zeno could sense the virus that Harrigan had uploaded into her. She then turned her glare at Zeno. "You know what I hate the most? Irony." She burst forward and held her fist at her hip. Then she threw her punishment at Zeno with all of her might straight for his chin. "I promised Master Einrich, the man who's dying wishes were for me to not hate him..." Tears formed in her eyes. "To forgive him... Even though all this time he was my own father. To top it all off..." She couldn't bare it anymore. She closed her eyes and screamed. "YOU HYPOCRITE! YOU BOTH NEVER HELPED ME! YOU ONLY MADE THINGS WORSE!" She screamed at both Zeno and the dead Einrich.

Kyll's resolve began to melt as she began to shake and tremble. She wanted to run, but her legs only trembled refusing to do the work for her. Finally she made the decision and began to run to the guild hall. It was time to gather her things. Kyll was convinced that this wasn't her guild. This wasn't her home.
