Inglisse is best described as a fairly energetic girl with an everlasting curiosity. The only satiation for her hunger of knowledge and solving the unknown is resources to figure the answers herself. The deep seated curiosity within her is none other than a distraction, a coping mechanism she created to block out the overwhelming grief from her childhood and how she had tried to deal with it at the time. Acting on her impulses, Inglisse adores experimenting with magic, people, mental states, and especially souls and spirits. She loves learning about how they all tie together to make a unique individual, and often enjoys picking them apart and putting them back together to see what the result may be.
Additionally, Inglisse enjoys using her own body and mind as a control group, and appreciates meeting even-tempered people with moderate personalities to make her observations based off of them when it comes to others. Despite her creativity and intuition, Inglisse very much lives in the moment while unconsciously brainstorming what there is to do next. She dislikes getting ahead of herself too much, however, finding it to be the biggest thing that ruins the moment or a good situation. She has a selfish side to her, disliking the idea of revealing too much of her knowledge and research to people, while opening up about other fascinating discoveries for the sake of conversation and building relationships.
Split and living her life as a constant distraction from the reality of her past, Inglisse focuses her attention on people, animals, and monsters, and how they respond to various instances and circumstances. She does this not out of a genuine concern for them as much as for herself, however. She enjoys being pleased in the moment and drives her decisions and choices with what will make her happiest at the present time and place. To sum up the personality of Inglisse, she is seen to be nothing more than a sociopath of sorts, disconnected from some reality, utilizing her courses of action as a means of masking deeper trauma and disconnect.

Contract Assassination: Mr Silverspoon - 25th January 2019, 6:19 pm
A trio of fangirls oogled Mei as they cocked their brows in unison wondering just what a stranger was doing around the outskirts of their beloved Laurence's home. "What the hell are you doing here!?" "Yeah you're not one of us!" "GUARDS GUARDS GUARDS!" A roll of voices came from the three shouting and ranting clearly baiting out Artemis' current position in the garden, she needed to act fast and though she wasn't fond of attacking women this was the only exception. If they could only see she was doing this for them.
With a swift punch to the temple the first girl went down like a sack of potatoes, the force of the blow sending her body into shock. The two left gawped in shock attempting to scream but Arty reacted with swiftness reaching for their throats and slamming them down onto the ground with a heavy thud. Now the opposition was immobilized it was time to act. Artemies sped off bursting through a window leaving glass scattered across the floor, but she dare not stop climbing the staircase in search of the villain.

Tenroujima Is The Best Exam [Arcadia's B-Rank Exam] - 29th September 2018, 3:51 pm
First thing was first. Arcadia could not afford to be taken by surprise again. Surprise was her forte after all, it wouldn't do to just hand that advantage over to anything else that might be watching her in this strange spirit mirror world of the island.
The young, pale blonde slayer refracted the light around her, so that the image of her appeared a few meters ahead of where she really was. She would walk along a few minutes more, keeping an eye out for any sign of this Kyuken.
Somewhere along the way, a familiar small blob of inky darkness formed in the air ahead of her. It was right where her displaced image's face and eyes were. Arcadia didn't have time to think about it because two giant columns of glacial ice pounded right through her image less than a second later.
This was too much to be a coincidence, someone was definitely using her own spells against her. Not only that, they were using them faster than she ever could. There was no way she could ever conjure two columns of ice at once like that. Figuring out who would have to wait. Now that her image had been exposed as a decoy, she would be a sitting duck.
To keep the principle of uncertainty on her side, she reached into her magic power. She formed some of it into her own blob of inky darkness, this one big enough to envelop the bases of the twin ice columns stuck into the ground ahead of her. Arcadia raced on out of her newly created blob darkness, fifteen shadow clones of herself racing right on out with her in all other directions.
Not so far off in the trees she heard, what sounded like her own voice start to bicker with another two voices? She couldn't be sure, but voices sounded a lot like herself, but not quite the same either. There was something a tiny bit different each one.
#1: "Great! Now we don't know which one is the real one!."
#2: "What're you yelling at me for?! I'm not the one who threw a wimpy little inky blob instead of throwing an ice column like the rest of us!"
#3: "It's not like that woulda done any good, that obviously wasn't the real her we hit anyway. Besides I don't see why we havta hurt her."
It was then that a small army of Arcadias filtered out of the trees. About fifty in all. If you counted Aracadia's own fifteen shadow copies plus herself, there were about sixty-six Arcadias gathered around that small clearing.
The real Arcadia knew trying to guess which if any of the fifty other copies might also be real of any of them would only give herself away. She knew, because that's how she would flush out who to target. The one true Arcadia and her shadow clones took off again, scattering from the clearing completely. Arcadia added five more shadow clones to leave her lingering blob of inky darkness for good measure. Those shadow clones joined the rest in scattering to the trees.
#2: "Don't let your clones just stand there! Go get them!"
#1: "Don't tell me what to do! But oh yeah, I see what ya mean. We can use our clones to see which of her is the real one. Hey! You better send your clones too!"
#3: "I guess that wouldn't really hurt her."
Arcadia focused magic power out into each of her hands and feet. The frosty chill in each of her limbs allowed her skin to freeze and unfreeze to a tree the slayer had chosen to climb. She had each of her shadow clones also climb a different tree of their own. The hostile clones were in hot pursuit.
Being made of semi-solid shadowstuff, the most any shadow clone could do was gently tap Arcadia. Anything harder than that and the clone would disperse back into the shadows it came from, but that was the idea. Any Arcadia the hostile clones attacked that was also a clone, would mean the two shadow clones would pass harmlessly through each other. Only the real Arcadia would disperse a shadow clone back into shadow, revealing her location in the process.
Arcadia wasn't about to give her pursuers another free shot at her. Not if she could help it. At least, not before she could find her pursuers too. She sprouted a pair of dragon-like wings made entirely from pure white hoarfrost from her back. She leapt from from tree to tree, gliding between gaps too wide to jump. Her shadow clones all did the same, all playing the avoidance game with the hostile clones chasing them. It created a popcorn effect up in the canopy of Arcadias all leaping and gliding from different trees. All either leading a chase or pursuing one.
The young slayer knew she couldn't keep this chase up. Her pursuers had numbers on their side, so it was only a matter of time before one of the hostile clones might fly into her.
Lucky for her, the pursuers behind the hostile shadow clones were an argumentative sort. Following their voices helped her home in on their direction. She began to pick out possible scents too. With some luck, skillful aerobatics and acrobatics to avoid the maelstrom of shadow play around her, she landed in a tree overlooking the only three Arcadias still on the ground.
These Arcadias must be more than shadow of they could cast her spells, plus they must've smelled her. Not long after she landed in the tree above them, all three looked straight up at her. That instant all the hostile shadow clones dissipated back into shadow, so the true Arcadia allowed hers to slip back to shadow too. There was no use or need for them now that the real Arcadia and her three doppelgangers were all quite aware of where each other were.
Arcadia narrowed her deep green eyes down at the imposters, and two them narrowed their deep green faerie gaze right back. The third imposter seemed to be the one that had been arguing against this fight in first place. She seemed more anxious to the true Arcadia, now that they were all face to face.
Appealing to the third imposter might be the real Arcadia's only option here. She was badly out numbered if this was coming down to a straight up fight. Maybe Arcadia could get the third imposter to switch sides or help her convince the other imposters that there was no reason to fight.
The true Arcadia called down to the third imposter, "Hey! Why do you let these two tell you what to do? If you don't want to fight, then we don't have to." Arcadia shifted her gaze to the other two imposters, "There's no reason for us to fight either. We don't have to do this."
#1: "Eh! Don't listen to her! She just knows how badly she gonna lose!"
The third imposter began tear and choke up, #3: "No! I won't! I won't fight her! She's not my enemy!"
#2: "Then you're our enemy!"
The two more aggressive imposters turned on the third, each scoring the first couple punches. The true Arcadia formed five icy darts one her left hand, one per finger. She flung them all at the nearest aggro imposter, three striking the target imposter in the back. Arcadia had formed five more icy darts on her right hand and flung them all at the other aggro imposter. Only two of those struck true.
The third imposter formed an icy blade on one arm, striking back at her attackers. Her blade slice through the most grievously injured aggro imposter, returning it to its previous powerless spirit form. It sped off in annoyed little bob and weave. The third imposter then brought her icy blade up just in time to block one blow from the remaining aggro imposter, but another slipped past her guard.
Arcadia had formed an icy blade of her own, and had leapt from the tree. One leg extended, Arcadia folded in her hoarfrost dragon wings to knock the last aggro imposter to the ground with her flying kick. The true young slayer immediately followed with a slice of her icy blade, returning the last aggro imposter to spirit form as well.
Standing straight, Arcadia caught her breath, and turned to face the third imposter who was back in tears. The real Arcadia was compelled to offer a hug.
The third imposter accepted the offered hug and stammered, (#3) "I-I'm sorry."
Arcadia smiled softly, squeezing gently to offer a little extra comfort, "I know. I'm sorry too."
The third and last imposter slowly calmed and was finally able to voluntarily return to spirit form. Arcadia, once again the only Arcadia around sighed in relief, but also dried her own eyes. She gladly went on her way.

Murder At Midnight (Job) - 18th September 2018, 11:43 pm
As a precaution, Arcadia reached deep and refracted the light around her, bending it to make herself appear about five meters to the left of where truly was. She approached the door, opening it for her refracted image to walk through ahead of her. The slayer closed to within a couple meters of her image to keep her voice from giving her real location away as easily.
Her imaged looked around as she did, deep green eyes taking in the unfolding scene she found around the banquet hall. There was an obviously upset woman with a crowd of party goers gathered around her. She didn't see the chief of security or any of the other guards yet. That meant pushing past her phobia and discomfort around crowds yet again. These people would look to her to make sure things stayed clam and secure. Whatever this was, she could do it.
She swallowed the lump in her throat, her concern for the woman giving her the courage she needed. Arcadia trotted over, and waved for the other party goers to give the woman some space. ”I'm Arcadia Fairchilde of Fairy Tail. The Frost Maiden of Dragnof. I'm one of the wizards the Oak Inn hired for security. Everyone please back away. Give the woman some room. Are you okkay, Ma'am? What happened in here?”
The crowd did back away a few steps, but they did so with murmurs of all kinds.
Man #3: “Is she alright?”
Woman #7: “Adorable doesn't equal us being safe.
Woman #4: “No, no. She's one of Fairy Tail's dragon slayers. The blonde one... but I thought her name was Alvea?”
Arcadia sighed and glanced to the murmuring crowd, ”Althea. You're thinking of Althea Eventide. I'm Arcadia. We're both dragon slayers. Thea isn't here tonight. Now please, everyone quiet down.”
The woman who screamed was calming down somewhat now, and she glanced angrily to Arcadia, “Is that supposed to make me..us feel better? Security huh? Then how did someone get murdered...for REAL back there in the bathroom?! I opened the door and the man I saw go in a few minutes before was dead on the floor! That's a real body with real blood on the floor!”
A collect gasp of disbelief went out through the party goers. The murmur volume climbed instantly as everyone talked with their neighbor until there was one shout over the sudden din.
Man #9: “It's true! It's Marco Wrenfield!”
The woman's accusations struck deep to Arcadia young heart. If there really was someone murdered under her watch, then she failed at her job. She and her refracted image jogged on over toward the banquet room's one bathroom. The door was open, so she could see the victim before she got there. She knelt down to make sure he wasn't still breathing. Sadly, he was indeed dead. From what Arcadia could see, the man had been stabbed to death. There was no sign of the murder weapon or weapons, and she found it hard to believe anyone could have snuck a blade past their security checks, or all the people out in the banquet hall. The crowd kept on murmuring through their myriad conversations.
Woman #1: “It couldn't be any of us. We all went through those security screenings.”
Man #8: “I bet itw as one thse extra wizards they hired. They wouldn't need to sneak in any weapons or they could even use their magic to sneak one in! Plus they were in charge of those checks.”
Man #2:I bet it was this dragon slayer here! Don't let her adorable appearance fool you. Any dragon slayer is nothing to sneeze at. Plus she is the one and only member of security here.”
Woman #4: “Dragon slayers have all kinds of tricks up their sleeves. I hear some of them can even travel in the shadows!”
Arcadia stood and held up her hands, trying to win back the ground before it got out of hand. “Please! Please! Please! People! Let's not get ridiculous. I can't walk in the shadows and I was on the other side of the inn when I heard your scream.”
It was too late though, the crowd was already past the tipping point, and was out for blood. It was everything Arcadia might fear from any crowd of people. She didn't want to hurt any of them. These were the people she was supposed to be protecting, and attacking any of them would only reinforce their fear.
Digging into her magic power, she extended the power of shadow onto the memory of everyone within one hundred thirty-five meters. A shadow that would temporarily hide their memory of the young slayer. That was enough to wipe herself from the memory of everyone in the banquet hall for a short while.
Arcadia hurried out of the banquet room while the getting was good. She needed to find one of the other hired mages, usual guards or preferably the chief of security.

She has been involved with many of the major happenings within Earthland since becoming a mage, and the celestial spirit shows no signs of slowing down in her endeavors to bring about good change everywhere.
Events involved in;
☆ Light within the Dark (Social): After one of her many concerts within Oak Town, Desirée found herself walking through the streets in order to get something to eat, but instead witnessed a man getting tortured by an Ace of Basilisk Fang, Sol Terumi. With this, the idol defended the man and eventually found herself in a duel with the dragon king, where her summons would nearly be able to take someone with a much higher skill level than her. However, learning she was capable of using the spells that her summons held. Escaping and reporting him to the Magic Council afterward, she was recognized for her efforts in fighting such a hefty criminal and grew in magical power because of it.
*wheezes* Das a lotta writin'.
Gimme a couple more high-rank jobs, A+, but preferably S+. Then I'll make a statue in your image and label it with the title 'saint'.

Why Should Your Character Be....:- Rising Star App:
- Astrid was born in Mountain Village, known for it’s… Well, mountains. Though she did not stay there her entire life. Though some people would not even begin to think it is true, Astrid was born deaf. Completely deaf, unable to hear a thing. It wasn’t until she was a couple of months old did her parents realize this. Unable to afford to take care of a disabled child, once she grew older Astrid was shipped off to Peace Village to live with her grandfather, who had experience in caring for the deaf.
It was here that she eventually gained the ability to hear, thanks to her grandfather’s invention. Two hearing aids infused with a bit of magic, originally meant for her grandmother as she lost the ability to hear rapidly over time, though she sadly passed before he could finish them.
Once Astrid had gotten use to her restored sense her grandfather took her down to the center of the village to show her a performance happening. A performance by none other than a younger Elyx Reiaki. Though unable to understand any sort of words at that point, the young boy’s music managed to touch her heart in a way words could never. The melody alone showed his feelings. It was surreal to the girl, being able to understand someone’s feelings with this new noise.
It ignited a sudden and everlasting desire to master the violin and make other people feel the way she felt on that very day. Joy.
After obtaining the Foss family heirloom, a violin able to control light, Astrid began to practice every day in hopes she would be able to match the boy’s beautiful playing. And maybe, see him once again.
She spent the rest of her life living in Peace Village. While there she adopted Lucius Foss, the current {#}2{/#} Coming Storm, into her family after she found the boy bloody and alone on the doorstep one fateful afternoon. To Lucius’ dismay, Astrid and her grandfather accepted him with open arms.
A couple weeks later the two * Astrid and Aiyana team up upon the command of the council to exterminate some more monsters in Desert Village. After a rough fight, the two not only save the village, but Fiore as well from a swarm of killer wasps. (event)

Jaeger Nekros Krüger - Guildless - 24th April 2018, 5:57 am

- Nekros wrote:Jaeger Nekros Krüger19 - 3/26 - Male - StraightPersonality Traits
Jaeger is a pretty simple and laidback guy to understand. He is just a young adult that has a great time relaxing and having a peaceful day. He doesn't exactly see a need to get all worked up over nothing and be angry over it. A waste of time and energy, in his mind. After all, it was time better spent on more peaceful matters and a good laugh or two. With this outlook, he also tries his best to keep those around him in good and relaxed spirits. Which in turn benefits him - when it does work. The young man may not do the best job of it, but it is the spirit and thought that counts, right? So to accomplish this, he tends to be a bit snarky, trollish, sarcastic, or just tell jokes to liven up someone's day. He doesn't have any malicious intent and complex machinations or cook up schemes to manipulate people to his advantage. It's all a bit of good fun.
He does value his friends deeply and will often try his hardest to see them smile and be happy, even if it comes at the cost of his own feelings. While his manner might be found irksome by some, he really does have best interests at heart. Jaeger has a relatively thick skin and isn't one to be easily riled up or pick fights. And he isn't known for holding grudges either.
When this tactic fails, he is pretty clueless on just how to help anyone with specific issues. Jaeger doesn't mind being the shoulder for someone's issue, but finding a way to help other than the aforementioned ways, all he is, is someone to rant and vent to. Which can be more than enough at times, mind you. Further than that, it is out of his area of expertise. That being said, He may have a nugget of gold to offer if it's the right situation.
This laid back nature applies to his life as well and unlike a lot of young people, he isn't nearly as driven or passionate towards a specific goal in life. While he does have hopes and dreams, of course, that doesn't cause him to tunnel vision to it. He takes his time and enjoys it along the way instead of letting it consume his every waking moment.
In combat he prefers to follow rather than be a leader. The burden of the position isn't appealing to him in the slightest. At best, it would make him a reluctant leader if left no other choice. He would prefer to take things at his own pace in order to reach the goal - though he doesn't mind teamwork and can get along with others. Jaeger isn't possessed of bullheaded stubbornness, fortunately for everyone involved.
While he fights, Jaeger is more likely to go on the offense or defense than have some supplementary tactic hidden up his sleeve. This is surprising given his laid back nature and way of living life outside of combat. This way of fighting stems from protection to a retaliation way of thinking. Perhaps use a defensive spell or action than from cover try and strike when a chance has opened up. On the other side, he may use a defense as an offense, such as doing a shield bash or perhaps for a defensive wall forward as a larger bashing action.- Likes, Dislikes, Motivations, and Fears.:
- Likes:
- Breeze/Wind: A nice gentle breeze, blowing through ones hair is relaxing. For Jaeger, it also brings around a feeling of freedom. A feeling that he could just get away from it all and answer to no one.
- Sleep/Dreaming: Sleep is a magical time that allows someone to enter another realm, The Dream Realm. Within this world, you could have anything you could want, though you may not always have control. There can be love or loss, Wealth or poverty, happiness or sadness, something complex or something incredibly simple. There are no limits to the freedom that come with this Dream Realm. Dreaming just allows you to get away from it all, a few hours at a time.
- Red Pandas: These little critters are really adorable and playful. Jaeger enjoys their spirit and cuddly appearance.
Dislikes:- Stress: Stress, while can be good at times, is just a pain in the neck and a hassle. It can push you to get better, but it is far more likely to cause harm physically and mentally. Whether it is being too physically tired to do something or being incredibly irritable to having some sort of mental breakdown, it's more of a hindrance for Jaeger. Being stress free is the way he likes it.
- Noisy Areas: Being in large places with a lot of different sounds and noises are rather headache inducing. It really is a troublesome thing to be in an area where you can't just find a quiet place to chill and relax.
- Cotton Candy: Jaeger just doesn't like the texture or feel of Cotton Candy. It just isn't right or pleasing to his senses.
Motivations:- Life: Life, from an early age, was implanted into his mind as very precious and important. As such a value was engraved into his mind, living life to its fullest has become one of his motivations in life. Even if the way of living that he wants could be considered lazy.
- A Woman's Smile: While Jaeger isn't that most aggressively forward male, he does enjoy seeing the smile of a Beautiful woman. The smile of a maiden is a ray of hope in the midst of darkness. A Queen's smile gives an ease to her subjects that everything will be alright. Not only is a woman's smile fantastic to see, it can motivate and inspire.
- To be a Pokemon Master!: Jaeger wants to be the very best, like no one ever was! (Warning: May not show this ambition often.)
Fears:- Pink Haired Children: Pink haired children are a major fear of Jaegers from his childhood. There was once a child he knew. with pink hair, that would just sit and stare at him. Not only that, this child would talk to someone, who wasn't even there, for hours and hours on end. Her eyes would roll back every now and then and her voice would change to a deeper demonic like sound. Years later, He still isn't sure whether or not she was just messing with him or if something was seriously wrong.
- Apples: The apples of his life were a string of nightmares he had that traumatized a young Jaeger. While he has steadily come to grips with the fear being irrational, they still haunt him to this day.
- Losing himself: A lot has happened to the young mage, corruption, heartbreak, and abandonment. Jaeger fears that with everything going on all at once, his mind won’t be able to take it and he’ll snap. While he knows there is a time and plce for controlled “snapping” he doesn’t want to lose himself in all of it.
- Breeze/Wind: A nice gentle breeze, blowing through ones hair is relaxing. For Jaeger, it also brings around a feeling of freedom. A feeling that he could just get away from it all and answer to no one.
Appearance
The appearance of Jaeger has changed and will continue to for time to come. However, there are two default appearances that are used as like a template for all the others. Each of these two are used for different purposes, one as a Grim Heresy member, and is the closest to his birth appearance. The other is a long haired blonde, known to have got his appearance altered and is said to be working for the Garuo Knights. He has multiple tattoo's, one from his Sleeping forest days, another as a Grim Heresy member, and one that isnt a properly guilded. The old sleeping forest tattoo is on his neck, colored and made to look like a scar. His grim heresy mark is in the form of a burn mark, illegible to all those that are not grim, and a fake Garuo knight tattoo. The tattoo of the Garuo knight mark is large and black on his back.- Grim Jaeger:
- The Grim Jaeger appearance, as said before, the closest appearance to what he was born as. Jaeger considered this form as his true appearance. As Grim, he wasn’t in disguise or hiding his nature. As Grim Jaeger, he has medium length black hair. It’s silky and smooth, slicked back; It almost looked like he had used some sort of grease or hair care product to get it to stay like this. Parting his hairline are two ram like horns. They extend upward and curl into a spiral like construct and are covered in flesh. Even his eyes have mutated a bit, no longer a hazelly brown color, his iris’s are now that of a glowing like cyan. They very unique and stand out quite a bit.
His skin is rather pale, this has come about from his pact and change to the undead by Eris. It is smooth, despite looking a bit rough and pale. However, he does have some scaring upon his face. A couple of scars that cross his lips at two different locations and one that comes across his right eye.
- Jaeger Knight:
- The Jaeger knight form is different, almost a 180 to his birth appearance and the form of Grim. Straight off the bat, his hair is clearly different. No longer was the hair dark and black, nor was it even medium length or short. The hair was now somewhat messy, long, and blonde. Strands or grouping of strands going every which way to make it look like he had a constant case of bedhead. Other than his hair, there wasn’t anything out of the ordinary about this form. It was a generic appearance, almost too generic. There wasn’t anything that stood out, really. No additional features to draw one’s attention to.
As for attire and wardrobe, there are a few pieces of clothing that he wears. The first being a brand new and very fine suit. It’s mostly all black, black suit jacket, black pants, black socks, and black shoes. The only part of this outfit that wasn’t black was the dress shirt that he wore underneath. There was nothing like the feeling of being in a sharp suit and looking so good. The next outfit is much more… natural and druidic. It’s a dark navy blue robe, nearly black. Around the collar is a bunch of fur, likely from a wolf. The trimming of this garment is golden, tinted ever so slightly with a orange hue. Around the fur, extending from the armpit region and over his shoulders, lay orb trinkets. Extending from one side of the robe to the other, draping or resting upon his chest, was a necklace like jewelry, sewn into the robes. The last outfit is one that he mainly wears as a Garuo knight, it’s an open vest, white in color. Wearing black pants, fitting loosely around his legs. On top of that is a sash of sorts, mainly covering his rear side.

Guilds, a lovely place to bond and share experiences with friends. However, not all guilds are like that. Some get destroyed, others are used as a front for other business, and one just wants to turn Earthland into a chaotic paradise. Jaeger is not bound to just one guild, though there is one he is more loyal too. He is a member of Grim Heresy, and former guild member of Sleeping Forest. After accepting his pact, he became a double agent, of sorts, for Grim Heresy. He was to be in cover and allow no one to find out his new and true allegiance. After Sleeping Forest was destroyed, that cover guild changed to the Garuo Knights. [Infiltration plot?] ._.- Official Guild/Mage Info:
- Guild: Grim Heresy (Secret)
Tattoo: Grim Heresy: Back of Shoulder. Takes the form of a severe burn. Illegible to all those that are not Grim Heresy.

This one is rather cryptic... a voice comes through it in a rather adult sounding female voice, despite the circuit being Lexa Grimoire's trademark shtick. It says "Come to Thunder Island." and nothing more.Upon arriving, you see two people there. One is Lexa Grimoire wearing her standard attire, and the other is Lexa Grimoire wearing a blue kimono. The one wearing the school girl outfit lets you know she's "Lexa-B" and that the one in the kimono is "Lexa-A" If you're not performing this job with the OOC Lexa Grimoire, you may treat Lexa-A as an NPC. All members of the team will find out that Lexa(A) has absolutely 0 recollection of any of the people she saw in Act I: Genesis. She tells you that she suffers from a condition where she forgets every last person she meets after just 24 hours, with the exception of a very limited, select few.Lexa(A) tells you that this island is connected to both of them, that some strange experiments were done on the island, and something went wrong to make the island a natural thunder magnet. She called you here in case she needed back up for whatever lay in store for you all, but also lets you know she hopes that her calling you here was vain.((This jobs has 2 parts to it. You must complete both parts in order to start the final boss fight.Lexa Grimoire(A) - A much more serious person now, her formerly golden magic circuits glow blue. She uses Blue-Lightning magic that CANNOT be consumed by Demon or Dragon slayers due to having an Unholy/Corrupting element to them. She retains her ability to disappear and reappear instantly with no cooldown, and while on this job all players MP regen will become 10 per post.Lexa Grimoire(B) - While somewhat serious, this one doesn't exactly know why Lexa asked her to come here. She's able to disappear and reappear anywhere with no cooldown, as well as can heal the entire team (pets and summons included) for 100 damage once every 4 posting cycles. She retains her "Dimensional Coffin" from the previous "Act" jobs.Dimensional Coffin - Lexa snaps her fingers and two portals open up above and below the room. A massive flurry of swords, spears, arrows, knives; any weapon you can imagine, flies through the portals at rapid speed. This deals 30% HP damage to all who cannot defend against it.))~Part 1~The first part of this little job is to actually get to the lab on the other side of the island. The waters, and skies there are extremely dangerous and would destroy ANY ship, regardless of type, or abilities of the ship had Lexa instructed you to fly there, or you flew there of your own volition. So, the group must make its way around the island and over to the entrance. Along the way you'll find quite a few creatures that have been genetically altered by the island. If you roll a Boss enemy, you must decide whether to split it up into 2x Strong, 4x Normal, OR 8x Weak, or a combination of them.Enemies:Weak: Thunder HorseA horse altered by the island's electricity. It can run at speeds of 50 miles per hour and deals S Rank damage with each successful hit. It's a glass cannon however, able to be taken down with 1 successful hit of A Rank or higher damage due to how fast it moves.Normal: Thunder MonkeyA small monkey, it moves at 40 mph, and is able to hit for A Rank damage with its normal punches. It may either charge electricity into its fists and feet to paralyze you for 1 post when it hits you, or any conductive surface you use to block with; or it may send a wave of electricity outwards and shock you for S Rank damage, but not paralyze you. Aside from this, each monkey may consume electricity from the ground 1 time to heal itself for 1x A Rank damage. These take 4 hits of A Rank damage to defeat.Strong: Thunder PlatypusA 3 foot tall, 7 foot long platypus that's been genetically altered by the island. The platypus is able to deal S Rank damage with its bite, and inflict a poison that deals an additional 10HP in damage over the course of the next 5 posts. This poison will stack with each bite and reset the duration of the poisoned effect. The platypus may perform a lightning strike on a single player that deals 1.5x S Rank damage, and can send out a wave of electricity that paralyzes all hit by it for 2 posts as well as deals S Rank damage. It takes 7 hits of A Rank damage to defeat them.
- Outside the facility:
~Part Two~Upon arriving at the entrance to the lab, you'll find the door to already be unlocked, and it opens right up for you all. The facility looks.... old and demolished, as though no one has been here for YEARS. The local forestry has begun taking over, knocking panels off the walls to make room for roots and vines. There's a slight haze in the air that makes some places seem blurry...- inside the facility:
Enemies:Weak: Circuit Covered ScientistThis guy has circuits all over his body, and is roughly 6ft tall. The rest of his description is up to the player (could be a zombie scientist, be shirtless, look like a normal scientist etc...). He attacks you with a scalpel, and a bone saw, each dealing B rank damage. It takes 5 hits of B rank damage or the equivilant to take him down. His circuits make it so he cannot be killed in 1 hit, and also make it so every other hit the damage is reflected back in the direction it came from, and 5x the speed. Additionally, he is immune to poison, stun, burn, bleed, stat reduction, and all other forms of Crowd Control.Normal: Lexa Grimoire Clone x5A small squad of Lexa's, each possessing the ability to disappear and reappear anywhere. However, these ones seem... unstable. Their actions aren't as fluid as the real one(s), and they also don't use the disappearing ability as the 'bread and butter' of their attacks. They all however do possess some ability to cooperate with each other, as they will form clever strategies to single out, and attack Lexa(A) OR Lexa(B). These each take 5x A Rank hits to take down.Strong: A-001The second child to ever be experimented on, her description is up to you as she's able to change form to whatever she feels like that day. A-001 doesn't know her real name, nor does she know she's been experimented on. She cannot be reasoned with, and she cannot be permanently killed. Once she's out cold, leaving her is the only option. A-001 will resurrect herself on the posting cycle after she was defeated. If defeated by the last person of the posting cycle, she won't resurrect on the next cycle, but rather the one after that. A-001 possesses all the powers of Lexa(A) and Lexa(B), on top of her ability to shape shift. A-001 will be incapacitated by 10x A Rank attacks. Re-rolling A-001 simply means she woke up after last time and found you all again.Boss: X-005A girl who looks to be about twelve, just like Lexa... she doesn't know anyone, not even X-003 and X-004 (Lexa A + B), but she does recognize the two of them have a connection to her. Unlike Lexa(A), she doesn't use blue lightning magic. Unlike Lexa(B), she doesn't use light, dark, or spatial magic. This one uses Time and Chaotic Fire magic... he fire spells cannot be consumed by ANY kind of slayer since they're infused with both, Holy/Purifying attribute and Unholy/Corrupting attributes. Due to the unstable mixture of power, her spells deal roughly half the damage, but she can stop time once every five posts and launch a lot of attacks. The only way to avoid this is to not be physically present when she casts the spell that has a seemingly infinite range. As for weapons, X-005 uses a pair of black Wakizashi. If you rolled X-005 a second time, it only means that she reversed the time around her body and healed ALL her wounds; in other words you're going to fight her again. As for her personality, X-005 seems more curios in the worst ways possible. She won't ask questions about human anatomy, she'll just cut one open and learn it first hand. She won't ask if fire burns, she'll just go experience it. She won't ask why X-003 and X-004 feel so familiar... she'll just try to rip both of their magic circuits out and learn from them. That said, her greatest curiosity is the two Lexa's, both of which she'll attack relentlessly. X-005 takes 20 A Rank attacks to defeat, and is immune to burn, poison, time spells, and crowd control.Once you've made your way through the facility, you come to a room with a single man standing inside. There's a young girl with him who quickly runs to the glass and starts beating on it, screaming something through it, but you all know it to be the words "Help" The man extends a long tentacle with a blade on the end, the little girl presses a hand to the glass as the tear falls down her cheek and she accepts fate. The window then turns bloody and the girl's upper torso is thrown through it. A dialogue between Lexa(A) and/or Lexa(B) will begin where your group finds out he's one of the 7 scientists responsible for the project. After that, you guessed it, time to punish him for his crimes against humanity.Boss: Arthur, the ExaminerArthur was responsible for examining the subjects the group experimented on. He did his own little experiments to make sure the older ones held up, but normally cut the girls open while they were very much awake and alert. He has ten tentacles that all have a razor sharp, reaper scythe (not the tool) shaped blade on the end that can reach up to ten meters. His magic consists of black metal, which can't be consumed by any Demon or Dragon Slayer. He can create blades and launch them for up to a mile. He has a shorter range attack where he rapidly creates them and launches the blades in a type of Area of Effect for 100 meters. It takes 30 hits of any rank damage (above C Rank) to take down the scientist. From there, it's Lexa's choices to kill or let him live; though both of them will agree to behead him.Reward:100k Jewel, +25k for each time you faced X-005 beyond the firstKey Card (Given to Lexa)Recording Lacrima (Given to Lexa)Access to "Ineritus"The satisfaction that X-003 won't remember you at all...X-005 will join your cause in one of the later jobsA-001, if completing the job w/ OOC Lexa, will join as wellX-004 will gain a new power in the next jobKey Card - A plastic rectangle that has a black strip on its back, what can it do? Guess you'll have to do the next part of the series to find out.Recording LacrimaA small blue crystal that Lexa Grimoire(A and B) will keep a hold of.When magic power is applied to it, a recording is played addressing Lexa(A)'Ehem... is it on? I suppose it is since this damned thing is glowing. Lexa, I'll assume you're the one listening to this recording since it's active; in which case, you must have found X-004 by now and I've left your side. Knowing you, you think she's your sister. X-004 is a clone of yourself, made from stem cells one of our own extracted from you back when your reproductive system was active. The reason it's inactive now is because the experiment we're about to perform on you will go horribly wrong, I've made sure to this. ~Door opens and a man shout Taranis, we're about to start!~ Yes, I'll be there momentarily, just... just finishing up some experimental logs!I'm sorry, I can't explain more. Find me at ~static~ I've left you a map inside the desk, as well as a means to get inside. You'll have to fight more, for which I'm so sorry to you. Inside the floorboard under the desk is something to help you get by. ~static accompanied by the vague sound of rushed movement~'

Lexa Grimoire was someone who had been a fixture in Sorano’s life as a mage since she was a lowly C rank mage, a mere beginner in the world of magic and all that nonsense. Time and time again, she’d had random circuits dropped everywhere, sending some ominous message about where the poor girl was. It was obvious that Lexa’s story was much deeper than what she had assumed when she first got involved with the girl, but how complicated it was, Sorano wasn’t sure she wanted to know. With a sigh, Sorano pressed down on the circuit’s switch, hearing a surprisingly mature voice call out through it. “Come to Thunder Island.” The voice was firm and resolute, and though Sorano waited a good twenty seconds for anything else to come through, that was it. Probably the strangest message she’d received as of yet. Whether Lexa was in danger or had figured out something else, the letter mage had no idea. However, Lexa wasn’t a badly paying client, and Sorano might have just gotten the slightest bit attached by now. Many of her most prized items were gifted to her by the girl, after all.
However, something she had learned by now about jobs involving Lexa Grimoire was that it was always necessary to take someone with her. Lexa seemed to associate herself with really psychotic and dangerous people, and you never knew if you’d end up getting your mind taken over by a crazy transboze or end up fighting giant hordes of Lexa clones. Sighing, she picked herself up along with the circuit, and shook Hoshi awake. “Lexa’s calling us to Thunder Island. We better find someone and get going already.” Blinking sleepily, the exceed groaned. It was only six in the morning: no wonder she was cranky. “What? That girl again? Jobs with her are always needlessly terrifying,” the feline complained, shuddering with the memory of the transboze labyrinth they’d stumbled into the first time around.
Ignoring Hoshi’s complaints, Sorano knocked on Ezra’s office, then Mura’s. No response. She could try to find them, but it would take too long. It was likely that they were already out on jobs, considering how busy the two were. Then, maybe she could find Hana? Maybe Eris? Nah… Hana was always off traveling these days, and Eris was often absent as well. It wasn’t likely that they’d be available. No one else was strong enough for her to trust with one of these jobs yet, so she’d have to find outside help. That was… tiring. Stretching, she flipped through her mental contact book, remembering back to mage’s she’d met before. Julius, perhaps? Mm, no, he’d disappeared a while back, hadn’t he? She’d remembered the panic on Hana’s face when she reported the news of his vanishing. Julius had introduced her to quite a few people though, including the former guildmaster of Golden Phoenix. Another disappearance, that one.
What about the guy that had been with her? Blinking, she shrugged. It couldn’t go too badly. Except… She knew nothing about him besides the fact that his name was… What was it? Tor something? Who knew, honestly. Sighing, Sorano pulled up a job request form at the front desk, writing out a quick description. Unknown situation on Thunder Island, mage B rank or above needed. Specific priority for some dude who was in Golden Phoenix, had blond hair, and had Tor as part of his name. Wow, wasn’t this description fantastic? She’d be shocked if she actually found him, but it was always worth getting to know mages that her friends recommended. Handing it back to the desk fairy, it was sent zipping off through the lacrima system to all legal guilds, in hope that this particular dude would be able to answer it.
Meanwhile, she had her own travels to attend to. Hoshi had finally come down the stairs, and she easily equipped herself with a more suitable outfit and supplies. With mirrors winking from her belts, holding the weapons that she would require, the two set out to the closest port. Thunder Island wasn’t too far away, which she was thankful for. She recalled having been here once for one of Guildmaster Kira’s little activities, but that had been a long time ago. Things might not be all the same now, and she had to be prepared.
This is rlly bad haha.

Guilds are NOT homes! - 8th January 2018, 12:37 pm
TL;DR -- Join guilds. Don't be guildless. Don't treat guilds like Naruto villages.
An issue I see flaring up every so often is the subject of guilds. This has been brought to me so many times, that I thought I would address it in my own personal mini-rant.
As per the title, a guild is NOT a home for the character. It is not like a clan, a tribe, a village that they must be undyingly loyal to. Though the canon shows a lot of very guild-enthusiastic people, and those types definitely exist in roleplay, a true guild does not demand the undying loyalty and participation of a person.
The definition--
To best understand what I’m writing, here is the dictionary definition of the word ‘guild’, followed by the Fairy Tail Wiki definition.
noun: guild; plural noun: guilds; noun: gild; plural noun: gilds
a medieval association of craftsmen or merchants, often having considerable power.
• an association of people for mutual aid or the pursuit of a common goal.
synonyms: association, society, union, league, organization, company, cooperative, fellowship, club, order, lodge, brotherhood, fraternity, sisterhood, sorority
"the copper craftsmen have formed a guild"
A Guild (ギルド Girudo) is a type of organization in Fiore, characterised by a member base and common trade. The purpose of a guild is to obtain and disseminate job requests to the members of the guild.
As you can see, the two are very similar.
A guild is simply an organization, or association, of individuals in a specific trade. In Medieval Times, there were trade groups of artisans, merchants, musicians, etc. In Fiore, they include magic as a trade.
In the opening narration of Fairy Tail, the narrator mentions “magical guilds”, groups of wizards coming together to find work and gain advice and help from one another.
Problem {#}1{/#}: “No guild fits my character!”
It has been noted that on this site, that, contrary to the definition, Guilds are taken up a notch, almost to an extreme. The pursuit of a common goal is emphasized, and many guilds tend to ‘specialize’ in something. For some examples, Infinity Hydra focuses on killing evil mages and taking out criminals; the vigilante magical guild. Lamia Scale focuses on the eradication of monsters. Fairy Tail is now known as a guild of mercenaries for hire. Black Sails focuses on being pirates in disguise.
Everyone makes unique characters that they come to love and cherish greatly. However, when it comes to picking a guild for their character, or changing guilds after one goes in the way of the dodo, they become stuck. “No guild fits my character!”
This leads to something of a problem for a roleplayer who simply cannot find a guild that “fits” their character. When the roleplayer sees no guild that best fits their character, they tend to stick to the guildless category, or make plans on making their own guild. It is fine to have goals, but in a way, the enormous amount of guildless mages does unbalance the site to a small degree. This is not the main issue, however, and is one I will discuss later.
The Solution: Just because a guild has a theme or goal, it does not mean that your character MUST be a pirate, a monster hunter, or a dark mage killer. A guild is simply an association. In-Character, a magician joins a guild so they have access to a job board, so they can get paid and carve out a living. Not every magician has to get super involved with their guild’s politics, wars, ideals, and OOC, plots. Guilds exist to benefit mages, and they benefit the roleplayers who play in guilds simply by offering an active atmosphere to find RP partners, an EXP bonus when one goes on jobs with guildmates, etc.
The simple solution is not taking a guild’s theme as the indisputable essence of the guild. You can work somewhere but not completely agree with a job or guild’s beliefs and ideals (naturally, if you do not share guild ideals, achieving an ace position becomes harder, but that should never be the goal for joining a guild). Find a guild that is more relaxed with their ideals, and is not in your face about being a pirate or bloodthirsty killer, and join that one. This will give you all the advantages a guild has to offer, and possibly many opportunities for plot.
Problem {#}2{/#}: “I cannot be separated from my ship/close friend/teammate IC!”
That is where you are wrong. Think about guilds like a day job; you go to work at the Walmart Deli, then you come home at night to be with your spouse who spent their day working at Petsmart. This brings up the point of the topic title; a guild is NOT your home. Some guilds, such as back in Medieval Times, would offer lodging and maybe have a place to eat, but generally, people go home at night to their own house or apartment or inn.
The guild is the place a magician goes to to find work and to make a living. Why quit your job at McDonald’s to go work at Wendy’s just because your best friend or spouse works there? Chances are, if you loved your guild both OOC and IC, and chose to hop to another out of some feeling of loyalty, you will find yourself not having as much fun, and possibly somewhat miserable-- I have observed this happen over and over to various members. IC, it also does not make sense to jump guilds out of loyalty either, even if your character is one of those extremely loyal types. The character will see them on their days off, on missions they take together, on their off-hours, etc. If your character is the extremist who will jump, just keep this in mind, and make sure you are fully on board for the guild hop.
On a similar subject, undying guild loyalty can be fun too, but it is very close to just being extremely passionate about the sports team you are on, or some school club. Canon Fairy Tail’s obsessive loyalty and friendship and family is funny and cute, yet it is more or less what made them more unique than other canon guilds-- it was their shtick. Not every guild is as demanding of loyalty (unless it’s one of those oppressive agreement or stay in the guild or die themes/ideas).
The Solution: Do not leave a guild you are happy with. Only if plot circumstances are extreme and you are no longer having fun in the one you are in, should you think about leaving. Never allow yourself to be OOC peer pressured into guildhopping too, for a ship, a friendship, family members, etc.
Problem {#}3{/#}: “My character is distant/hates everyone/untrusting/etc!”
Excuses! Just kidding. The title of the problem pretty much explains itself. The solution is simple.
Even the most reserved and untrusting characters need to make a living and earn an income. Being guildless is an option, yes, but if you are having trouble finding RP partners(and thus your character is having trouble finding missions to go on), you are best off joining a guild. The most untrusting person understands they need to do something to put food on the table, and can join a guild to get out of it. They need not completely trust their guildmates or the GM, or even the guild and its ideals, but they can use the guild for what it was created for-- providing mages with aid, resources, and work.
Problem {#}4{/#}: The problem with Guildless in general.
I often receive complaints from guildless mages who are unable to locate RP and job partners due to having no quick ability to connect with other roleplayers. In a guild, it is not too uncommon to see someone ask “Who wants to do a B rank job with me?”, and within the day, they get at least one response. A guildless member has a much harder time doing this; roleplay threads will not come as easily. It is fine if you wish to stick it out and do your best, but if not, joining a guild is the better option. If you do wish to hardmode through ranking up as a guildless mage, do not complain about finding no RP partners nor about not receiving guild benefits.
Another smaller problem on a site wide scale is just guild imbalance. The more guildless characters there are, the less active guilds there will be. My personal belief is that no magician should be guildless unless the roleplayer truly wishes for them to solo the journey for power, and only have them meet people along the way, while never sticking around for long. If a character can at least join a relaxed ideal guild, they should, unless the character has a very good IC(yes, not OOC), reason for avoiding all guilds, and the member is willing to put up with the lack of ease and benefits.
Disclaimer: This ‘vent’ is my own personal opinion on guilds, and does not reflect the views or ideas of the administration, staff, and development team.
This has been a mini-rant brought to you by Izayuki. If you have any corrections, clarifications, or invalid points you see, please bring them to me via PM/DM, and not on this thread. If you have points you wish to add, you may contact me as well, and I may or may not add them. If you feel something really must be debated, I would prefer it over DM for ease. Otherwise, you may post any other thoughts here if you wish.

Duration of 1 post with a cd of 3 posts.
Strengths:

Description:
Upon holding out the key belonging to this spirit and shouting the words “Open, gate of the Avatar, Goddess of Beauty! Aphrodite!” a pale skin beauty with long blonde hair steps through the portal. She is a very vain spirit, caring only for the beauty of people. Offensive battle is not her strong suit and she will slap anyone that so much as dares joke about her getting dirty.- Appearence:

Active: The Kiss of Life - Aphrodite will either kiss her target physically or blow a kiss that forms into heart shaped particles that go as far as 60m at the speed of 45m/s. When an ally is hit by the kiss in whichever form, they are healed for 20hp. Lasts for 1 post with a cool down of 2 posts. Single Target.

-Can heal allies
Weaknesses:
-The birds just do standard damage rather than have true offensive power
-The kiss can heal enemies
-Being hit even once by an enemy will cause her to return to the celestial realm

Type: Supportive, Offensive
Duration: 3 Posts
Cooldown: 4 Posts
Description:

She wields a crossbow for basic attacks, but speed is the key to her role on the battlefield.- Appearence:
Passive: Fly Like the Wind - Jing Wei and her allies gain a 25% speed boost as long as she remains summoned and as long as they are within 15m of her

Strengths:
-Has a speed boost for herself and allies
-Has an AoE ability
Weaknesses:
-The wind from her ability can be consumed by slayers of the proper element or by users of stronger wind magic
-Allies silly enough to waltz into the cyclone will also be under its effects
-If for some reason she cannot use her wings, such as them being tied or being in a tight space, she cannot use her active ability

-Enemies can make use of the wine as well

Passive: Music Playlist - Apollo brings all your favorite music to the field! The damage of allies is increased by 30%.
Active: Now That's What I Call a Musical! - Activating this spell will cause everyone to burst into song, forcing them to sing and act as if they were in a musical for one post. The spell only affects those of equal or lower rank, but it is encouraged for higher ranks to participate or at least record the show. Max range of the spell is 60m and cooldown of 3 posts.
Strengths:
-His music provides buffs for his allies

Rank: C
Type: Support
Duration: 5 Posts
Cooldown: 6 Posts

Passive: Target Dummy - If attacked, a waving target dummy will pop up in his place and take the hit. The dummy will then explode, causing 50% C rank damage within 60m. It will take a cooldown of 3 posts before the dummy pops up again.
Active: Shapeshift - Not only can he change his own form, but he can also change that of his enemies as well as his allies. Ally disguises last as long as he is on the field, but enemy transformations only last a single post as long as they are of equal or lower rank. Higher ranked enemies remain unaffected. A once per summon ability that can be used as far as 120m away.
Strengths:
-Can shapeshift self as well as others
-A random dummy protects him when he is first attacked and may cause damage to enemies
Weaknesses:
-Ranged opponents may be too far for the dummy explosion to matter
-Cannot turn higher ranked mages into something he can take advantage of
-Higher ranked mages can see through the disguises
-No major attacks

Ah Puch!” a tall, thin, and frail looking spirit wearing a bone mask appears from a rather sickly looking portal. He enjoys reanimating corpses and prefers the company of the dead.- Appearence:
Passive: Zombified - Whenever Ah Puch is summoned, any corpses that surround him within 50m will reanimate and become his slave. These walking corpses are mindless, weak, slow, and will go down with a single hit of anything. If they do manage to hit anything, they will do unarmed B rank damage.
Active: Decay - With this ability Ah Puch will unleash an AoE type of attack that decays the area around him as far as 100m. Enemies within will start to feel sick and take 50% of B rank damage. It doesn't really work.- Appearence:
Passive: Soul Sight - Hades can see the souls of the dead floating around and communicate with them. He is also able to see the souls of the living and can tell how dark or light it is unless they are of higher rank or have some sort of spell that can overwrite his sight.
Active: Possession - Hades is able to possess others and take control. If used on enemy mages, it only lasts for one post and it can only be done to those of equal or lesser rank. Max range is 200m. Cooldown of 4 posts. Requires OOC permission if used on another player character.

Description: In the earliest days of Fiore, everything was complete chaos. There was no order, no civilization, and Fiore was similar to Sin and Bosco in landscape while having most of Sin's monsters. The world was extremely dangerous and while humanity had made attempts to colonize Fiore, it had all ended in failure. One day, a man whose name has been lost in time appeared out of seemingly nowhere, claiming he could seize and shape Fiore to whatever he desired. Sure enough, within a few years, Fiore had almost completely changed in landscape, and he had killed every single dangerous entity at the time. He killed the creatures through sheer power, but he changed the landscape with an ancient magic known only by the earliest of men, said to have originally belonged to dragons. The magic allowed him to change his environment to his will that would better suit him. He taught the same magic to his descendants, though, over the millenniums, proper teachings have been muddled, so while you, a descendant of this man, is able to change the environment, control is much more difficult.
Ability:You're able to change the environment around you, but you don't have much control over it. As a result, roll one "normal dice" to determine the "theme" of your environment; shape it as you will but it MUST look very much like the theme that you roll for. The following are themes that can be rolled for, and which number would give you what:
#1 - A fiery theme; volcanoes, lava, forest fires, hellish type of environment.
#2 - A watery theme; lakes, waterfalls, fish, oceanic type of environment.
#3 - A mountain theme; lots of hills, rocks, and mountains, a very earth type of environment.
#4 - A grassy theme; lots of wildlife and greenery, can also include things like swamps or open fields, a very luscious type of environment.
#5 - A void theme; as the name suggests, there is absolutely nothing here. There is only darkness.
#6 - An uncontrollable theme; almost anything goes here. This theme mixes up every theme presented before this one and meshes it together very strangely.
Once a mage reaches A-Rank, they unlock something called "Creative Theme", which allows them to control the environment they desire to make. Roll two dice and if they're they're the same number, they're allowed to use this theme.
Usage:Allows the user to change the environment in that thread permanently unless overwritten by another similar ability or the user tries to change the environment again (doesn't affect actual landscapes since things return to normal once the thread is over). To determine a theme, roll a single "normal dice" and customize the area. Has two uses per thread, with a 10 post cooldown. Once A-Rank is reached, the mage has the option to make an environment that they desire with virtually no restrictions. Roll two dice and if they're the same number, Creative Theme can be used; if they're not the same pick from one of the two themes you rolled for and use that as your theme. Single use, also consumes the uses one would normally have when rolling for a random theme.

Description: There was once a famous gambler who won everything. After so many victories in various different casinos across the world, people suspected her as a cheat, yet, no one could actually prove her of foul play. Mages and professionals tried to find out what she was doing to constantly win so much money, yet, no one ever discovered her secret. Every time she would leave to a casino, she would roll a dice till she got her lucky number, and eventually, she would get it. It gave her a tremendous amount of luck and even increased her combat parameters (though she never fought anyone). She suddenly died out of seemingly nowhere, and no one understood why. She knew what she was getting herself into by using the dice...
Ability:Mages of this lineage will have a golden dice which they can roll for various different bonuses. The more a mage rolls the dice, the greater the bonuses, but they also risk losing the dice roll, which will have negative repercussions on them which increases the more they roll the dice. The mage can get up to four powerful enhancements on them. The mage needs to roll a "normal dice" roll for this lineage.
BONUSES:
Roll #1 - If the mage gets any number but a 4, they gain a large bonus to their luck. This can result in the mage having extremely lucky things happening to them, such as winning the lottery or slip and fall to the ground, which would evade a gun shot.
Roll #2 -

(Anything that's above Kaori's rank scales)Seeing Ikuchi in his Dragonhound form, you'd see a massive head with large, demon-like horns pointing behind it. The head would have many exposed teeth, and be decorated with black, gem-like scales that had crimson trimming on the ends. These scales continued down the back of Ikuchi, all the way to the tip of his tail. His sides, and belly were covered in a thick, dark grey, leathery material that may as well be on a rhino. His four massive claws were the same material as his scales, and were razor sharp. In terms of size, Ikuchi stood at six feet tall while standing on its four massive legs, fifteen feet from nose to tail, and three feet from shoulder to shoulder. Those who see Ikuchi in his human form would see a man who wore a pair of black dress shoes polished to a perfect shine. In the middle of the bottom lace was a solid gold flower, a hibiscus. He wore a set of black dress pants to match, and a well cared for shirt of the same color was tucked into them. From his neck dangled another golden hibiscus, as though it were symbolic to the man. His broad shoulders gave way to normal sized arms, the muscular structure hidden behind black silk sleeves; courtesy of his dress shirt. The man wore a dark grey tie that had a crimson outline on the top, and holding the two tie ends together and preventing wind from flicking them about was a golden clasp.CombatBeing part dragon, Ikuchi is able to perform a variety of attacks. Attacks with his claws, breath, and scales all count as a melee attack as they require no magical ability to perform. While in animal form, he's capable of dealing great deals of damage just as his ancestors do. While in human form, he takes on a more stealth oriented type of combat. He'll utilize his surroundings, as well as use actual weapons to bring his opponent(s) down.Ranged Attack Speed & RangeRank Speed in

Non-Magic SkillsIkuchi's trained in several skills necessary for serving his master. He knows how to speak various languages while in human form, pick most non-magical locks, and read maps. As a predator, he knows how to track and hunt, as well as how to use stealth tactics.- Meteor Storm:
- Name: Meteor Storm
Rank: A Rank
Type: Offensive
Duration: Up to 7 Posts
Cooldown: Up to 10 Posts
DescriptionThis spell can be used as either a short-term DoT, or a Long-Term DoT. When used short-term, it can last for 1 to 4 posts; in which case the cooldown is 5 posts. When used Long-Term, it can last for 5 to 6 posts; in which case the cooldown is the duration +1. If used for Extra Long-term (7 Posts) the cooldown is 10 posts.Strengths
Ikuchi causes it to rain meteors made of molten onyx (Earth/Fire) for a set number of posts. The meteors rain for a 150 yard radius at a speed of 112.5mps, each causing a 6 yard radius explosion upon impact. The heat becomes so intense that armor equal to and below the rank of this spell no longer reduce damage, and only absorb 25% damage instead of 50%. At the same time, each post enemies within the spell's range will take 40% ability rank damage until the spell concludes.
Weakens armor
Deals damage over time
Weaknesses
Doesn't negate armor
Damage over time is slow
The attack can be consumed by slayers

Applies melee damage boost across the board in Dragonhound form
Weaknesses
Only applies melee damage to the weapon in human form
Limited utility in Dragonhound form- Overheat:
- Name: Overheat
Rank: A Rank
Type: Offensive
Duration: Instant
Cooldown: 4 Posts
DescriptionIkuchi can build up the fire in his body and merge it with magic to turn it into a much more powerful form. This version fires as a 2 foot radius cylinder in a straight line and can melt straight through armour equal to or below this ability's rank. As the flame is always a mix of Gemstone+Fire, or molten Gemstone; it retains this elemental property. The attack has a base damage of 1.25x ability rank, with a range of 200 meters. The speed is 150 meters per second at B Rank, increasing to 300 meters per second at A Rank. The cause for the jump is that his body is able to fire the attack faster, rather than for a longer distance.Strengths
Creates a powerful attack
Weaknesses
Can't hit many targets due to being a bit small
Is weaker while used in Human Form

Description
A blessing that acts differently depending on which form Ikuchi's in.
§ Dragonhound Form §In this form, the blessing manifests as a tattoo under his scales that emits a barrier that acts like armor. It's always present unless broken, in which case it doesn't shatter like armor but just enters an inactive state.§ Human Form §In this form, the blessing manifests as a tattoo on his back that is partially inactive. In order for Ikuchi to use the shield, he needs to direct and activate the blessing otherwise he'd take full damage. When the shield's durability is used up, the blessing becomes completely inactive- meaning the abilities can't be used.Strengths
Always active in Dragonhound form
Weaknesses
Not completely active in Human form
Requires Ikuchi to know where to block to be useful in human form- Time Shield:
- Name: Time Shield
Rank: A Rank
Type: Debuff
Duration: 3 Posts
Cooldown: 5 Posts
DescriptionIkuchi creates an aura that slows the speed of everything except himself within 100 meters by 75%. Those of higher rank are slightly protected by the flow of mana within them, causing the effect to be weaker against them.Strengths
Slows down time to give Ikuchi more time to react
Weaknesses
The attack's max range is shorter than those of its rank by 50% (66% at A Rank)
Has a fairly long cooldown that would prevent spamming of the ability
- Lick Wounds:
- Name: Lick Wounds
Rank: B Rank
Type: Healing
Duration: Instant
Cooldown: 4 Posts
DescriptionIkuchi can heal a target for 0.75 B-Rank healing, and 0.75 B Rank MP by licking them. In human form the licking is replaced with a kiss. A more intimate kiss can be used to heal full B Rank HP and MP, but requires OOC permission.Strengths
Heals MP
Heals HP
Weaknesses
Can only be done on 1 target
Cannot be done on himself
Requires physical contact to work, not a ranged ability
