    Sol blinked as he exited his castle in Myazhe to the village below, the recently promoted CEO of the Company was garbed in traditional Midi Attire with a black Hakama and geta on his feet and a matching black Haori that had Purple whisps on the sleeves and across the bottom of the Haori. The Reapers eyes peered around him as he had his Kiseru out and for once he was only smoking a mix of fine tobacco and cherry which gave off sweet scent that was pleasant for those around the Lord of the Province. It seemed that everyone below was excited for this event to happen and Sol himself was glad that his people had something to be eager and excited about since he tried to make sure they were well cared for but not spoiled. He took a drag of his Kiseru and then exhaled upwards as he made his way down thru the gates and into the town. Just as he reached the other side where it was being held on the border of the town he had three people bow to him.”Welcome Sol Sama it is an honor to have you here for this festival” a woman said as Sol bowed back and smiled a bit. "but of course I wouldn’t miss this since everyone seems so excited for it and its a rather important event all over earthland” he said as the woman smiled and nodded and the three parted for him to enter into the festival grounds

    As he entered Sol noticed that many games were set up but also some still getting ready and he smelled delicious food being cooked as well which made him very hungry, as he followed the scent of food he found himself at a stand selling Yakitori and he approached.”Oh Sol Sama welcome can I offer you some Yakitori I just finished some skewers” the man said and Sol nodded.”Actually yes how much for them I insist” he said as the man blinked before speaking again.”If you must pay Sol Sama please all I ask of for 50 jewel for the skewers” the stand owner said and Sol nodded before passing him the money and taking 4 skewers and bowed before he headed deeper into the grounds and enjoyed the taste of moist chicken and the smokey savory flavor on them. It didn’t take Sol long to devour all four skewers and he tossed them into a area for waste and he stretched before glancing around to see who all was here in the festival grounds. So far it seemed like only the people in his province were here but the CEO hoped that some of the members of his company might show up since he always enjoyed having guests over and he had no issue with other members of the company being here as long as they knew to behave themselves and not be rude and break the rules of the land.

    Tyson slowly woke up to the exotic smell of traditional Midi food and non. He got up and stretched, moving towards the curtains to pull them open and let the sunlight it. Once the window had been opened too, the young man hopped over to the other side of the massive royal suite they were in. Man, he had no idea how Alma managed to always get them the best luxurious stuff, but he didn't mind.

    Tyson gently placed one of his fuzzy paw hands on Alma's shoulder and getly shook the boy awake. "Oi, Alma. Get up sleepyhead, we gonna miss the beginning of the festival."

    With that taken care of, the slayer moved to the bathroom to get a little refreshed and ready for the day ahead. He stared at his reflection in the mirror. He was still a bunny, to his dismay,  and he had been for a week now. Granted, it wasn't all that bad...aside from his friend jockingly treating him like a pet or embarassing him around with photos. Still, he coupdn't wait to find a way to revert his change and go back to normal.

    Next stop was the wardrobe. He had to get dressed. Even though he had fur, he still didn't feel comfortable walking out in pubic without anything on. It felt like being naked. Plus, he had bought a nice new outfit just for the occasion. This was going to be his first Solstice festival and he was going to experience it to the fullest. The bunny thing wouldn't stop him from doing that, no sir!

    He quickly wore the black half body undersuit he usually ran around with and right after that he donned a shiny new, white, sleeveless silk coat with gold trims. As much as he wanted a dapper look, it was still going to be hot outside. He couldn't pass up the opportunity to dress for the occasion and to impress.

    To match the silky coat, there was a pair of long, fingerless gloves he had to get tailored to his hand paws. Just like when he was human, he found it easier to grip things with gloves. Now, to complete the look there was supposed to be...

    "Almaaaa?" He called. "Have you seen my boots? Actually nevermind! Found 'em!"

    Once again he was back to his bed, rumaging under it. There they were. One after another, he slipped his legs and feet paws into the elastic open-toed boots. Man, they really were amazingly comfy. He took a few steps, fiddled with the boots a bit more to make some adjustments and then he was set.

    Tyson moved to the door, grabbing his bag on the way there. Then, he stopped to the side to wait for Alma to get prepared to go. "You ready?" He asked. "Should we get ourselves something to eat here in the hotel or should we straight up go to the festival?"

    He was fine either way. He had dragged Alma around another continent for this trip, he didn't want to force any more decisions on his friend. "And please can we not do the whole embarassing thing for today? I know for sure I'm gotta get alot of glances without having you around taking photos."

    Midsummer Meetings (Alma/Tyson Event) Empty Re: Midsummer Meetings (Alma/Tyson Event)

    Post by Alma 25th June 2019, 9:23 am

    It had been a week or two since Tyson turn up at the pink haired teens villa within capital Crocus after finding himself in a certain condition and so being chased by the media to get information. Why his now adorably fluffy teammate thought that it was a good idea to see him over Hackett was beyond him but it gave him the chance to gain some blackmail material in the form of pictures on his ilac. He actually wanted to release the images but had an inner struggle on wither a good friend would do such a thing or not, as he himself had never really had anyone he could call a close friend before, so this was a learning experience for the youth. Hearing about an advice collem within the sorcerers magazine he had written a letter asking for his advice on his current conundrum and due to the fact his friend was now an oversized rabbit had a luxurious rabbit hutch made for him, this of course was more a guest house made to look like a rabbit hutch and had all the same security measures the main house had. He didn't want anyone on his property to begin with, but, reporters being as they are always found a way, so he had extra privacy and security measures within and around both his home and Tyson's home he guessed he'd call it though he had yet to tell him about it.

    He was just about to when the bunny had asked him to go on a trip to somewhere he had actually never been before and so agreed without a second thought. He had booked passage for the two on a ship heading towards the place in question, he insisted that it have wind mages and said he would pay extra if required as he wanted to get to the provence they were going to as quickly as possible, had he known who looked after the area he likely would have declined coming to the place but it was to late for that now. When they arrived he asked for directions to a hotel worthy of nobility and was shown directly to the door, he bowed to the young woman and treated her with some sweets before heading in knowing that Tyson would likely be following "I swear you stick out like a sore thumb." he commented shaking his head, he knew he didn't fit in either given his clothing but at the same time time at least he wasn't an overgrown orange rabbit wearing odd clothing. Turning he decided to bring out his ilac and take another picture a smile on his face "I think we should document the trip Tyson." he said with a chuckle but that was only part of it, where it was true he enjoyed taking images of the places he went since he use to rarely get out. This time however he also wanted more blackmail images on Tyson, it was something he would likely look back at and laugh in time but it was still to soon for his teammate he was sure.

    When he got inside he bought out the entire hotel, he enjoyed is space and paid double what was being asked to make sure that he and Tyson wouldn't be disturbed for the next week, if they intended to stay longer then he would just buy it out again close to the end of the week but for now he believed a week was more than enough. Getting into the hotel he decided to go to the hotspring washing himself outside it before sliding himself into the water after covering himself with a towel his head falling back. It hadn't been to long before he drifted off and was being awoken by the male owner of the household who told him he had fallen asleep, the pink haired youth felt a little embarressed about doing such a thing but he bowed thanking him as he got out of the water drying himself with a fresh towel before getting changed into a male kimono allowing the elderly gentleman to take the dirty towels to be washed as Alma himself went to his room before moving to his bed to sleep, there was another futon prepared incase Tyson decided to share a room with him, a sleepover was something he had never had before and he wasn't sure if he was ready for such a thing but it would be up for the other to decide.

    Before he knew it he was awake he moved his head to the window just to watch the sun rising, a smile moved over his face. He never understood why but he fell to rest as the sun lowered but was always awake as the sun rose, one of the many secrets he was sure his parents had been keeping from him. By the time Tyson had made his presence known Alma had already washed, spent some time in the hot springs, dressed and eaten breakfast and so was back in the room laying on the futon a piece of pocky sticking out of his mouth as he continued reading something on his archive. "Tyson, I'm not the sleepyhead here, I've been awake since dawn." he informed the other moving pages "The food smells delicious though, I guess there was a festival going to happen here." he said hearing the other go through the ruckas he had already went through that morning before hearing him asking if I had seen his shoes. "I didn't know bunnies wore shoes but have you checked your feet? but shoes shouldn't be worn indoors, you change from shoes at the door to slippers people within this culture get kinda angry if you don't listen to this one." he asked with a chuckle to begin with, his soon turning serious as he continues speaking about shoes after which he started sitting up as he heard the others words about food. "Well I already ate breakfast so it's truly up to you but as you want to see the beginning I'd suggest we make our way out." he said Alma himself was wearing black trousers, black long sleeved t-shirt with a white short sleeved one over it and grey boots. He hadn't even thought about photo's until Tyson himself had brought it up and so brought out his ilac once again to take another photo. "Did you know that giant orange rabbits are cute when they sleep." he grinned as he headed to the door and out towards the street bowing politely to those he passed that looked at him strangely.

    He stopped at a sign reading it for a moment, it seemed a little rushed and that made the youth nervous as things weren't normally rushed in cultures like this one. "Festival this way." he said pointing in the way of the sign, walking towards it but stopped blinking as he seen some people unable to go any further and read the rune script "Bob for apples to proceed." he tilted his head for a moment "What kind of sick festival is this? You need to do tasks to get deeper into it." Alma asked turning his head and looking for Tyson in the hopes they hadn't been separated and wanted to know his views of the current goings on as if it was up to him he would just up and turn around as bobbing for apples was something kids done at halloween, he always refused to do it because he was kinda scared he would drown in the water.

    Sol kept moving thru the entrance of the Festival and he then noticed that there were runes  keeping people from going further and he approached before he blinked in surprise.”Hmm interesting I don’t remember this ever happening at a festival what a curious turn of events” he said before he caught sight of a familiar set of magenta hair and what looked to be a giant bunny and he smirked before approaching.”Well its been a while hasent it Alma Chan its good to see you again and I hope your enjoying your visit to my Province Myazhe” he said before he turned his attention to the bunny and he blinked before speaking again.”I have had quite a number of unusual visitors in my province but never a Rabbit of this size I wonder if your feet are extra lucky I could use a new pair” he said looking at Tyson before teasing a bit at the end at the thought of taking the bunnys feet before he chuckled a bit.”Then again you need them so I guess I need to find another bunny” he said before he bowed a bit.”I am Sol Detholusin of the West Fiore Trading Company and this is my Province Myazhe” he said as he came back up and waited for the answer from both of them.

    It was then that Sol read the runes that were put up and Blinked.”Bobbing for apples hmm a simple matter”  he said before he kneeled slightly and managed to fish out an apple  with his teeth before  grabbing it and taking a bite as the runes disabled for him”piece of cake” he commented as the water on his face simply vanished  as his magic dried him and he then noticed the clothing that Alma was wearing and he resisted the urge to twitch his eyebrow,”Alma Chan why are you not dressed properly for my province it is proper to follow the culture and rules of the region” he explained knowing that the way the younger man was dressed was not proper at all and his province had rules for a reason. His people were rather reclusive and liked their privacy so they wanted rules followed and Sol was inclined to agree since he was lord of the Province and he took care of his people since they were so kind to him in return and taught him so much

    Midsummer Meetings (Alma/Tyson Event) Empty Re: Midsummer Meetings (Alma/Tyson Event)

    Post by Tyson Rhodes 27th June 2019, 1:21 am

    You stick out like a sore thumb. Yeah, thanks for pointing it out Alma. It's not like he wasn't a huge orange bunny.  "Look I told you. THIS..." He gestured at his fur, "is not by choice. I would love to turn back to normal again cause I already have enough reporters around wanting to know what I eat or how I sleep without me being a super cute mascotte. It wouldn't be kinda bad if people weren't to incessant in asking if I'm into Feywild species."

    He heard the other's lecture about the place customs. Right, they were in a Midi place around here. That meant all sorts of weird to do things or get the people around you mad for this or that reason. By all means, he loved the cultural difference, it was just weird to have to follow a thousand new rules that did not make a lot of sense to him. Well...at the very least there were not a single tomb to investigate and get yelled at for "trying to desecrate".

    "Look. I know these are fuzzy and nice." He replied to his partner's comments on his long open-toed boots and not needing them. "But you woudn't want me dragging all kinds of dirt and stuff back to our suite after we spend a day outside now, do ya? Besides, you try walking around barepaw. I could get cut if I step into broken glass or rusted nails by accident."

    And then, there it was, just as soon as he said it and right after they were running the corridors down to the hotel's entrance. Alma's iLac captured a puffy, grumpy pout on Tysons' snout, complete with twiching wiskers. "I despise you and your very being." You could hear the slayer say as the two made their way to the festival. Aside from mild embarassment and a smidge of frustration, one could tell Tyson was kind of joking and not really being serious. Alma was a dear friend of his, despite all the pink haired man's weird quirks.

    ...

    "WAIT WHY ARE YOU FILMING ME WHILE I SLEEP!?"

    Have to admit, very weird quirks indeed.

    The festival was not as grandiose as he had imagined, but it seemed still fairly populated. Tyson walked the streets at a slow but consistent pace while keeping his eyes and most importantly, his ears, trained on Alma. Granted, it wouldn't be too hard to spot the young man given his clothing and natural hair color. Still, things could get mixed up or out of hand really quickly. If life had taught him anything, it was to always expect the unexpected.

    The bunny slayer stopped his hopping around to Alma's right as his friend lamented the existance of some sort of challenge at the entrance gate to the festival. He seemed reluctant to partake in it and Tyson couldn't blame him. Who would really want to get soaked just to get inside the actual festival. It was a fun game to play, but not so much if people who might dislike it are forced to play just to experience anything else.

    "Hm. You're right, this is...odd. I didn't see this on the brochure I was given." The slayer mumbled, trying to come up with something. He dragged Alma to another continent to experience the Solstice event in a different way, but now they seemed they were stuck right at the entrance. "I would do it for both of us, but I don't have a towel with me and I would not want to get my fur wet. Walking around with a soaked face would not only feel really uncomfortable, but I am pretty sure the locals would scream at us for indecency or something...".

    Aside from the stares he got due to his bunny situation, it was nice to feel somewhat a common joe again. Not that he did not like his status as a Rising Star back home, but it was nice to pull the plug on the famous thing and have some time to yourself even if for just a few moments.

    Okay, what now? He could not just leave Alma there hanging now could he? He would need to find something else for them to do. Upon closer inspection though, the whole thing looked a bit...crude. A bit rushed. Considering the festival is known and considering the social background the thing looked suspicious. Everything else around had been carefully planned and executed with meticulous attention to detail. Everything but this one.

    "Seal stuff though, here in a public festival?" Tyson mumbled to himself, further examining the game once over before addressing his Sabertooth pal. "You're the one that's good with seals,  can you spot anything weird around here? Do these incatation look similar to the ones we've seen around?"

    He did not want to suggest to find a loophole in the runes, but he was pretty sure Alma would have already either tried or pointed it out if it was possible. Looked like plan B is a go. Good thing he came prepared.

    "Ah, it is fine though!" Tyson exclaimed, clapping his hand paws together with a smile. "We don't need to do it if we don't want to. We can always find something to eat elsewhere else. I am pretty sure the whole place is in festive mood. We could try out our hotel's private restaurant we have. I am pretty sure the sous chef would be delighted to serve us whatever we ask for."

    Then, right about then, Tyson's ears picked up a voice. He watched as someone who seemed important approached them. More over the guy seemed to know Alma. He was probably affiliated with-yep there it was. Trading company. Of course he would know Alma, rich as his friend was he would for sure have friend in high places. Then it came the comments about taking his feet paws and Tyson immediately switched to full defense, at least in his mind. He could not act weird or he would risk embarassing Alma. That was out of the question.

    He faked a chuckle then bowed. "A pleasure to meet you, Detholusin-Sama. My name is Tyson Rhodes, I am one of Alma's guildmates. This is not my usual look you see, I have been roped into some unforseen events during one of my assignments." That was all he was comfortable in sharing and saying for the time being. He quietly observed as the supposedly Lord of the Province lectured his friend about clothes. Tyson's eyes narrowed slightly. That guy...he could feel a similar presence to his own in the Weave. Whoever that guy was either had similar powers to him or something on his person that did, or so it seemed. Still, the whole situation was rather suspicious. First the festival is blocked with a half assed challenge, then this guy shows up and apparently not only knows Alma but is also the guy in charge there. To top it all off, it felt like he had venom powers.

    He didn't interrupt, but made himself look busy by taking out a scroll from his bag pouch and stationing right beside the pool of apples as the Lord made his performance, noting and striking off something. In the position he was in, he made sure Alma could glance at the scroll but not Sol. He needed to take that moment by storm while the guy was distracted speaking about clothing. He hoped Alma would pick up on it. He waited for the guy to finish before going: "Hey Alma, I've got with me some addresses of some nice places we could eat if we don't want to do the apple challenge. Here take a look."

    The scroll read at the bottom:

    Guy has poison powers possibly. Don't eat nor drink anything he offers, keep your distance too. Whole thing is looking suspicious, stay on your guard. If I tell you, hold your breath.

    While they were on vacation, Alma was still a HVT by all means and the fact he had met the Lord already was sign that people around knew about him...which meant his friend could still get targeted for kidnapping or worse. Just thinking of the randsom people could ask for made the slayer sick. While Tyson didn't think of his friend as defenseless, quite the opposite, it was better to have him aware of the risk rather than getting caught off guard.

    A weird challenge, then this guy's appereance. Perhaps he was being paranoid, but he'd better think of ways to promptly counter any possible attack.

    Midsummer Meetings (Alma/Tyson Event) Empty Re: Midsummer Meetings (Alma/Tyson Event)

    Post by Alma 29th June 2019, 5:52 am

    Alma couldn't help but laugh at his friend as he seemed to get in a tiss when explaining for the umpteenth time that the fur wasn't his fault but something that had happend on another job, the magenta haired teen knew all to well but couldn't help but tease the oversized orange bunny that was not only his guildmate and friend but his teammate as well. "Well you're the one that drank it, now weren't you." he said leaning forward with a grin on his face "So yes, it is your fault. That being said I said I'd help you get back into your normal form and I mean it." he said standing up once more, he may not have been reliable on many things but when he gave his word to a friend he tended to keep it no matter how long it took. "Oh that's easy, you eat vegtables and are going to sleep in the hutch I'm having built for you while we're here." he said letting out his little secret, he used the word 'hutch' just to get a reaction to him but it was actually a guest house in his backyard where the other could stay if he was in Crocus again. "You sleep like all rabbits do, it's so cute. Wanna see?" he asked bringing out his lacrima once again with a huge grin on his face. The last question got him to look up and tilt his head "That's just silly, you're only a rabbit on the outside. You still like humanoids, though, I have to wonder if your hair is brown then why did you turn into an orange rabbit." he asked as if he was in deep thought about it, in honesty it made no sense to him what so ever.

    He listened to his friends words when it came to his shoes and could understand what the other had said, if his feet were dirty there would be no way he'd be allowed in the hotel nevermind the room until they were clean. Pity that he himself didn't seem to understand this so thought he might want to be informed "Tyson, I wouldn't need to worry about you dragging in dirt because the owners wouldn't let you back into the building if you were gonna drag dirt inside. This culture can't stand such things, so yeah I guess the shoes are a good thing but you put them on and take them off at the door silly for the same reason." he said looking at the shoes hoping that it would be ignored by the host and hostess this time due to ignorance but now Tyson knew even Alma would be on his case about it when they returned if the other forgot. He smiled walking down the corridor to the exit slipping on his boots as he left, he chuckled hearing the others words "You know just how to flatter me don't you Tyson." he knew that the other didn't mean his words, he was happy to have finally found a friend. It was when the other commented about him filming him when he slept he quirked an eyebrow "Never said I was filming you, just said that you looked cute while you slept." he said in a matter of a fact way as he walked down the road towards their destination.

    ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
    Alma was just about to turn around and walk back towards the hotel when he heard a familiar voice call out to him, a voice that he wished he never heard again but here he was. "Do I look like a girl Sol san." he said with a bow "It would be kun or san given my own families standing I guess." he said calmly standing once more before crossing his arms "It however has been a while, how have you been keeping?" he asked with a respectful tone that was little out of the norm for him, he had no idea why he was acting in such a strange manner but here he was doing it none the less. He was caught off guard when he was told that this was an area of the continent that he himself looked after, he knew the trading company that he worked for owned a continent and that it was split up into sections under the ever watchful eyes of people deemed worthy enough by the executives of the company, or at least that is how he thought it worked he could have been wrong. He wasn't a member of the company so couldn't say how it worked one way or another, he just never thought that he would run into the black haired male here of all places.
    He then tilted his head looking Sol slowly up and down moving around him as if trying to figure out the thing that had changed about him, only to stop in front of him poking his nose "You need to get more sun, an albino rat has more pigmentation than you." he said finally realising that the male was white as snow, it was true this was their second meeting since this change but given that they had met when it was late several months ago he never really took notice of it, more so as Sol had went as far as to embarrass him by making him wear a dress when his own clothing had gotten wet and damaged. He still had no idea what his issue was when it came to such a thing, it was like he had some weird fetish or something at least when it came to him and he wanted absolutely no part in what ever weird and sick game the elder male wanted to do. "As for enjoying the visit, not so much thanks to all these stupid barriers that seemingly want you to drown yourself to get past them. I'm really not in the mood" he said bowing once more turning as if to take his leave from the area.
    He couldn't help but groan hearing the elder male talk about taking his friends feet as some sort of trophy. "Idiot, my teammate is still using his feet." he said with a sigh "Besides, wanting to take anyone's or things feet is just creepy." he couldn't help but shudder at the thought of what kind of sicko would do that to another being that use to be alive at one point or another, even as a joke it made him sick. "You really come off as some sick weirdo Sol san." he said shaking his head as if he was disappointed in the other "I am an aquaintance at best and you've never met my companion yet you've already made a distateful joke he may not appreciate, just a tip but perhaps you should worry more about your own ettiquette than worrying about my dress code." he said his voice stern as he spoke, he really wasn't in the best of moods and it showed. He knew the saying when in Rome, but he didn't believe that his clothing sense should have to change just because he decided to visit another land, he wasn't a citizin there and so shouldn't have to dress a certain way. Then again even if he did live there it still didn't make it right for his choice in clothing to be restricted, this day was just going from bad to worse and it hadn't even started in all honesty.
    He rolled his eyes after a moment before turning to look at Sol "I am not a resident of this continent let alone this province, thus my clothing options shouldn't be decided for me... if the people of this province have a problem with outsiders because they want to be recluse then build a wall and put the 'laws of the land' on it so people know what the hell they are getting into. I am refusing to change because people are to stuck in their archaic ways to accept that time has moved on." he really wasn't holding any punches on the matter, he could understand if he intended to stay there but he was only visiting. So far everyone they had come across since stepping foot into the province though they may have looked at him weirdly, never gave him any inclination that he may have been causing offense to them, not like it would have mattered all that much mind you as he only had his normal clothing that he wore at home. His eyes went around the area finally as he noticed that the place was fairly crowded even at this early hour, seemed like this festival was the talk of the area, not like that was a bad thing as it brought commerce he guessed but still the need to do stupid tasks to get through the barrier still bothered him. "I don't feel like drowning myself today and he doesn't want his fur wet." he said uncrossing his arms to poke the barrier a little, he turned his eyes to look at his companion when he spoke "You were given a pamflet for this thing?" he asked wondering if there was something more sinister at work all of a sudden given that there was a shoddily made sign and a flyer that gave all the information it would seem bar that stupid trials were needed to get further, it just didn't add up to him.
    Alma shook his head at the others words "There should be no need for us to do such stupid tasks to enjoy a festival, it makes no sense." he complained again, sure he was acting a bit of a brat but he was always told and experienced festivals as fun where you could do what you wanted as you wanted, this was anything but. Alma had already went ahead and started looking over the seal to see if there was any loopholes or ways around the apple bobbing "Way ahead of you and the answer is we either bob for apples or destroy spirits... neither seem quite to my taste in honesty but I'd take the former over the latter." he said moving to the barrel that had the apples removing his glasses and leaned in to grab an apple with his teeth though it took a few tries. Standing he dusted off his trousers and coughed using his sleeve to dry up his face "Your turn Tyson unless you want to fight." he said just placing the apple in a dustbin near by as he didn't actually want to eat it. "We came here to enjoy a festival so we should do our best to do it right? And Tyson I hate to inform you, where we are staying in what is classed as a hotel, everything is done by the nice couple that run it." he informed the other knowing that it wasn't uncommon in a more traditional area like the one they had found themselves in. He found himself wondering why his friend would have chosen to go to a festival in a place that he knew little of the culture, it seemed counter productive in his opinion but then he himself worked the same way he guessed so he couldn't judge.
    He watched and listened to what his guildmate said and groaned "Don't call him that, he'll get use to it and first name with honourific san if anything." he said trying to educate his friend the best he could, he knew that Sol was the lord of the place but all Alma seen was another person of equal standing even if he had home field advantage at this point. "He drank something he shouldn't have and boom instant orange bunny." Alma added on letting the black haired male know what happened without getting into to much information incase Sol himself knew how to reverse his companions current unfortunate situation. During this time he had taken note of what Tyson was up to and looked over when instructed "Well Tyson, that's because he's the godslayer of venom." he explained to the other with a light chuckle "When I first met him, he was a dragonslayer of poison but seems something has overwritten his magic since then and made it stronger I'd guess. I don't have much information on slayers." he admitted to the other with a light shrug "And he wouldn't dare poison me, I know the people he's scared of." he said with a grin looking back to Sol "Thing is if I showed you a picture of one of them you'd never believe it true." were he himself had never seen it in action he knew that Ruvel Mizune the young CEO of the West Fiore Trading Company could use words as a weapon that was hard to rival, that and apparently he never lost his temper to boot. "And remember Tyson just because you know my first name doesn't mean you know my last. I use psuedo names at the best of times because I just want to be normal." he said honest before pointing to the water and apple filled barrel beside them "Now go bob for an apple Tyson or you will need to fight something." he told the other getting back on track suddenly.
    As Alma then jabbed him about his use of honorific Sol smirked a bit. “you seem more like a chan to me Alma” he chuckled before he was asked how he was doing.”Well whats gone on recently is quite a tale but I have been alright the most recent thing to happen is I was made a CEO of the company alongside Rui” he explained which he still was rather surprised that he had received the promotion but he was very grateful for the opportunity and he worked very hard to keep up on his duties and show he was worthy of such a position. At the mention of an albino rat having more pigment then him Sol actually chuckled again.”Alma San no amount of Sun will be enough to give my skin color Im not a dragon any more and whats more I cant die of normal means so even being stuck in a desert for years would do nothing to me” he explained since he couldn’t die except for very specific ways and the sun was one way that couldn’t kill him since he couldn’t die of heat stroke or dehydration due to what he as now. Heck he didn’t even get a sunburn.
    As the runes that were up were mentioned Sol nodded and glanced at them. “ yes it doesn’t make sense I have been to a few festivals but never have I see runes used this is not normal in the slightest it makes me glad I came to attended so I can figure out what has caused such a thing to happen” he said. The idea of a runes suddenly appearing in his province made him suspicious and he wanted to get to the bottom of this. “oh Geeze Alma Kun it’s a joke Im not really going to take his feet I know he needs them” he said as he shook his head at the boys serious comment on the joke even saying that it made him seem like a sicko. “Again I was Joking Alma Kun I was not intending to cause any distress” he explained as he felt his eyebrow wanting to twitch as the younger man mentioned that he needed to consider his own etiquette before going after his sense of fashion and then started to rip into the province and Sol had to resist the urge to cut him off by explaining that it was for the safety of this region and for his people not just a cultural rule.”Alma there are rules in this Province for a reason not just because of the culture and I don’t recommend disrespecting the people of this land they have their own reasons for the rules they have and I make sure these rules are inforced for their safety and the safety of this whole province” he explained his tone just as stern and his red eyes focused on Alma then glanced at Tyson before returning to the magenta haired man again. As Alma then mentioned that they shouldn’t need to do such things to enjoy the festival the Reaper nodded.” Yes its odd to say the least and hopefully no fighting happens but I am ready if it comes down to it” he said his tone was confident and determined.
    As Tyson bowed Sol nodded to him.”I understand Tyson San If my joke put you on guard I apologize I was just teasing but perhaps I can help you fix your situation if I may ask what caused” he started before Alma mentioned he drank something off and the Reaper blinked before thinking his red eyes seemed focused on something that neither could see.”a potion that causes such a transformation hmm I’ll have to check my stores but I might just have something that I can combine to reverse it if your don’t mind waiting a day or two while I mix it up” he offered with a gentle smile on his face. When Alma mentioned that he used to be a poison dragonslayer the Lord nodded before sniffing in Tysons direction a few times.
    hmm seems your one as well its interesting to see another dragon of poison but yours doesn’t have the same scent and feel as my foster Father Balloms so if I may ask who was your dragon parent?” he asked before thinking. “if its personal you may forget I asked I know some memorys are not pleasant but Alma is right when he said my magic changed but im still rather skilled in poisons among other things perhaps I could even give you a few pointers” he offered. Despite how the rabbit must have thought he seemed suspicious Sol was genuine in wanting to help bring out the slayers abilitys since it was always good to get help now and then. Glancing in the distance Sol caught sight of another set of runes and he groaned a bit and shook his head.”Looks like there is another set of runes to deal with whatever set these up is rather aggravating” he said his eyes held an flicker of annoyance in them before he took a drag from his kiseru and breathed out and up enjoying the taste of tobacco and cherry.”So when did you two arrive on Tolgalen I hope that you have been enjoying the continent so far” he said since when visitors arrived on the continent the company always tried to make sure they had a good time and were taken care of. As he approached with them he saw that it was a ring toss game and the runes had one simple set of instructions “get the golden bottle to pass thru”. Sol read the runes and face palmed in annoyance. “runes and all for things that are trivial I can understand the first set but more then one makes no sense at all” he grumbled a bit as he took another puff of his kiseru before he let it out and looked to Alma and Tyson.”Shall we deal with this theres not bobbing for apples at least” he said as he re read the runes to see if there was any loopholes
    Why the orange bunny you ask, Alma? Well, aside from the fact that Tyson had no idea what he was getting himself into when he drank the potion that eventually bunny-fied him, his family were all known redheads around Hunting Village. He himself was a very dark shade of red, so it wasn't uncommon for others to pass him up as a brown haired fellow. Unfortunately, there would be no time to explain this to his teammate. As the situation stood right now, he had another problem.
    "Don't act weird don't act weir...aaand there he goes!" Tyson mumbled to himself as Alma Started bossing around with his usual attitude. He just hoped his pink haired friend was friend enough to the Lord to not pass up as irreverent. He just wanted a nice relaxed holiday and there he was, having to deal with whatever this Sol guy was.
    That's just great, ain't it. This guy couldn't be killed by normal means. Considering that and his skin color he might very well be a vampire or something like that. He should have brought onions and "holy" water.
    Aside from Alma just casually blabbing out confidential information about his Slayer heritage (and as much as Tyson wanted to strangle the Pink haired man, he coudln't) his friend also seemed to already know about the Lord's abilities. No wonder he felt a similar Weave signature earlier. In his time within Sabertooth he had the chance to research a little on the reason his magic stuff was deemed special. He had to wonder why someone would want to have dragonic magic at all. He suffered years of torture by the hands of his "dragon parent" to "learn" his stuff. Apparently though, there were two more types of similarly classified magic types. Their nature seemed somewhat similar, the only difference was the origin. Divine, Draconic or Demonic.
    That was all he knew on the matter, but it explained the other guy's weird presence within the Weave. He didn't seem to be aware of its existance though. That, or he was acting like he did not know it existed. Perhaps the other dragons had different methods of ManaWeaving.
    He followed Alma's casual motions to bob for apples, more keeping an eye out for the other guy. His friend seemed to be completely fine around the Lord of the province but he was not, not at all. The fact that the guy kept his weird show up by sniffing him didn't help either. If anything, it made things worse.
    "I swear this motherfucker is planning to eat me." Tyson thought. First the legs then this? No amount of "don't worry I was just teasing" was enough to disengage Tyson's underlying defensive act. Expecially so if it was the weird vampire-maybe-guy telling him that. Tyson's fur puffed out slightly, thankfully he could play it off as a "yeah yeah I know" directed towards Alma sphiel on his surname. They had that conversation already a buncha times, but there wasn't a multitude of super rich people around. He was bout to find out by himself eventually. Why Alma did not trust him with that stuff was weird, but everyone was entitled to their secrets.
    "Please, do not worry about me, Detholusin...san. Our alchemist guildmates back at home are already working on a remedy, due for our return to Ace of Spades. I wouldn't want to keep you from more important manners such as governing and politics." Which was another, more pleasant way to say "I AIN'T DRINKING ANY-FUCKING-THING COMING FROM YOU." But neither Sol nor Alma needed to know that. Tyson would bet his soul that guy would be able to find a way to drug him despite his inherited immunity to venoms and diseases.
    Then he came another offer. "Dragon...parent...I am sorry, Dethoulsin-san. I have no idea what you're talking about." That was a genuine reply though. He didn't have any dragon as parent, only a sadistic beast having fun making his life miserable. "Once again I thank you, but I am not here to keep the Lord of this province from his more important governing duties." Yeah, as much as more info on his magic would be greatly helpful, he wasn't going to spend any more time than needed with that guy.
    Thankfully, Alma's laid black attitude shifted the subject matter back to the apples. Despite everything that happened, he still did not want to get his fur wet. So what he had to fight a couple of spirits, he had dealt with a dragon. After that nothing scared him. Especially a couple of spoopy ghosts. "You know, I would not mind some exercise." He told his friend, stretching around and getting into his battle stance. "Should be easy enough..."
    Wait. If he fought while the other guy was around, he'd give him a tactical advantage by showing him how he did his stuff. He would need to keep his Weaving for himself in case he needed to bail himself out. Fighting now would not do. Abort abort!
    "On second thought..." Tyson quickly dropped what he was doing and approached the apples. "Fighting around here could damage the buildings around and I don't want to cause distress to the natives. Would you mind holding this for a moment?" He dropped his satchel bag in Alma's hands so that he could kneel down and do that stupid challenge thing. Thanfully, having a snout instead of a face meant he would only get his nose wet, as long as he went for the apple floating most near to the top of the barrel. Just like Alma, he dumped the Apple, not really feeling hungry for it.
    "Man, this is nothing but a waste of good food..." He said, grabbing his satchel back and dusting off his white colored, gold trimmed coat. Thankfully, he had brought a small towel with him, so he'd be able to dry up his fur a little as the trio progressed through the next challenge. He was not happy at all to have to wander around with the vamp-guy, but that would have to do for the moment. He doubted he could convince Alma to excuse themselves and knowing his friend's attitude, it would make things way worse instead.
