It had been a couple of weeks now, but Dahau still had trouble sometimes wrapping his head around the life altering events that gave him a new course. First he lost his home, or to be more accurate it was assimilated by a force that was that even put the notorious guild Savage Guild to shame. Namely the God of Skulls and his forces that were bound together in the guild known as Nightmare. Even Dahau had to submit to him, he'd always considered himself te next best thing. An apex mage, molded into a superior being after countless wars and battles. Yet he was struck down as easily as you would swat a fly, his powers stripped, leaving with no other choice but to swear his allegiance to a new truth.

He figured since he joined up with the new guild, all would be revealed. However he didn't get any answers, he strolled around the halls, drowned himself in wine and other alcoholic liquids, or just watch his new and old guild mates from the shadows. Point of the matter is, he was lost, he had no goal and that made him restless. Dahau had sworn his undying loyalty to his new master but had no idea on how to serve him, nor did he receive any orders. Sometimes he went outside by himself, venture through the areas surrounding a guild, releasing his build up anger on innocent travellers and merchants that strayed to far from the path. But nothing quelled his restlessness.

While he walked through around the corridors of Nightmare, his steps would echo through hall with a clanking sound. His mantle dragging behind him, while Dahau's eyes glared like daggers at every passerby.
As he passed yet another duo of lowly soldiers, he couldn't help but think about his former position inside Savage Skull. Which held much power and prestige, but here he was nobody. No title, no fame, just Dahau. Maybe he should usurp the current leader, he knew he could take on almost every mage in this place. But that thought disappeared as quickly as it came to his mind. After all he knew he could never defeat a God.

Yuiisai was a little different from what one would expect from a mage of the dark guild that brought war, death and endless nightmares to those who crossed their paths. She had joined this place with her twin brother, he was a warrior and this was the guild he wanted to call home so who was she to deny him? He protected her from all that wanted to do her harm and so she remained close even if this guild wasn't the one she was meant for. She was finding it hard to assimilate due to how things were but in general she was glad there was at least a warriors honour code and this put her at ease even if only a little. So far since their arrival she had only really had one interaction and that was with the insane musician called Baird, she had threatened to kill him in some unusual ways after tormenting him if he dared wink at her again. She could only imagine what would happen what would happen next if she informed her brother what had happened before they went on their merry way to kill a Rune Knight Major. When she had got to the village she could swear she had been there before but due to her amnesia she couldn't remember how or if it really was just her experiencing deja vu.

From the chair she usually laid upon each day that she wasn't out dealing with some task or wasn't training she watched as an elder male passed, she couldn't help but notice that he seemed to be lost as he made his usual rounds. It was almost as if he was trying to find his place within the guild he now called home, she was aware that during the time that she and her twin had found this place that another guild was forced to bend to the will of the guild master or their lives would be forfeit. She had guessed some had been stupid enough to fight and perish, only those who showed worth that had done such an act had been served. Biting her lip she moved from lounging to her feet silently moving onto the floor before standing and what seemed to be her almost gliding across to him thanks to the length of the hanfu she wore. "Hello, Dahau is it?" she muttered quietly, she could feel the man's magical strength emanating from him and knew then and there she best be careful of how she spoke to him lest something bad happen. As she spoke she bowed in a traditional sense only seen by those in Midi. "I'm Yuiisai..." she thought it best that she introduce herself it be bad manners otherwise after all.

Standing her milky blue jade eyes moved to make eye contact with the other, she could tell he was a battle hardened warrior. He had seen many wars, many awful things and was sure he himself had done many awful things, but that was the price of war wasn't it. "I couldn't help but notice that you move through the shadows, silently watching everyone else... It's almost as if you are looking for weakness... a time to strike and take back a strength you believe taken from you." she had no idea why she was speaking such words but before she could stop herself they had already been spoken with no way to pretend that she hadn't. "You, here and now are still a leviathan amongst men.. a greater warrior than many, seemed to have lost your way. It's almost like you've lost your purpose or have forgotten what that might be." a warm and gentle smile crept across her lips as she lent in moving onto her toes so she could whisper into his ear, the sweet perfumes and incenses smelt on her clothing very apparent, then again she wrinkled her nose a little smelling such strong alcohol on the other but didn't comment on it. "Your purpose hasn't changed, the path is still the same just follow your instincts. It's why you have lived so long after all." with her final word she took a step back allowing him to take in everything that she had said

The moment the girl tried to take a step back, was also the moment she was being met with a burst of rage that trembled through the entire guild. A sudden burst of power and wrath coming from Dahau as he grasped the girl by her throat, and pushed her against the wall with such ferocity that the brick behind her cracked. Several inches he raised her from the ground so that her eyes were on the same level as his. Their eyes met, he could stare deep into the blue emeralds that were her eyes, they looked a bit faint, unfazed by the sudden outburst. Her face was close to his, he could feel the heat of her breath as she panted a little, yet there was no fear, he could sense it. 'You insolent little wench!’ He sneered'You dare to know me?! You know nothing of what I’ve seen, what I’ve done! The very arrogance that you think you do, is more than enough cause for me to pummel you into a bloody pulp. In fact, that might even be mercy because when I am really done with you there will be nothing left at all for your kin to recognize!’ The moment that he spoke, a large cannon materialized right next to him, roughly the size of a small car. Floating behind him, with a long-reaching barrel hanging over his shoulder, pointed at the girl. It was at point blank range, and if fired it wouldn't miss.

The truth of the matter, the girl that approached Dahau had read him as if he was an open book. His entire posture, attitude and general behavior were clear signs that he wasn’t yet coping with his new place in the world. So the moment the girl called him out, publicly bared his inner thoughts it dented the perfect armor of pride he always carried around him. It forced him to react in the only way possible, which was lashing out in a burst of vile vengeful anger. A wrath that resounded with his own magical power, which burst and shook the very hall.
'You speak of me being lost, yet you can’t possibly comprehend to finally see the face of the very darkness that you served for so many years. To throw everything aside, my position, status, my very place in this wretched world! Only to pledge eternal servitude, while not knowing how to even serve him!'

As she stepped back she wasn't overly surprised of the actions the other had taken, right now he was like a wounded animal and would lash out at anything that got to close. Just by the burst of energy that rippled through the guild she could tell he was indeed not a force to me trifled with, he was as powerful as people had said and from what research she herself had done on those that came from the fallen halls that was once the Savage Skull guild hall. She was still trying to put names to many faces that was true, but someone such as he there was no mistaking for even a second. As her throat was taken by the hard working hands of the warrior mage she still showed no fear, what would be the point those of strength enjoyed seeing the terror and fear in others weaker that themselves. Instead she smirked a little keeping direct eye contact with the older male, she couldn't help but wince at the sheer force that she was pushed into the wall and heard the bricks behind her cracking. Though she was in pain the smile once again moved across her lips. "I'm sending you the bill if my clothing is damaged" she said her voice showing she wasn't happy about the prospect of looking anything other than the perfect doll she was. "Does it upset you that I can read you? I was trained to read people and when you stick to the shadows even an apprentice could read that you were sulking." she said in a matter of fact way.

She listened to the rest of his angry rant and hit a pressure point in the wrist to get him to let go or at least loosen his grip. "You are right, I know nothing of the the pain and shame you may feel, the things you have seen within your life time..." she paused to move his hand away from her throat "As for what you have done I can only go by what others have told me and what I myself have read without going to the source directly." she said raising her hand and poking him gently on the nose "The location may have changed but you are still you, you are still strong and you still have a reason to continue." she said trying to reassure him with gentle words, hearing the last thing she looked to the side "Who said I had kin? In truth I am alone in this world." she whispered almost if she released a shameful secret, this was the truth of the matter she was alone in this world. "There's nothing shameful in feeling out of place or falling... just get up and keep moving forward; don't let pride be your downfall... take what has happened and adapt. Create a new flame, forge a new path and make your enemies suffer." she said looking to him once more, four orbs now seen in her eyes showing something darker than there was before. She listened to him once more "From what I've heard, you've been serving him well just by doing what you do. Every kill, every battle, every victory so longs fought with honour you serve him. So just be you and you'll do fine Lord Dahau." A smile on her face hoping he understood that the place may have changed but he didn't have to.
