    Magic

    Magic Name: Anime Magic
    Magic Type: Caster - Solitary
    Description: This magic is the magic that Naomi uses to bring her love for anime to bear, to actually use those awesome super moves and abilities that she knows and love. However, Anime Magic isn't a unique creation. It isn't Naomi using a custom designed magic that she crafted herself to counter all of the Slayers in the world or to manifest the power of gods or anything, it's simple Imitation magic given a different name. See, Naomi believes that "Imitation Magic" sounds too boring and uninspired, so she tries to lead others on to at least think she is someone cool. However, this imitation or copycat magic is exactly what it seems like - it just copies the abilities and brings them into fruition.

    Unlike other forms of imitation magic, or other mages who practice it, Naomi just... Sucks at it. Not to say that she can't use her spells correctly, no, it's that she actually sucks at beginning to forge a spell or the starting points of a mimic. She can't copy other's spells during combat, their abilities, or anything like that - not that Naomi would want to, anyways. To her, creating a spell takes an extremely long time, so she just uses the spells that she already has in her own arsenal, rather than the spells of other mages.

    Naomi uses this magic just as simple as it sounds. To create spells, she imagines having the ability that someone in an anime did, and then uses her magic power and power of suggestion to make it become reality. In practice, no one would even know she was using imitation magic unless they are aware of the anime that she copies, or if they have some magic-detection ability. Regardless, all she does is just simply repeat what the character in the anime did. Simple. Repeating the same motions, etc. And then she can use whatever they used. These can range from offensive to defensive to supplimental abilities, the range is simply whatever Naomi wants. However, do not get the wrong idea here. This magic is unique in that it only has "one spell," or at least one concept of spell that manifests with different properties depending on the rank. All she can do is copy, and that's it.

    Strengths:
    *Hard to pinpoint the true nature of her magic without special abilities or the like

    *The imitations can range from anything to anything-er.

    Weaknesses:
    *None of the spells are as dangerous as their original basis

    *Naomi can't mimic the spells of opponents on the fly, it takes an extremely long time to learn them. Therefore, she has no active mimicing spells

    *"Sigh... Only really being able to copy means I'll never have any cool abilities for myself..."

    Unique Abilities:

    • Filler: Naomi can pause the effects and / or damage of any spell she has with a duration above "instant" and then resume them at a later post. The duration, cooldown, and effects of the spell are not affected, changed, or anything of the like. Merely delayed. This ability can be used on spells that affect her, or on spells that affect others. (Note, the first post she uses this ability counts as a post in the duration of the spell)

    • Plot Armour: Naomi can survive any would be fatal attack, or an attack that would bring her HP down to 0, with 1 point of HP. However, this ability only works if her HP is above 1, and has a cooldown of Naomi's rank's minimum cooldown. 3 at D rank.

    • Power of Friendship: Naomi gains +10% to spell damage for every character in a [her rank's maximum range] vicinity that she considers to be her ally. This could be job partners, guild mates, or just good friends of hers. This boost caps out at 40% with 4 or more people around her.

    This spell requires Naomi to be holding an item. If she is doing so, upon activating this spell her item (usually in the form of a usable makeshift weapon like a pipe or a treebranch) becomes toughened, with green lines of magic appearing on it. This allows the newly forged weapon to deal 10 HP's worth of damage per Naomi's attack, and have a durability of 40. This spell can also be used on something like clothing to make a makeshift armour, and in that case the armour obviously has no damage, but has 60 durability instead of 40.
    Strengths:
    *Can be used both offensively and defensively

    Weaknesses:
    *Limited really to just CQC

    *Requires an item, doesn't just spawn one

    *"The protagonist who owns this ability is..

    This spell is exactly as it looks. Naomi fakes out that she is about to go for a punch to the face, then charges her foot with magical energy and goes for a kick to the groin. What's that, you say? It's not even a punch? Well that's what makes it magical!
    Strengths:
    *Potential loss of baby making capabilities

    Weaknesses:
    *Severe lack of range. It's just leg's length.

    *The spell banks on a fake out that only some people will fall for.

    Oh, Applesauce!:
    Name: 聖剣, Seiken
    Rank: D
    Type: Single Target
    Damage: 40 (60 to demons or demonic creatures)
    Range: 2 meters
    Speed: 40 m/s
    Duration: Instant
    Cooldown: 3 Posts
    Downside: Deals only 20 damage to angels or angelic creatures.

    Naomi creates 2 other copies of herself, from a puff of smoke. Each copy only has 20 HP, but otherwise every other stat (speed, melee damage, etc) is the same as a D rank mage. The copies can't use any spells.

    *Can fight multiple people at once, or just gang up on one

    *Naomi can still use other spells during the duration

    Weaknesses:
    *Naomi herself can still be detected amongst the other 2 copies by her magic aura

    *The other copies can't do anything other than melee

    *The copies can be destroyed before the duration of the spell ends

    *Using any other spell that deals damage or is an active defense spell (i.e Buffs and spells like Kage Bunshin no Jutsu are excluded) will end the spell regardless of where it is in the duration (however it does gain the boost in spell damage)

    *In order to use this spell, Naomi must take 100 damage between uses. (Damage that has been healed still counts towards this.) This includes the first use, as well as every subsequent use of the spell, even if the cooldown has ended.

    After taking 100 damage, Naomi can activate this spell. A blue aura that resembles fire (is not actually fire) emits from her body, and she gains a surge of power. While this spell is active, spell damage is increased by 50%, Naomi's speed is increased by 10%, and her damage resistance is increased by 15%.

    *Using 1 other spell described above will end the duration

    *Requires taking damage to activate

Regardless, all she does is just simply repeat what the character in the anime did. Simple. Repeating the same motions, etc. And then she can use whatever they used. These can range from offensive to defensive to supplimental abilities, the range is simply whatever Naomi wants. However, do not get the wrong idea here. This magic is unique in that it only has "one spell," or at least one concept of spell that manifests with different properties depending on the rank. All she can do is copy, and that's it.

    Strengths:
    *Hard to pinpoint the true nature of her magic without special abilities or the like

    *The imitations can range from anything to anything-er.

    Weaknesses:
    *None of the spells are as dangerous as their original basis

    *Naomi can't mimic the spells of opponents on the fly, it takes an extremely long time to learn them. Therefore, she has no active mimicing spells

    *Severe lack of range. It's just leg's length.

    Naomi creates 2 other copies of herself, from a puff of smoke. Each copy only has 20 HP, but otherwise every other stat (speed, melee damage, etc) is the same as a D rank mage. The copies can't use any spells.

    Downside:
    *Using any other spell that deals damage or is an active defense spell (i.e Buffs and spells like Kage Bunshin no Jutsu are excluded) will end the spell regardless of where it is in the duration (however it does gain the boost in spell damage)

    *In order to use this spell, Naomi must take 100 damage between uses. (Damage that has been healed still counts towards this.) This includes the first use, as well as every subsequent use of the spell, even if the cooldown has ended.

    After taking 100 damage, Naomi can activate this spell. A blue aura that resembles fire (is not actually fire) emits from her body, and she gains a surge of power. While this spell is active, spell damage is increased by 50%, Naomi's speed is increased by 10%, and her damage resistance is increased by 15%.
