    White Dragon Emperor, Vanishing Dragon

    Magic
    Magic Name: White Dragon Emperor, Vanishing Dragon
    Magic Type: Takeover
    Description:
    The white dragon Albion bestows this magic upon the caster. The caster in turn, takes Albion’s power into their own body. Depending on the power level of the caster, they’ll get limited or full access to the Court of White. Each creature within the Court of White has varying powers, from the lowly fool to the Emperor of Supremacy himself, Albion. The strongest casters will gain access to the White Emperor himself. The caster can then emulate those of the White Court with this magic.
    Cetus uses this magic to enhance his innate abilities. He tends to use the spells while in combat in the midst of a strike or in a lull in combat. He almost never starts combat with a spell already in progress. Cetus tends to hold his spells in reserve until he finds the greatest advantage of using his full Take Overs. However, if he’s pushed to the edge, Cetus will use his partial Take Overs in rapid succession. He is after all, an accomplished assassin. Magic is merely a useful tool for getting his job done faster.

    Strengths:

    • Debuffing opponents
    • Multitargeting
    • Buffing the Caster

    Weaknesses:

    • 20% weaker to Dragon Slayers
    • 10% weaker vs. fire magic
    • The caster can suffer adverse effects from some spells: Eye take overs may weaken their eyesight for a time, leg take overs may slow them down, etc.

    Lineage:

    Name: Serpent’s Fang
    Description: A brave pirate was said to have slain a serpent. The pirate took the fangs of the serpent and turned the fangs into a broth. Little did he know that the fangs would consume the pirate and give him snake like abilities.

    Ability: The user becomes agile like a snake, moving quickly in water and grass (50% speed/agility increase) and slithers like a snake during this time. The user also receives harder skin than others giving them a 25% damage resistance against attacks. The active ability is passive and also allows the user to spew out deadly venom from their mouth to paralyze living beings. Range of 5 meters, lasts 1 post. 5 post cooldown and is shot out in the form of a colored(up to the user what color) wad of spit.
    Usage: Passive abilities that affects the user. The paralysis poison can have an effect against the same person a maximum of 2 times before they become immune for the rest of the thread but has no effect on H-ranks. Cooldown of the venom does not start until after the paralysis is over.
    Unique Abilities:

    • Bloody Rage: When Cetus is around 16 pints of blood or has blood splashed into his face, he can lose himself within his blood rage. Right before he loses all control, Cetus can reach for this power, a power granted him by the White Dragon Emperor. This ability grants him a 20% speed increase, 20% strength increase and a 20% physical damage resistance.  His magical resistance goes down by 20%. This ability lasts for 3 posts. It cannot be used again for 4 posts as his body recovers from the strain.
    • Shark’s Skin: Cetus’ skin is like that of a shark’s with tooth-like scales called dentils. In other words, rub him the wrong way and you’ll literally get hurt. Cetus’ skin grants him a 5% physical damage resistance in addition to do 5 HP worth of damage if he purposefully uses his skin as a weapon. Thanks to the White Dragon Emperor, Cetus can control the direction of the dentils to keep someone from injuring themselves.
    • Vanishing Dragon’s Aura: This magic grants Cetus an aura that suppresses his presence. In basic terms, people are more likely to look past or through him, his scent is barely on the wind and he makes hardly any noise when he moves. This makes it fairly hard for the average person to spot Cetus if he’s standing completely still. Those below Cetus’ rank find it 30% harder to spot him when he stands still.

    Emperor of Supremacy:

    Name: Emperor of Supremacy: Divine Divide!
    Rank: Ranking
    Type: Area of Effect, Partial Takeover
    Damage: 30 HP, 40 HP at B rank, 50 HP at A rank, 60 HP at S rank
    Range: 60 meters, 100 meters at B rank, 150 meters at A rank, 200 meters at S rank
    Speed: 30 MPS, 50 MPS at B rank, 75 MPS at A rank, 100 MPS at S rank

    Description: The caster reaches for the power of the Emperor of Supremacy, accepting it into their body. Both hands transform, becoming partially covered in white scales with a large round blue gem set in the back of their hand. The Emperor of Supremacy’s power is now at the caster’s fingertips. They can unleash the Great Divide ability granted by accepting this portion of the Vanishing Dragon’s power. They also receive a portion of the White Dragon’s strength to augment their own.
    Strengths:

    • Puts immense pressure on everything in range

    Weaknesses:

    • Affects allies


    Abilities:

    • Great Divide: The user unleashes the power of Supremacy against everything within range. Any non-mages feel a great pressure against their entire being. Mages will feel the same pressure. This pressure deals C rank area of effect damage (B rank AoE at B rank, A rank AoE at A rank, S rank AoE at S rank). After a moment, all non-mages in range along with all objects begin to shrink down to half their size. Mages below the caster’s rank find a slight reduction in their size as well if not a complete shrinking to half their size (up to the player in PVP). This reduction creates a 25% debuff to strength and speed. The Great Divide lasts 2 posts or until the spell duration ends. At that point, everything returns to its original size with a pop. The cooldown for this ability is 3 posts.
    • Buff: 25% increase to strength


    White Dragon:

Their right hand transforms, becoming covered in white scale mail with a large round blue gem set in the back of their hand. The Albion’s power is now at the caster’s fingertips. They can unleash the Divide ability granted by accepting this portion of the Vanishing Dragon’s power. They also receive a boost in magical resistance.
    Strengths:

    • Weakens opponents

    Weaknesses:

    • Only lasts 1 post

    • Divide: The caster selects up to ten targets in range. Each target is hit with a feeling of weakness, taking D rank multiple target damage. The caster decides whether to cut their magical resistance or their strength or their speed by 50% but they cannot choose all three. Only one attribute may be debuffed by this ability and the chosen attribute is cut in every single target. The caster can’t choose a different attribute for every single target. This ability lasts for 1 post before going on cooldown for 2 posts
    • Buff: 25% increase to magical resistance (Cannot push affected party over 50%)

    White Tiger Prince:

    Name: White Tiger Prince: Hind Legs

    Description: The caster reaches for the power of the White Tiger, accepting it into their body. Their legs transform into the hind legs of a white tiger. Their speed increases and the caster gains the ability to briefly teleport. The claws on the legs give a little extra damage to the caster’s kick.
    Strengths:

    • Provides a buff to speed

    Weaknesses:

    • No damage


    Abilities:

    • Pounce: While this ability is active, the caster can teleport to any point within range. This teleport can only be activated once per post. In the moments directly following a teleport, the caster gains a 50% strength boost for one attack and one attack only. This ability lasts 2 posts and goes into cooldown for 3 posts.
    • Buff: 25% to speed


    White Tiger Prince:

    Name: White Tiger Prince: Claws
    Rank: D
    Type: Multiple Target, Partial Takeover
    Damage: 30 HP
    Range: 45 meters
    Speed: 30 MPS

    Description: The caster reaches for the power of the White Prince, accepting it into their body. Their arms transform, growing fur from a white tiger. Their fingers transform into oversized claws. With these claws, the caster can cut opponents from a distance or close range.
    Strengths:

    • Allows hitting of multiple opponents

    Weaknesses:

    • Doesn’t last long


    Abilities:

    • Flurry of Slashes: The caster can cut up to five targets in range with a swipe of their hand. The attack appears to come out of nowhere. It has a 50% increase in damage against objects. This ability is instant and has a 2 post cooldown.
    • Buff: 25% to strength


    White Tiger Prince:

    Rank: D
    Type: Single Target, Partial Takeover
    Damage: 40 HP
    Range: 60 meters
    Speed: 60 MPS

    Description: The caster reaches for the power of the White Tiger, accepting it into their body. Their eyes transform into blue tiger eyes. These eyes can paralyze opponents from a distance but at a price. The caster’s eyesight will suffer if they use certain aspects of this spell.
    Strengths:

    • Pins opponent in place

    Weaknesses:

    • Can only effect an opponent once


    Abilities:

    • Tiger’s Glare: The caster can damage one opponent within range. In addition, that person is paralyzed for one turn. This ability cannot paralyze a person more than once. This ability can also be used to negate one D rank spell per post but in return, the caster loses 50% of their eyesight and their spell damage is reduced by 20% for every spell negated. So if the caster negates 2 D rank spells in 2 subsequent posts, they’ll be completely blind with a 40% decrease to their spell damage. This ability lasts for 2 posts and has a 3 post cooldown.
    • Buff: 25% increase to magical resistance (Cannot push affected party over 50%)


    White Tiger Prince:

    Name: White Tiger Prince: Fangs
    Rank: D
    Type: Burst, Partial Takeover
    Damage: 40 HP
    Range: 15 meters
    Speed: 15 MPS
    Duration: 2 posts
    Cooldown: 3 posts
    Downside: N/A
    Description: The caster reaches for the power of the White Prince, accepting it into their body. Their teeth transform into those of a tiger and their jaw shifts to appropriate this change. These new teeth give the caster a powerful bite attack not to mention an increase to their magical resistance.
    Strengths:

    • Gives sharp teeth

    Weaknesses:

    • Requires close combat to use


    Abilities:

    • Piercing Bite:  A magical aura imposes itself over the caster’s mouth and teeth, giving their bite spell damage. In addition, they can activate a 50% increase to their speed, intended to help them get into close range with their opponents. This lasts 1 post and has a 2 post cooldown.
    • Buff: 25% increase to magical resistance (Cannot push affected party over 50%)


    White Tiger Prince (Advanced Spell):

    Name: White Tiger Prince
    Rank: D+
    Type: Area of Effect, Full Takeover
    Damage: 30 HP
    Range: 45 meters
    Speed: 25 MPS
    Duration: 4 posts
    Cooldown: 5 posts

    Description: The caster reaches for the power of the White Tiger Prince, accepting it into their body. Their entire body transforms into a humanoid tiger. Their partial transformations, White Tiger Prince: Hind Legs, White Tiger Prince: Fangs, White Tiger Prince: Eyes and White Tiger Prince: Claws are used in this Full Takeover. The full power of the Tiger Prince is placed at the caster’s fingertips. This power allows them to effect an area with his power. They can also increase their own power by drawing upon the wrath of the White Prince.  
    Strengths:

    • Multiple buffs

    Weaknesses:

    • Weak to physical attacks


    Abilities:

    • Tiger’s Wrath: The caster pulls upon the power of the White Prince to a greater extent. The caster can increase their speed and spell damage by 50% in return for losing 50% physical resistance. The image of a white tiger superimposes itself over the caster. The superimposed image has 40 HP allowing it to protect the caster from 1 D rank spells. This ability lasts 2 posts before going into a 3 post cooldown.
    • Tiger’s Roar: The caster unleashes a reverberating roar against everyone within range. Those caught by this are paralyzed for 1 turn and take damage. They also receive a 50% decrease to speed. This debuff lasts for 2 posts before this ability goes into cooldown for 3 posts.
    • Buff: 50% increase to speed



    C Rank Spells

    White Shark King:

    Name: White Shark King: Teeth
    Rank: C
    Type: Multiple Target, Partial Takeover
    Damage: 45 HP
    Range: 90 meters
    Speed: 65 meters
    Duration: 3 posts
    Cooldown: 4 posts
    Downside: N/A
    Description: The caster reaches for the power of the White Shark King, accepting it into their body. Their teeth transform into rows of sword-like shark teeth and their jaw transforms to accommodate. These teeth grant an increase in bite damage and strength.
    Strengths:

    • Sharp teeth

    Weaknesses:

    • Biting through armor sucks


    Abilities:

    • Flying Sword Teeth: The caster can fire off their new teeth for C rank multitarget damage. They can fire at up to ten targets each post. Opponents with armor take a 20% damage reduction from flying teeth. The teeth once striking a target grow to about half a meter in size. Each can be used as a Weak weapon and do not disappear after the spell duration ends. This ability lasts 3 posts and has a 4 post cooldown.
    • Buff: 27% to strength


    White Shark King:

    Name: White Shark King: Skin
    Rank: C
    Type: Burst, Partial Takeover
    Damage: 60 HP
    Range: 30 meters
    Speed: 30 MPS
    Duration: 3 posts

    Description: The caster reaches for the power of the White Shark King, accepting it into their body. Their entire body transforms to hold 2 inch dentils, capable of opening large wounds on anyone stupid enough to run their hands across them. This spell grants the caster an increase in defense.
    Strengths:

    • Increased defense

    Weaknesses:

    • Susceptible to fire by 20%


    Abilities:

    • Vicious Defense: Physical strikes made against the caster deal C rank burst damage to the attacker unless they are using a weapon. The caster’s unarmed strikes do C rank burst damage due to their new skin. In addition, the caster can flare their dentils to strike every opponent within C rank burst range. This does C rank multitarget damage. The dentils can absorb two C rank spells before the caster begins taking damage. This ability lasts 3 posts and has a 4 post cooldown.
    • Buff: 27% to magical resistance (Cannot push affected party over 50%)

    Name: White Shark King: Electroreceptors
    Rank: C
    Type: Area of Effect, Partial Takeover
    Damage: 30 HP
    Range: 60 meters
    Speed: 30 MPS
    Duration: 3 posts
    Cooldown: 4 posts

    Description: The caster reaches for the power of the White Shark King, accepting it into their body. The changes for this takeover are subtle, a group of electroreceptors growing underneath their face and their olfactory organs gaining subtle changes to increase their sense of smell. The electroreceptors allow the caster to detect any electrical source in burst range. They also gain an increase to their spell damage.
    Strengths:

    • Area control

    Weaknesses:

    • Earth shield spells make this 20% less effective


    Abilities:

    • Electric Field: The caster summons a field of electricity around them. Dark storm clouds fill the air within range and constant lightning strikes the ground within that area. This field deals C rank area of effect damage when someone initially enters it or if they are in it when it is set. The caster can manipulate the lightning in this area, tossing it at opponents in range for C rank area of effect damage. It has a 3 post duration and a 4 post cooldown
    • Buff: 27% to spell damage


    White Shark King! (Advanced Spell):

With the power of the White Shark King at their fingertips, the caster can take to the battlefield in full confidence that they’ll come out on top.  
    Strengths:

    • Multiple abilities and buffs

    Weaknesses:

    • High probability of losing control near blood


    Abilities:

    • Blood Frenzy: The caster picks up to five targets in range. Then the caster teleports to each target, biting into them viciously. The damage done to the target heals the caster by the same amount. This is repeated until the caster has taken a bite out of every target. Then this ability goes into a 3 post cooldown. This ability grants a passive 45% increase to strength.
    • Mindless Fury: This ability grants a passive 23% increase to physical resistance (This cannot push affected party over 50% resistance cap) and a passive 22% increase to speed. The caster leaps into combat with no other plan than to rend their opponents. Six spectral sharks appear above them, swimming through the air. When the caster first strikes an opponent after activating this ability, the sharks immediately hone in on six targets in range. They deal 50% C rank multitarget damage initially, then through gnawing deal 50% C rank multitarget damage on each subsequent turn. This damage caps at 2.5x damage. The spectral sharks stay from the time they are summoned until the spell duration ends. This ability lasts 3 posts and is a 4 post cooldown.
    • Buff: 27% to spell damage

    Before I grade this, I'm going to ask of two things:


    Please add cooldowns to all the active abilities on the Takeovers. (As well as durations if applicable.)
    Everywhere there is a resistance buff, just state that the buff doesn't allow the affected party to surpass the 50% resistance cap.

    Once this is done, I'll get back to you as soon as possible.

    • Shark’s Skin: Cetus’ skin is like that of a shark’s with tooth-like scales called dentils. In other words, rub him the wrong way and you’ll literally get hurt. Cetus’ skin grants him a 5% physical damage resistance in addition to do 5 HP worth of damage if he purposefully uses his skin as a weapon. Thanks to the White Dragon Emperor, Cetus can control the direction of the dentils to keep someone from injuring themselves.
    • Vanishing Dragon’s Aura: This magic grants Cetus an aura that suppresses his presence. In basic terms, people are more likely to look past or through him, his scent is barely on the wind and he makes hardly any noise when he moves. This makes it fairly hard for the average person to spot Cetus if he’s standing completely still. Those below Cetus’ rank find it 30% harder to spot him when he stands still.

After a moment, all non-mages in range along with all objects begin to shrink down to half their size. Mages below the caster’s rank find a slight reduction in their size as well if not a complete shrinking to half their size (up to the player in PVP).     Name: Serpent’s Fang
    Description: A brave pirate was said to have slain a serpent. The pirate took the fangs of the serpent and turned the fangs into a broth. Little did he know that the fangs would consume the pirate and give him snake like abilities.

    Ability: The user becomes agile like a snake, moving quickly in water and grass (50% speed/agility increase) and slithers like a snake during this time. The user also receives harder skin than others giving them a 25% damage resistance against attacks. The active ability is passive and also allows the user to spew out deadly venom from their mouth to paralyze living beings. Range of 5 meters, lasts 1 post. 5 post cooldown and is shot out in the form of a colored(up to the user what color) wad of spit.
    Usage: Passive abilities that affects the user. The paralysis poison can have an effect against the same person a maximum of 2 times before they become immune for the rest of the thread but has no effect on H-ranks. Cooldown of the venom does not start until after the paralysis is over.
    Unique Abilities:

    • Bloody Rage: When Cetus is around 16 pints of blood or has blood splashed into his face, he can lose himself within his blood rage. Right before he loses all control, Cetus can reach for this power, a power granted him by the White Dragon Emperor.     Description: The caster reaches for the power of the White Tiger, accepting it into their body. Their eyes transform into blue tiger eyes. These eyes can paralyze opponents from a distance but at a price. The caster’s eyesight will suffer if they use certain aspects of this spell.

    • Can only effect an opponent once


    Abilities:

    • Tiger’s Glare: The caster can damage one opponent within range. In addition, that person is paralyzed for one turn. This ability cannot paralyze a person more than once. This ability can also be used to negate one D rank spell per post but in return, the caster loses 50% of their eyesight and their spell damage is reduced by 20% for every spell negated. So if the caster negates 2 D rank spells in 2 subsequent posts, they’ll be completely blind with a 40% decrease to their spell damage. This ability lasts for 2 posts and has a 3 post cooldown.
    • Buff: 25% increase to magical resistance (Cannot push affected party over 50%)

    Description: The caster reaches for the power of the White Prince, accepting it into their body. Their teeth transform into those of a tiger and their jaw shifts to appropriate this change. These new teeth give the caster a powerful bite attack not to mention an increase to their magical resistance.

    • Gives sharp teeth

    Weaknesses:

    • Requires close combat to use


    Abilities:

    • Piercing Bite:  A magical aura imposes itself over the caster’s mouth and teeth, giving their bite spell damage. In addition, they can activate a 50% increase to their speed, intended to help them get into close range with their opponents. This lasts 1 post and has a 2 post cooldown.
    • Buff: 25% increase to magical resistance (Cannot push affected party over 50%)


    White Tiger Prince (Advanced Spell):

Their partial transformations, White Tiger Prince: Hind Legs, White Tiger Prince: Fangs, White Tiger Prince: Eyes and White Tiger Prince: Claws are used in this Full Takeover. The full power of the Tiger Prince is placed at the caster’s fingertips. This power allows them to effect an area with his power. They can also increase their own power by drawing upon the wrath of the White Prince.

    Abilities:

    • Tiger’s Wrath: The caster pulls upon the power of the White Prince to a greater extent. The caster can increase their speed and spell damage by 50% in return for losing 50% physical resistance. The image of a white tiger superimposes itself over the caster. The superimposed image has 40 HP allowing it to protect the caster from 1 D rank spells. This ability lasts 2 posts before going into a 3 post cooldown.
    • Tiger’s Roar: The caster unleashes a reverberating roar against everyone within range. Those caught by this are paralyzed for 1 turn and take damage. They also receive a 50% decrease to speed. This debuff lasts for 2 posts before this ability goes into cooldown for 3 posts.
    • Buff: 50% increase to speed

    Abilities:

    • Flying Sword Teeth: The caster can fire off their new teeth for C rank multitarget damage. They can fire at up to ten targets each post. Opponents with armor take a 20% damage reduction from flying teeth. The teeth once striking a target grow to about half a meter in size. Each can be used as a Weak weapon and do not disappear after the spell duration ends. This ability lasts 3 posts and has a 4 post cooldown.

    Description: The caster reaches for the power of the White Shark King, accepting it into their body. Their entire body transforms to hold 2 inch dentils, capable of opening large wounds on anyone stupid enough to run their hands across them. This spell grants the caster an increase in defense.

    • Susceptible to fire by 20%


    Abilities:

    • Vicious Defense: Physical strikes made against the caster deal C rank burst damage to the attacker unless they are using a weapon. The caster’s unarmed strikes do C rank burst damage due to their new skin. In addition, the caster can flare their dentils to strike every opponent within C rank burst range. This does C rank multitarget damage. The dentils can absorb two C rank spells before the caster begins taking damage. This ability lasts 3 posts and has a 4 post cooldown.
    • Buff: 27% to magical resistance (Cannot push affected party over 50%)

    Description: The caster reaches for the power of the White Shark King, accepting it into their body. The changes for this takeover are subtle, a group of electroreceptors growing underneath their face and their olfactory organs gaining subtle changes to increase their sense of smell. The electroreceptors allow the caster to detect any electrical source in burst range. They also gain an increase to their spell damage.

    • Earth shield spells make this 20% less effective


    Abilities:

    • Electric Field: The caster summons a field of electricity around them. Dark storm clouds fill the air within range and constant lightning strikes the ground within that area. This field deals C rank area of effect damage when someone initially enters it or if they are in it when it is set. The caster can manipulate the lightning in this area, tossing it at opponents in range for C rank area of effect damage. It has a 3 post duration and a 4 post cooldown
    • Buff: 27% to spell damage

    Description: The caster reaches for the power of the White Shark King, accepting it into their body. Their entire body transforms into a humanoid shark. Their partial transformations, White Shark King: Teeth, White Shark King: Skin and White Shark King: Electroreceptors are used in this Full Takeover. With the power of the White Shark King at their fingertips, the caster can take to the battlefield in full confidence that they’ll come out on top.  
    Strengths:

    • Multiple abilities and buffs

    • High probability of losing control near blood


    Abilities:

    • Blood Frenzy: The caster picks up to five targets in range. Then the caster teleports to each target, biting into them viciously. The damage done to the target heals the caster by the same amount. This is repeated until the caster has taken a bite out of every target. Then this ability goes into a 3 post cooldown. This ability grants a passive 45% increase to strength.
    • Mindless Fury: This ability grants a passive 23% increase to physical resistance (This cannot push affected party over 50% resistance cap) and a passive 22% increase to speed. The caster leaps into combat with no other plan than to rend their opponents. Six spectral sharks appear above them, swimming through the air. When the caster first strikes an opponent after activating this ability, the sharks immediately hone in on six targets in range. They deal 50% C rank multitarget damage initially, then through gnawing deal 50% C rank multitarget damage on each subsequent turn. This damage caps at 2.5x damage. The spectral sharks stay from the time they are summoned until the spell duration ends. This ability lasts 3 posts and is a 4 post cooldown.
    • Buff: 27% to spell damage
