Broken Down House [Job / Atlas] Empty Broken Down House [Job / Atlas]

Post by Taiga 11th January 2018, 1:57 am

Earlier in the morning, Taehyung was lounging around the Sabertooth guild hall in the Ace of Spades when he came across a new request posted on the job board. At first he didn't really take any interest in it, only wanting to have a relaxing day but when someone near the board mentioned that the job was in Magnolia, it suddenly peaked his interest. Taehyung immediately took the job off of the board, notified the guild that he was going to be doing this quest and set off on the next available train. Taehyung had only been to Magnolia once before and it was only a short visit, in fact he never got to leave the platform of the station so this, he figured, would be the best opportunity to go there and do a little more sightseeing while there. Of course, the job had to come first.

Once he arrived at Magnolia, Taehyung thought it would be best to find the nearest tavern for two reasons, one was to find out where the address was on the job, two was a place to stay. He had the intention of staying in Magnolia for some time and wanted to acquire some accommodation while it was still available. He entered the tavern and looked around the area for a moment, taking in the heavy stench of alcohol, sweat and stale fart. "Excuse me sir." Taehyung asked the bartender. "Do you have any rooms available?" The man nodded, scratching at his beard as he did so. "Just one room?" To which Tae responded with a nod. The bartender walked off to go grab the key from the back room and it was this moment that Adramelech finally decided to speak up. I am sensing something here. Tae sighed, thinking that he was going to have a full day without the demon speaking at all.

Broken Down House [Job / Atlas] Empty Re: Broken Down House [Job / Atlas]

Post by Evan 11th January 2018, 5:32 pm

A yawn escaped the mouth of the young god, as he waved down the bartender, Hey! Pass another shot of whiskey over here! The bartender would roll his eyes at the patron who has stayed at this inn for a couple days... or seemingly only some nights? He always had hazy memories of who this man was. He always seemed to just be there and when people acknowledged him, they never remembered to ever talking to him. The bartender was very unsure as to whether this person was actually here. Sighing to himself as he poured out the liquor, he slid it over to the black haired male at the end of the bar. With it, came a glass of water as well. He's been asking for a lot of shots so didn't want to risk him getting too drunk.

Downing the shot, Atlas would let out a sigh of relief. Boy, it felt great for him to be in a town instead of just hanging around some forest for the umpteenth night in a row. Atlas didn't really mind not being able to interact with the people around him as most of him were quite annoying to be frank. The loud yelling and over rambunctious laughing was getting on his nerves to be quite honest. Looking at the glass of water, the god would begin using his magic to make the glass float. If anyone looked over at him now, they'd see the water in the glass turn into a golden amber. The black haired male would grab the glass and sip it. Pulling it away from a mout with a smile, he'd be proud that he had finally been able to create it such that he manipulated the elements in the water so that they would ferment into the delightful alcohol that he enjoyed. Atlas leaned on the bar and focused on the entrance of the bar. Not many interesting people had come to this bar. The occasional thug here, another knight there. But no stand out characters. Its times like there where Atlas considered placing down a nova of the Underworld, but a lot of people might suffer consequences of what seeing that might do to them. But, that's the fun in all this. Opening the palm of his hand, a small orb teeming with malefic energies would form. All that Atlas needed to do was place it down. However, something new entering the bar caught his eye.

There was a young man there now. But he wasn't just a young man. There was something different about him. The orb leading to the underworld as Atlas prepared himself. Hopping off his stool, Atlas would stumble a little. Turns out gods could get drunk, or in Atlas' case, tipsy, it just took a lot more than humans. Smiling at the young man, he heard him asking about a room. Nearly grinning, he'd call out to the bartender, Hey! Make it a room for two! He smiled as sweetly as he could at the young man, the blush on his face seemed like it was from the action that he just yelled out, but in actuality, it was really just the alcohol causing blood to rush to his face. He felt woozy, however, he clearly heard a distinct voice come from somewhere close but far. It was similar to a snarl. Atlas would make eye contact with the young man and his eyes would flicker a brilliant blue for a moment and within that time, Atlas looked past the man's eyes and saw something red glaring back at him. Yep, that confirmed his suspicions. This young man shared a body with a demon. Smiling at the man with an innocence, he would ask What brings you to a run down bar like this one? The annunciation of the word was hard to notice. The boy would have hardly noticed anything, however the demon would be smart and catch how he asked the question. This could shape up to be an interesting evening.

Broken Down House [Job / Atlas] Empty Re: Broken Down House [Job / Atlas]

Post by Taiga 12th January 2018, 6:48 am

The place was noisy and smell, something that Taehyung wasn't particularly used to. Actually, to be fair, this was the first time Tae had ever been in a tavern, he had normally been able to find a small hotel or cabin but never a tavern. The stench of hard liquor filled the entire room and the drunks that lied around the bar area were also giving off their own odor. "T-this place stinks." He said under his breath so that the bartender wouldn't hear him say it, only to be distracted by a voice near him. The boy turned in the direction of where he had heard it from to see a rather good looking young man approaching with a smile. His words were a little shocking to Taehyung who had immediately turned back to the bartender, leaning over the bar to make sure that the man heard him before he was out of ear shot. "N-no. Just a room for one please." Though there was no indication if the bar staff had heard him or not.

Taehyung turned back to the young man, completely caught off guard, embarrassed and red in the cheeks. At first, Taehyung thought it was just some other random drunk from the bar but it was the demon inside that knew otherwise. Step back. The demon demanded, Taehyung flinching out of surprise after not expecting to hear the demon speak again. I said step back! The boy did as he was told and took a step back, a little shaken but somewhat confused. He didn't understand why he had to take a step back but it did widen the distance between the two boys. Their eyes met and Taehyung went a little more red in the face and when the boy spoke to him again, he didn't know how to respond and simply released a half smile in response. "Oh you know, sightseeing." Adramelech growled, knowing the the boy in front of them was actually speaking to him. This guy isn't normal. Keep your distance. The demon growled a deep snarl to which Tae knew he had to back up. There were distinct ways the demon would announce is disgust with people and situations but this one, it was like the demon was concerned for their safety.

Atlas looked at the boy's facial expressions after he spoke. So, it turns out the human was easily flustered. People among this type were common but Atlas always found it fun to see how far he would fluster someone and how much they'd react. However, even with the blush on the younger man's face, he heard the demon's voice. Warning the boy of him. How cute. If Atlas wanted, he could instantly remove the demon from the human's body, but that'd make him just another cute face. This made things a lot more interesting. The human followed the demon's command after he repeated himself for a second time and Atlas raised his eyebrow in surprise. No sane human would comply with a demon that much unless... this was a possession that happened along time ago. The more that Atlas looks at him, the more interesting that this guy becomes! It's a never ending party with them. When they made eye contact again, Atlas noticed how the man's blush deepened and he wanted to chuckle. It was honestly adorable how much he was reacting to a complete stranger, god or not. With a fiendish though, Atlas smirks as he walks over to the man with an intense blush on his face and a demonic soul within him. Knowing what he is doing, he imbues his hand with some magic, and brings a finger to the bruntette's chest. What would I do to you? I'm a harmless person after all. There's nothing wrong with sharing a room with me. Trust me, it'd be just me- Atlas would bring his finger up to the man's chin and leaning over to his ear in a hushed voice, - and you. What we can do is up to you, if you want. Atlas would move his hand from the man's chin and step back. After stumbling a bit, he'd make eye contact with the brunette, giving him a completely innocent smile. A different nova formed in his hand would be emanating an energy that seemed to be distorting space around it. He raised his hand near his face without breaking eye contact, and spoke as calmly as he could. Of course, that invitation extends to both of you.

Closing his palm would cause the nova to explode, encasing the entire bar in this pocket dimension space. Smiling at how time was now heavily altered and slowed, Atlas would sit on the bar and swing his legs. So, now that you are aware as to why the demon in you told you to back up, please inform me any business you are on. Be noted I haven't talked to anyone in a long time, so I'd appreciate if you just told the truth. Patience is not being practiced by yours truly at the moment. In this space, the demon-possessed boy would be able to walk and talk as if normal, but Atlas intentionally left out something. The only thing that they were communicating through was souls. The god had a hard time transferring physical bodies to other dimensions so he generally transferred souls to his pocket dimensions. If the demon noticed, this could be potentially the first time that both the human and demon can speak to each other face to face. Atlas made sure to transport them both but not tell them about this fact. It was all a matter if the demon wanted to talk to them both, or just attack Atlas. He should know that whatever he attempts on either Atlas or the boy, wouldn't end well. Smiling and crossing his legs, Atlas would say, What is your name? It's only polite for you to tell me first.

I don't like this guy, nor do I trust him. Get away from him now. The demon growled but it was already too late. The stranger was now directly in front of Taehyung, his fingers running up his chest and to his chin as he spoke which caused Tae to freeze and tense up completely. The words in his ears were enough to cause his face to turn a new shade of red as dirty thoughts began running through his mind. It was here that Tae could hear a distinct head smashing against a palm of a hand, the demon, Adramelech clearly unhappy with this situation and mentally face-palming. Taehyung just ignored it as he stood there completely frozen, he had never been in this kind of situation before and had never had someone approach him in this manor. It was the man's next sentence that kind of break Tae out of his daze, he mentioned the both of them, indicating to Tae and Lech. "W-wait... What?" The young boy asked, Adramelech still face-palming mentally 'inside'.

Taehyung flinched back when the entire bar and time were altered, surprised at the sudden action and now he was regretting not listening to the demon. "Why do you never listen to me?" Adramelech asked, growling as he stepped to Taehyung's side with a hand on his shoulder, slightly pushing him back a little. "You never listen to me eith-" The boy didn't finish, looking at the demon directly beside him, a first. They looked exactly the same, only Adramelech had red eyes and black runes upon his skin that continued to move around his body. "H-how?" Fear began to envelope Tae, seeing the demon that inhabited his body now standing beside him, something that he had always feared was Adramelech finally getting out. "Stop being a little bitch." The demon snarled at Taehyung. The demon took a full step in front of Taehyung, blocking him from behind a direct target. "The rules still apply, you die, I die."

There was a slight sigh of relief when the boy heard this but didn't say anything, he just watched as the demon Adramelech stood in front of him in a kind of defensive stance. "You will direct your questions to me from now on. Leave the kid out of it." Lech said firmly, making direct eye contact with the stranger in front of them. The stranger asked his name to which the demon growled again, frustrated. "The maggot's name is Taehyung, I am Adramelech and you are some kind of God, right?" Adramelech had known what he was dealing with from word go, it was the reason why he wanted the boy to back up. "At this stage, I don't think I can take you." He stated calmly, a red and black darkness forming around his body like a deep fog. "But stay away from the boy." Taehyung continued to stand there, not saying a word as it was best to let the demon handle these situations. He still couldn't believe the demon was standing in front of him though, it didn't make sense.

Broken Down House [Job / Atlas] Empty Re: Broken Down House [Job / Atlas]

Post by Evan 12th January 2018, 10:25 pm

Watching the reactions of Tae honestly made the God of Stars day. It was adorable watching him go from flustered, to thinking of incredibly dirty thoughts, to the utter fear on his face when he saw the demon who has tormented him for many years. He was quite the expressive little human. It made Atlas want to break him a little more. However, he couldn't really do that as now he had to focus on the aforementioned demon, Atlas' hair would grow some white highlights as he switched into his god form. His human form was mainly more plain looking so no one suspected anything of him. His outfit became more fitting of his status as his eyes permanently turned to a shade of a brilliant blue. Directly contrasting the red and black of Adramelech, Atlas' white and blue seemed to be radiating holy energy. Fine. If you insist, I'll keep them directed at you. Looking at Tae, Atlas would smile and wink Trust me. We aren't done quite yet. Crossing his legs sitting on the bar, he would listen to the demon's acknowledgement of Tae being horrified at the thought of Adralemech standing beside him. Smiling, he would wave a finger in the air as a star formed in the middle of it. It's none of my business, but just letting you know, I can seperate you whenever I want. It'll leave you both incredibly weak, but where's the fun in doing that. Seeing you guys together is more interesting to me. However, Atlas had a feeling neither would want to feel the absolute pain that goes across separating two souls that have been intertwined for eighteen years, but it's better not to mention that.

When Adralemech mentions that Atlas is a god, he tries to not look in another direction and sigh. It's really such a pain to be recognize as a god. No one really knew who he was so it was knew being to acknowledged as a god. He hasn't had the god soul for long but that's besides the point. Looking directly at the demon, with harder eyes, I am At- Atlas cleared his throat, blush actually slightly developing on his face. Wrong name. I am called Astraios, Deity of the Stars. Oh boy was the demon right that he couldn't fight. In this space, should they fight, Atlas could vaporize his soul. It wasn't wise to pick a fight. Smiling, Atlas would look down on Adralemech as he said, You can probably tell full well I'm not going to stay away. Looking at Tae, from head to toe, the black haired god would lick his lips as he leaned on his knee, hand to his cheek. He's someone that I'd love to play with. Sighing to himself, the god would look at Tae. However, I can tell you came here in order to complete a job Since they were in his dimension, Atlas could tell what his intentions were in this town after he entered this realm. Clapping his hands, he'd close the dimension, causing the two to share their body once again. It probably felt nice to stretch for the demon, but maintaining that dimension could get tiring if they stayed too long. However, in closing the dimension, Atlas would revert back to his human appearance, giving him a childlike innocence on his face despite actively threatening the demon. Opening a portal in front of him, leading to Tae's destination, he'd hold out his hand. Giving a flirtatious smirk towards Tae, Shall we get going? I can let someone as magnificent as you get there without my supervision. While the dimension was gone, time was still slowed while the portal was open, giving Tae all the time in the world he has to make his decision. Literally.

Every time the strange man would direct himself or speak to Taehyung, Adramalech would tense up and would let out a  deep growl as if it were instinctual. He would bare his razor sharp teeth and keep his glowing red eyes on the strange man, never blinking once. Taehyung had never seen the demon act like this, not even when Lech would take over his body, it was like there was a great concern within the demon that issued Tae to also be concerned. The two of them never got along, in fact, they hate each other, but for the first time in his life, Taehyung took a stance behind the demon, trusting him completely. The demon didn't respond to this however and instead kept his complete attention on the stranger.

The two of them listened to the stranger when he spoke but never responded, the way this guy approached them was completely out of context and completely out of the ordinary. If this guy wanted their trust, he went the wrong way around in order to get it. When the reality reverted back and time was just running slow, Adramelech was no where to be seen and was once again inside of Taehyung. Let me take over, you can't defend yourself if he pulls a fast one. Taehyung didn't respond and narrowed his eye on the this one now known as Astraios. "What do you want with me?" Taehyung trusted the demon more than this stranger and didn't particularly want to go anywhere with this man, but for the demon to be concerned, Tae should also feel concerned.

Taehyung had to admit though, he was actually considering actually going with the guy. It was true though, they had come to the town for a particular job. "How did you know we were here for a job?" Taehyung also asked, curious as to how the man would know only just have met a few moments ago.

Broken Down House [Job / Atlas] Empty Re: Broken Down House [Job / Atlas]

Post by Evan 14th January 2018, 12:03 am

Atlas frowned as Taehyung was concerned at what he wanted to do with him. However, pausing for a moment, Atlas would think to himself about what would he really wanna do. Listening to how the demon asked to take over, it honestly cause the God to chuckle. Even if it was under the condition that Adra would die should Tae die, many demons that Atlas has met would rather die than share a body with a human for over a decade. There clearly was an unspoken agreement between these two souls. Letting a little chuckle, the sound would resonate within the slowed down bar, as he made eye contact with Taehyung. I've been alone for a long time. I've always wanted to see a human will last. Eyeing the younger man's body from top to bottom, Atlas would lick his lips as he mumbled underneath his breath, Besides, whatever I do to you won't matter because only the demon will remember. Tae would have hazy memories of encounters with Atlas anyways. Those with god souls get easily forgotten by humans unless left with a lasting memory. Adralemech would remember him but Tae wouldn't remember him. Back to what, I was saying. Atlas would walk up to Tae and look down towards him to make eye contact. Atlas was glad he had the height advantage over the boy, as he was being pretty forward and it made the effect a lot greater. Smiling, Atlas would lean into the boy's face, smirking suggestively. You are something I'd love to indulge in. Walking away while chuckling, Atlas would be singing himself praises in his head about how great of a flirt he is. He hasn't done it much before coming to Earthland but now, he might be getting the hang of it.

A different question. This was an easier question. Atlas pointedly put a finger in the air as he explained, I've been hanging around this town for a couple of days at this point and I've seen all the consequences the storm has had on the area. I saw a family sent out a request for the job and I have seeking out those who came into this inn, the only inn in the town, for those who have some sort of magical energy. Smiling at Taehyung, Also, when you are in my dimension, I know all thoughts and motives for those who I've moved. Deciding to play a different card, Atlas let himself blush as he looked away, making eye contact with the ground as he rubbed the back of his hair as he kicked the ground, shyly. H-honestly, I pegged you as the kind of guy who is pretty innocent. But when you saw me, y-you had some pretty... b-bold thoughts. Atlas rubbed the back of his neck, as his blush intensified. Man! Playing both sides of this was really easy! He should honestly win an award with how skilled of an actor he played. The demon obviously could see through all the bullshit that Atlas was throwing but, if Atlas played his cards right, he could get Tae to drop his guard and potentially leave him with a memory of Atlas that he can't forget. Clearing his throat, the god would still pretend to be fixing himself after being flustered, A-anyway! I wanted to help you with the job as I don't like purely helping strangers. Considering what he said for a moment, Atlas shook his head before saying, I can make the repairs easier for you. I'll supply all the tools and resources you need while you deal with talking to the residents and doing the actual labor. I can help when you need but I just want you to help with the repairs. This time, there was no strings attached. He felt bad for the family who had their home destroyed and with another storm on the way, they might get injured. Atlas wanted to help, but it's kind of bad just having a stranger enter their house. So, with Tae, Atlas would finally be able to help like he wanted.

Snapping his fingers, the image in the portal would stabilize as he turned to face Taehyung, his hand stretched out so that he could hold it. The portal would reveal the house in question damaged. It cut the time to the man's destination by nearly ninety-nine percent. I'm not going to bite. I swear. Atlas would flash a genuine smile as he waited for Tae's response.

[OOC: Don't worry about it. I'm just having a fun time writing this job and I hope you are too :>]

Broken Down House [Job / Atlas] Empty Re: Broken Down House [Job / Atlas]

Post by Taiga 14th January 2018, 5:14 am

Taehyung shivered as the man chuckled, feeling a deep, uncomfortable sensation run through his entire body. He raised an eyebrow at the man's comment but continued to keep his distance to ensure that there was a still a distance between them. He was unsure as to how to handle the situation and it would be nice for the demon to take over right now, but he knew that the demon wasn't exactly someone that should be trusted. Any other time Adramelech would take over, Taehyung feared that he would finally kill someone and it was something that always lingered at the back of his mind. Taehyung's face went red in the face again when the boy would lick his lips towards him. Astraios would then begin making his way over to Tae and out of instinct, the boy would begin backing up, his face changing to a deep, darker shade of red when he backs up into the nearby wall with no where to go. He flinched who his back hit the wall, not expecting to be caught against something in a situation like this and attempted to avoid the man's eye contact, only to find his own eyes falling back onto them.

The boy clenched onto the side of his pants when Astraios' face was very close to his face, roughly a few centimeters apart. Taehyung was feeling really uncomfortable, taking in a gulp that was easily heard by anyone in ear shot and because they were in such a close proximity with each other, Taehyung couldn't help but begin thinking dirty, adult thoughts that made the situation a lot worse, he began to sweat a little down the side of his brow, his face instead a shade of red began turning pale and it was all because this man flirted with him so furiously. Taehyung wasn't used to flirting and was a rather innocent young man. He had never been kissed before nor met anyone that physically aroused him like Astraios could. "You are something I'd love to indulge in" These words caused Taehyung's knees to go a little weak, not enough to make them buckle as he was still able to support himself. Wake up! Adramelech shouted 'inside'. Stop being a little horny teenager and wake up to the fact that he is playing you! Taehyiung jumped lightly at Adramelech's shout, a little taken back by his words but understood what he was saying. Taehyung was starting to see the fact that this man was also just joking with him, playing with him in a sense because every time he would chuckle about it and it was this chuckle that would make Taehyung feel a little embarrassed.

The redness in his face was now completely gone and he was no longer sweating. He changed his stance so that he was standing a little more upright, no longer leaning against the wall as he watched the man walk back away from him chuckling. Tae followed the man back to the bar, still keeping his distance and leaning against it as if to show him that he was no longer tricked by the man's flirtation. He followed the man's finger with his eyes listening to his every word when he spoke. "That explains why you could hear Adramelech's words..." Taehyung finally spoke, his eyes narrowing on the man when he spoke of his dimension, only to be left blinking repeatedly with redness in his cheeks. The man spoke of the thoughts that Taehyung had first thought of earlier and then suddenly began thinking them again. Dirty, adult and somewhat unnatural thoughts that he quickly began to shake out of his head, literally. He began shaking his head. It was at this moment that the demon could distinctly be heard smacking his head against various hard objects at the current back and forth between the two. He would normally say something to Taehyung but he felt like the boy was already going to let his guard down anyway and there was nothing that the demon could do.

Taehyung was feeling a little dizzy with everything that had been going on, taking a seat on the nearest available stool and laid himself against the bar. "You want to help me?" He asked, being a little skeptical. When he made the suggestions to Tae, the boy lifted his head and the rest of his body off of the bar and looked at the stranger. "A-are you serious?" Still a little skeptical of him as he climbed from his seat and stared at the man's hand. At the mention of him not going to bite, a part of Taehyung wanted him to bite, just a nibble.

Broken Down House [Job / Atlas] Empty Re: Broken Down House [Job / Atlas]

Atlas honestly loved seeing how different humans were in their reactions. Some were very mild and if they were mild enough in reaction to his flirtations, Atlas would end up being the blushing because he would be shocked at the lack of effect. However, there were humans who had such extreme reactions to how he acted. Tae was one of those people and Atlas loved the feeling of having such an effect on a person. He hoped that he could remain to have that effect on those who knew the name of Astraios in the future. Chuckling to himself as he went through all the times that Tae has blushed in the span of the last few hours, he would turn to face the boy as he asked that he wanted to help. Smiling at him, the god would fade into stardust as a trail approached the younger man. It would end up behind him as Atlas' body materialized again as he whispered to him, Don't get the wrong idea. I'd love to stay here with you and we could do whatever you want. Atlas would playfully nibble the top of his ear as he turned into star dust again. Teenagers are so easy to play with. In their changing state, they are much more susceptible to things like what Atlas was doing as Atlas was probably his first experience with this. He wouldn't remember this but the star god enjoyed the anger that the demon was having internally. It was calming hearing how frustrated the demon was getting. Serves him right for staying in a body with the child even if he could leave and die.

Materializing in front of the portal again, Atlas would look at Tae with a serious expression as he raised his hand to the air beside him. Within a moment, there was stardust and soon, the stardust formed into a hammer. Touching it caused it to transform in a multitude of construction tools as well as the materials required to fix the house, proving that he could help the boy on his job very well. The usual smirk dropping from his face, he'd look at Tae, As fun as this is, we really need to get this going now. There is another storm coming soon and it's going to harm the family there should we not fix this in time. With that note, Atlas would use stardust to trip Taehyung and would carry him within his arms. He was surprisingly light to be honest. Carrying him through the portal, not really caring at this point whether he gave consent, because Atlas knew he wanted to help. That was something he wouldn't joke about as he knew that Tae wanted to help this family as best as he can. After they were in front of the house, Atlas would look at the brunette's face. We're here, your highness~. Chuckling, Atlas would let him down as he looked at the door to the house, the tenants of the house were there, but Taehyung would need to be the one to greet them. Atlas could sneak in anyways. Walking over to the door, Atlas would not have his usual cheer and be rather serious with a hint of nihilism, he'd say to Tae, Kid, I'm counting on you. Atlas would look at the graying sky, hoping that Tae would work fast. Atlas felt like hitting himself for wasting so much time. Their house could be fine if he was just a mage, but he couldn't just help them as a god. There was a lot of implications with him getting involved with humans without magic so he couldn't risk it.

Broken Down House [Job / Atlas] Empty Re: Broken Down House [Job / Atlas]

Post by Taiga 15th January 2018, 5:16 am

Taehyung took a slight step back in shock when Astraios disappeared in front of him. It was something he wasn't expecting to see and it was only a moment after this that he felt a presence behind him. BEHIND YOU! Adramelech called but it was already too late. The boy flinched when something warm and wet took in the tip of his ear and a nibbling sensation formed just after. This sensation alone instantly turned Tae's face red, his knees buckling under pressure and his entire body to flop on the floor with a pleasant smile on his face. Although he had never experienced this sensation before, it was evident that a nibble on his ear was his weakness and the only thing that Adramelech could do in response to this was to mentally smack his head against something hard again. You are an embarrassment. He growled.

It was at this moment that the god took hold of Taehyung and carried him through the portal, although the demon protested, the boy was still in a daze. When he was placed in front of the door, it was here that Adramelech spoke again. Get up! He is going to help you and as much as I hate taking help from a god, I want this job over and done with. We are at the location so lets do this thing. There was still no reaction, it seemed strange that a boy would react this way from just a nibble on his ear but this boy was completely inexperienced in all departments. He was an innocent young man who barely witnessed anything like what had just happened and as a result. "Fine. I'll do it." Climbing to his feet, it was evident that Adramelech was in control of Taehyung's body. His eyes were now a deep red and black runes had formed upon his body that seemed to move all over, never staying in one place like a tattoo. He looked directly at the front door with a deep glare and said.
"Let's do this then." His tone and voice were slightly changed too. Adramelech climbed the set of stairs to the front door and knocked on it twice, already frustrated with the fact that he had to knock.

Broken Down House [Job / Atlas] Empty Re: Broken Down House [Job / Atlas]

Atlas would keep a neutral face as Adralemech possessed control over Taehyung's body. It was kind of scary seeing how he could just take over whenever he wanted. If that was the case, why didn't he just assume direct control. It's not like Taehyung has any access to some sort of magic. Watching the changes as Taehyung's eyes changed from blue to red and the black markings appeared to be moving around his body.  It was quite odd, seeing him with that intense of a glare on his youthful features. Atlas was gonna grab his face to tell him to smile but then he remembered who was inhabiting the body now. Sighing as he looked at his hand, Atlas would cross his legs as he sat, Let me enjoy myself. You know he won't remember anyways. Knowing Taehyung would still be out of commission, he spoke to the demon as an equal. He can't just not acknowledge a demon who has been inhabiting a human's body for over a decade. That's some sort of dedication Atlas has never seen before. He never understood how a higher being could interact with someone that long. Especially if they were a human. Atlas raised his shoulders in surprise when he heard footsteps approaching the door. They usually weren't home at this hour as they were looking for contractors to help them try to rebuild what had been damaged but it appears they lost hope. An elderly woman answered the door and nearly burst into tears as she saw Taehyung. She wanted to probably hug him since this was the last possible moment when they could have their house fixed. Frowning slightly when they let in Adralemech and asking if anyone else was going to help. Atlas quietly snuck into the house and made his way upstairs where a bulk of the damage had been present. Stopping on the stairs, the young god would turn around and whisper to the demon, Let him do this job when he is able to move again. Based on you being here, I doubt he does stuff like this often.. Floating up the stairs to prevent any further noise, the elderly couple talking to Adralemech would never notice him.

Atlas tried to put on a smile but he couldn't pretend with this. It kind of ate up at him that he was supposed to remain neutral to all life on Earthland. He shouldn't even be there in the first place. Sighing, he'd prepare all the area for construction. Honestly, Atlas could repair this by himself but it probably would be nicer for Taehyung to do some manual labour. He needs to build up some strength since he can't use magic as himself. He needs someway to defend himself. Atlas would sit on the floor, waiting for the conversation to finish and whichever one was in control of the body to come upstairs.

[OOC: Atlas can summon any tool you need, along with the supplies. You have permission to write as if he's summoning while Tae/Adra is repairing the house. You can just mention that Atlas summons it if you start the repairs next post.]

Broken Down House [Job / Atlas] Empty Re: Broken Down House [Job / Atlas]

Post by Taiga 16th January 2018, 6:42 am

Adramalech glared at the elderly woman as she opened the front door, turning his nose up in disgust as she began to start crying. He had to take a step back when she went to hug him, not wanting to be touched by the mortal and when she asked if he was the only one, he turned to the broken tree limb that was leaning on the front porch. He raised his right hand and pointed at the broken branch with his index finger and middle finger, in a single flash, red and black energy formed around his fingers and fired out of the tip, striking and piercing the broken branch and shattering it into a million pieces. He turned back to the woman who had a rather surprised look upon her face and smirked, though it was only a half-hearted smirk."I'm the only one."

The demon followed the elderly woman inside and was then introduced to the elderly man, her husband. They began conversing about what needed to be done, how long until the next storm and also about how they had searched for workers. The demon ignored all of this and instead listened to the god who seemingly floated up to the second floor. Seeing this, the demon interrupted the humans mid sentence. "Then I should get started." He proceeded to push pass them and began casually climbing the stairs up to the second floor. As he climbed the stairs, he could hear the sudden awakening of the mortal boy. "You awake?" If it was visibly possible, Taehyung would be nodding right now, patting his face to remove the fluster. Adramelech had heard what the god had said previously and closed his eyes, the runes upon his body began to fade until they were completely none existence. He came to where the god was located, various supplies already laid out and ready to be used. He opened his eyes and it was evident that the demon was no longer in control. Taehyung was back.

"W-whats going on?" The boy asked, realizing there was a blank space that he couldn't remember. We are at the job location. There is a storm on its way and you have to do the repairs. Mister-I-Bite-Boys-For-Fun-Here suggested that you do the manual labor. I can understand why, you need to build up your physical strength and I can't protect you all the time. Do the work. The various tools and supplies that were required were already summoned by Astraios and although he was keen to get started, he wasn't sure whether or not he would be able to do it before the next storm comes. "T-thank you." The boy said, looking to the god with a slight redness in his cheeks. Thank you for helping me." He didn't really know what else to say and to be honest, he was still thinking adult thoughts when he looked at him and remembered the previous events.

Taehyung grabbed a few roofing tiles and climbed out of the nearest available window that took him out to a slight ledge that allowed him to shift around and onto the ceiling. When he pulled himself up, he began his work, taking off the old shingles and replacing them with the new ones. "Watch out below!" He called. There was no one there but he still wanted to make sure just in case. He threw the old shingles off the ceiling and onto the ground on the first floor before moving onto the next one. It was getting late in the afternoon but it was still quite warm out. After replacing all of the shingles, Taehyung climbed back down, slipping lightly as he did but nothing too serious. When he climbed back through the window, he took off of his shirt, not to provoke the young god or anything like that, but it was literally warm and hard work made him sweat. He took off his shirt and tucked it into the back of his pants, reaching up and wiping some sweat away from his brow. There on his chest were two markings. On the right side of his chest there was his Sabertooth guild tattoo and it was a deep red color. On the left side though, was a scar, several to be exact which looks like claw marks as if something had tried to claw it's way inside, or someone tried to claw something out repeatedly. "Next, the gutters." He said to himself. He grabbed a screwdriver and some screws so that he could re-secure the gutters but as he picked these items up, he couldn't help but wonder something. "N-no offense..." He said at first. "I am not really used to getting help from other people, why is it that you want to help me? Why me?" It was an odd question but it was something that made him generally curious.

Broken Down House [Job / Atlas] Empty Re: Broken Down House [Job / Atlas]

Post by Evan 16th January 2018, 6:56 pm

When Taehyung came up the stairs, Hikari looked in the eyes of the boy and smirked casually when he noticed the black markings were gone and Taehyung's blue eyes. It's always entertaining to see how much things that this young man can go through in the span of minutes. Like, a couple of minutes ago, this was the brunette who completely collapsed when Atlas barely did anything to him. Granted it was the first time he probably experienced a sensation like that. But, that was what Atlas did best, surprising people in order to get reactions out of them. Atlas heard what Adralemech had called him and chuckled quietly to himself. With how much he's been able to torment this kid, there's a slightly better chance that he might remember. But that's only with an accumulation of the emotions Atlas left him with. He needed one surge of emotion to have a memory that would make it impossible to forget Atlas, not a string of them. Atlas watched as the boy awkwardly said thank you to the god, as it was clear his mind was still in a rather impure state. Smiling calmly at the boy, Atlas would say, Don't worry about it.

As Atlas observed Taehyung working, he just floated around the floor of the upper level on the damaged home. The god was planning on letting the boy work as much as he was physically capable of then finishing off anything he couldn't get to. Rotating a star in his hand silently, his eyebrows would raise in question as the younger male asked Didn't I tell you? I was interested in you. Standing up, Atlas would look at Taehyung and somewhat blankly say, I hope you realize that you should be honoured that me, as a god, is paying very close attention to you and an even lesser being, being the demon. Atlas looked away and shrugged, You were the most entertaining being in this town, considering there is a demon and a human soul living together, not quite in discord but not quite in harmony for over ten years. This is unique even by my standards. Trust me, I've been here a couple days and once you see one ruffian with a tragic past, you've seen them all. Blank faced, Atlas would observe all of Taehyung's body, specifically his chest. He noticed the Sabertooth guild mark and a bunch of scratch marks. He could question it but Atlas could probably take a guess as to what caused that scar. Smirking, Atlas would float behind Taehyung. Atlas would slap his behind and have his smile drop, all part of his plan. There's nothing here. Looking at him with a sideways glance, Atlas would summon a plate of food. You need more meat on yourself. More stuff to appreciate. Laughing to himself, Atlas would wipe the smirk off his face as he switched gears surprisingly quickly. It was almost scary how much Atlas could change his facial expression within moments. Let me know when you can't do anymore work and I'll give you an extra special job. Atlas would casually wink as he waited an appropriate awkward silence amount of time before adding I'll just finish the construction when you can't work. That's it.

Broken Down House [Job / Atlas] Empty Re: Broken Down House [Job / Atlas]

Post by Taiga 16th January 2018, 8:17 pm

Taehyung was a little surprised by the god's blank face and words. The young boy didn't consider himself interesting at all but it was not like he could pass judgment on someone just because of what they were interested in. Though, in saying that, there were far ore interesting things in this world and Taehyung honestly believed that he was not one of them, nor could he consider himself one of them. The young boy acknowledged the Astraois' words with a light nod, still thinking about them as he turned around and picked up the screwdriver and screws. It was at this point that he felt a slap across his butt cheeks and instantly straightened up in shock. He turned around to see the god floating there and as he spoke, rubbed his butt from the tenderness. At first, the boy didn't know what the god was referring to, a little clueless but eventually caught on to what he was referring to, the redness forming in his cheeks again. He was tempted by the plate of food but chose to ignore it, instead turning instantly to the window again and climbing back out to start working on the gutters. It was when he climbed out of the window that he heard the god speak again, stating that he would give him an extra special job which only caused his mind to wander to more adult thoughts again, having to shake them in order to focus on the job.

Another hour went by and Taehyung was sweating profusely, his body glistened as they reflected the bolts of lightning in the distance, the flash was a clear indication that the storm was on the approach. Tae looked up to see the lightning, and concern began to rise within him. "I don't think I have enough time." He was worried. The storm was on its way, he had only just started working on the porch railing and the floorboards still needed to be replaced. He was exhausted, sweating and was beginning to have muscle spasms from working so hard. There was one thing that everyone would have to admit about Taehyung and that was the fact that he had serious dedication. He was tempted to ask the demon for help, to take over for a moment so that he could replenish himself but he also didn't want to ask the demon for help. He was even tempted to ask the god for help but felt like it would be wrong for him to do so considering Taehyung took on this job in the first place. He turned back from the approaching storm and ran his free hand through his hair, drawing it back as it hung in his face soaked with sweat. He held the hammer in his opposite hand and knocked in a few more nails into the railing, blinking a few times after losing focus. He went to strike again but lost focus, smacking his thumb and instantly flinching. He pulled back, dropping the hammer and taking hold of his thumb as he released several sounds that seemed like internal swearing. It was at this point that the demon laughed, finding humor in the situation but Taehyung was more worried about the house.

The boy turned and looked to the god, holding his thumb with the opposite hand as if it lessened the pain. There was no serious injury but it still hurt a lot, he was also incredibly exhausted. "I-I um..." He hesitated at first, looking down and hanging his head in shame. "I need your help." He stated, not looking up to the god as he spoke. "Please." He sighed afterwards as if it was the hardest thing he had ever had to do. He didn't like asking strangers for help but at the same time, he felt a little more comfortable with asking for simple fact that he would want to get to know this god more.

Broken Down House [Job / Atlas] Empty Re: Broken Down House [Job / Atlas]

Post by Evan 16th January 2018, 9:33 pm

Atlas wandered around the floor, observing the damage that was caused by the past storm. All the damage that the house endured was rather severe. Atlas looked at Taehyung as he worked then back to the house. He definitely wasn't going to finish this now. But, he seems like the stubborn type and probably doesn't like to ask for help. Having a demon inside of you is going to give you a lot of issues whether you like it or not. Atlas would basically be watching Tae try to fix everything as best as he can. Smirking as he watched, he was surprised at how much he persevered despite have trouble about this. Atlas noticed the storm approaching and heard how Tae repeating himself as to how he couldn't do it. Atlas smirked somewhat sadistically. This was his favourite part. When a human realized they couldn't do as much as him. It made his time on Earthland worth it because he got to see all the stages that humans went through when they realized they couldn't do it. First, it was panic which was evident demonstrated with Taehyung's panicked facial expressions. Then came the stage of false hope, where the brunette tried to work faster only to get hurt in the process. Smiling, Atlas debating going down to the balcony that the younger man fixed. Atlas would summon a lollipop and start to eat it as he watched the boy not so silently swear his pain away. Chuckling to himself, he'd float facing the balcony as he watched Taehyung approach.

Smirking with a cat like grin, Atlas's eyes would become a piercing shade of blue as he almost condescendingly looked at Tae. Does my little friend need some help? Watching as he didn't make eye contact with the God made Atlas roll his eyes, did he really find it hard asking for something from a higher being. Actually, that makes sense. Atlas hovered down to the ground and smiled at the male, Don't worry. You tried your best. And you actually did really well. Atlas would take the lollipop out of his mouth with a pop and placed it in Tae's mouth. Chuckling, Atlas would manage to get out Consider that your special prize, dear. Walking over to the edge of the house, the God would consider all the changes to the house. Smirking, he'd snap and all the resources would slowly go into the place with all the necessary construction work being checked to approved. Atlas almost collapsed afterwards, his eye becoming a deep shade of navy blue as he drained himself quite a bit trying to use that. Heavily breathing, Atlas would walk past Taehyung and lie down on the floor. It's been a while since he used his Divinity like that. Continually breathing heavily, Atlas would weakly point to the stairs as he said, Hey, go let them know. That the stuff's done. Atlas didn't feel his appearance spell fading briefly for moments while he almost passed out, revealing the God's true brown hair and green eyes, should Taehyung have looked while it was acting choppily with the God's low energy right now.

Broken Down House [Job / Atlas] Empty Re: Broken Down House [Job / Atlas]

Post by Taiga 16th January 2018, 10:10 pm

The condescending tone in Astraois' voice was a little irritating to hear but the god was right, Taehyung did need help and wasn't going to deny it. Though one thing that did peak his ears was the use of the word 'friend'. Taehyung had never had friends but always wanted one, so hearing someone refer to him as a friend was kind of nice no matter how condescending it was. He simply nodded in response, ashamed of himself as he let go of his thumb to inspect the now swollen digit. He only made eye contact with the god when he approached and it was only because he complimented the boy. He had done his best and it was nice to hear that someone else saw that too. He would never experience a compliment from the demon, in fact, compliments were rare for Taehyung.

Taehyung almost choked with something wet was shoved into his mouth, it was odd at first and a little surprising, though a flavor began to envelop his tongue and he wasn't sure if it was because of the lollipop or the god's saliva. The redness still lingered in his cheeks but he gladly took the lollipop, turning to watch the god walk to the edge of the house. Taehyung's mouth dropped open, the lollipop would have fallen to the ground if he hadn't already been holding it. He watched the god's powers at work, the resourced falling into place. He had to take a step back, partly to make sure he wasn't in the way but also partly to get a better view from a distance. The boy was both impressed and concerned at the same time when the god walked past him and laid down on the ground. When he was told to go let them know that everything was done, Tae nodded, just about to leave but hesitated at the last second. He turned back to the god and smiled, the stick of the lollipop poking out of the side of his mouth. "Thank you." He stated, walking back over to the god and shoving the lollipop into his mouth before walking back up to the house, though in the back of his mind he was constantly thinking how this would be the perfect opportunity to have his way with the god and do anything he wanted as pay back, or pleasure, that was still unsure.

He approached the front door but the elderly couple were already walking out the front door. Taehyung proceeded to notify them that it was finished and both the elderly couple embraced Taehyung. It was strange to him though, he had never been embraced like this before and it was somewhat warm to him, he didn't have parents or family to hug him so. The demon groaned in annoyance as Taehyung stepped back after the embrace, a little shy with their forwardness. They handed him a bag of jewels and they waved to him as he stepped off the porch, walking back over to the god and sitting beside him. The god looked different than before, but he still couldn't deny that both forms were attractive. "I guess we should split it?" He said, placing the bag of jewels on the god's stomach as he laid there. The boy took a seat beside him and looked to the distance, the storm only an hour or two away.

Broken Down House [Job / Atlas] Empty Re: Broken Down House [Job / Atlas]

Post by Evan 20th January 2018, 5:00 pm

Atlas was still heavily breathing as his vision became hazy. Was he this out of it after a menial task? Kind of pathetic for a god, now wasn't it? Looking at the ceiling as the outer edges of his vision became very foggy, he'd hear a ringing sound in his ears and he'd cover his eyes with his arms. It's rather pitiful that he wasn't able to use his Divinity as freely as he did before he came to Earthland. It felt restraining to use it here. Sighing to himself, Atlas would open his mouth to speak to himself only for the lollipop to be brought back to his mouth. Frowning, he'd take the stick of the lollipop and have it fade into nothing. His magic could take away matter just as easily as it creates. Swirling the hard candy in his mouth, the god would listen acutely as he heard the old couple celebrate the restoration of the home and experiencing the shy feelings that were running through Tae's head. It was all adorable. Even if he didn't do it by himself. The god would run a hand through his brown hair as the candy moved to the side of his mouth, I expected to run low on magic but I didn't think I'd run low enough to break my appearance modifier. Sighing, the green eyed male would listen as he heard the foot steps coming back up the stairs. He lied down there, wanting to pretend to be asleep only for a sack of jewels to land on him. Ouch, let a guy rest. I know you enjoy my teasing a lot but I deserve a break too. Sighing to himself, Atlas would sit up and put the jewels on his lap as he counted the currency. He didn't really need them but any monetary offerings made to the god were taken anyways. Looking at the sky, he'd see the graying clouds and hear the slightest bit of rain starting in the distance. Looking at the teenager, Atlas would say, I'll take some jewels, and an extra special reward.

Moving swiftly, the god would pin down the other teenager and look down at him with his shimmering emerald eyes. Smirking, he'd place his mouth atop the other male's as he transferred the hard candy to Tae's mouth. The god would pull away and lick his lips as a portal appeared behind him. Playing forward with me won't do any good. Jumping into the portal, it would instantly shut as he ended up at a pub in another location. He was in a room so he fell onto the bed. He couldn't quite move as he had drained a good majority of his magic by now. Depending on how Tae took the candy transfer, he could have potentially been planted with a memory of Atlas that he would never forget, but for all Atlas knows, he could be forgetting him now. Atlas didn't really mind. He really had fun with the day he was given today. Wonder what the next human he meets will provide.

Taehyung sat there beside the god who was lying on the ground and looked his body up and down. Although he was sure the young man could hear his thoughts, Taehyung couldn't help but wonder what his body looked like under the clothing. The boy leaned back once the god sat up in his position as if to give him some more breathing room, if the boy had chosen to stay in his position, their faces would have been only inches apart but Taehyung had only done this out of courtesy. It was at this moment that Taehyung was pushed down, his back hitting the grass underneath him and as he tried to climb back up there was an unrelenting force on top of him. By the time that Taehyung realized it was the god that was holding him down, pinning him to the earth, their lips already touched and something warm, wet and round was forced into his mouth. He couldn't identify it at first, he was in too much shock and was in a complete daze.

Taehyung continued to lie on the grass looking blankly up at the sky with an incredibly bright red face, he didn't even notice the dark clouds forming as he was in a complete daze and shocked. His entire body went numb like being submerged in ice water to the point where he couldn't feel his limbs no more. The only other sensation he could feel was the lingering moisture on his lips and the slight breeze that began to stir with the on coming storm. He didn't know what to say or do, he just laid there when the god left the scene and even the demon was a little lost for words. Did that just happen? Adramelech asked. If it was possible to see the demon's face right now, it was not much different from the boys face. Raindrops began to fall onto Tae's face which seemed to start breaking him out of his daze. "W-what happened?" He asked the demon as he sat up in his position. Huh? Taehyung looked around the area for a moment, the storm was beginning to creep closer and closer, he was sitting out the front of the elderly couple's house and he could remember doing a some of the work on the house, but the moment that Taehyung had finished speaking the the clients, there was a large blur, then a kiss. It was all very confusing but the candy was still in Taehyung's mouth and he knew that it was involved with the kiss. It was his first kiss but he just couldn't remember who it came from. He was going to ask the demon but then, it was somewhat special for him and knew the demon would likely ruin it for him.

The boy climbed to his feet, the rain starting to get heavier and heavier, knowing too well that he had to get to his hotel before the storm hit.
