Post by Yuvon on December 8th 2016, 12:11 pm

    Job Info:
    Job: Afternoon Freakout
Rank: C Player Requirements: Thread must be at least 20 posts long. C Ranked Wizards or Above. Or a combination of two D Ranked Wizards or more. 250 Words Minimum Each Post.
Job Requirements: Stop the paranoid Wizard and his cronies from attacking civilians in the market. Stop him before he's able too harm or kill 15 people. Must defeat ONE group of Henchmen or Cocky Fire Wizards and either the Insane Fire-Make Wizard, or the Mind Wizard. 3 wizards Max Allowed on this Mission / Job.   (Note: If you roll for the Mind Wizard and he appears, the Insane Fire-Make Wizard's spell will be broken, and he will flee the scene in horror of what he's done alongside any Henchmen, or Cocky Fire Wizards, who will also be freed from the spell, as the Mind Wizard is interested in fighting you with no help, on his own.)

    Job Location: Oak Town

Job Description: A wizard is loosing his mind slowly, but surely in Oak Town. You've arrived on the scene shortly after a mission was hurriedly posted on the board. For the past few days, a Fire Wizard has been heading too the market with his band of wizards and attacking innocent civilians, claiming that they're Demons. It would appear that he's under some form of enchantment or spell that's controlling his mind. He still has his intelligence and still, he and his minions are a huge threat too those around them.   (Note: At the end of each round, he will roll a random Fire spell against a nearby group of civilians, a single civilian, or a shop / establishment. If you roll a miss, it misses. If you roll an attack, it lands and you loose 1 out of the 15 individuals you're supposed too protect.)  (Note: The name of the Wizard, and or his group of cronies is up too you.)

    Enemies:
Weak: Henchmen Fire Wizard x3 (These guys use D-Ranked Fire Spells, mostly Fire Balls and Fire Streams that don't do too much damage. They can catch things on fire however. They go down in usually one hit, two at the most of any rank.)

Normal: Cocky Fire Wizard x3 (These guys use C-Ranked Magic, and are very skilled. They sling AOE fire spells at you, along with normal fireballs and fire streams. They take four C-Ranked hits each too defeat.)

Strong: The Insane Fire-Make Wizard (The source of the problem. A young wizard with a long blue coat with red runic markings on it. He has face length blue hair that sweeps around his face, with a deranged look and a constant toothy smile that just screams "I'm insane.", he uses a plethora of C-Ranked spells at rapid speed, and has a B-Ranked AOE fire spell that will deal incredible damage if you're hit by it. At the end of every turn, he rolls a "Damage Die" too see if he harms / kills one civilian or a nearby building / establishment. Takes 15 C-Ranked hits too defeat.)

Boss: Mind Wizard (The REAL source of the trouble in Oak Town, this guy brought the Insane Fire-Make Wizard under his control with his magic, so beware. He's a force too be reckoned with. If he appears, he will attempt too bring the civilians under his mind control, and force them too attack you. He uses Darkness-based magic along with his psychic abilities. Each round, he rolls a "Damage Die" if he misses, then he doesn't bring anyone under his control, if the Attack goes through then a group of civilians will attempt too impede your fight against him. Takes 20 C-Ranked hits too destroy. Will shield himself with Darkness-based magic, and strike with blasts of Shadows, and cause whipping shadows too jump from floors/walls/alleyways. Is very quick, and can have clouds of darkness lift him off the ground too get aerial and fight from rooftops. Good luck. His spells are C-Ranked, and B-Ranked.)

    Reward: 5000 Jewels

    Page 19
In the beginning, it was lively in Oak Town. People were making their acquaintances with him and her, and with the gentle wind passing their heads, it appeared like yet another day in life. Nothing too interesting nor too threatening caught people’s attentions. A man was busy with his grocery’s, someone young lost her shoe in the buzz, and the trains surrounded the station with sounds that could give ears cancer. Yet… just another day in Oak, one would think. However, given the situation, something was bound to disrupt the everyday life…

Above-mentioned grocery’s began to catch on fire to the owner’s greatest surprise. He barely had anything around that could’ve set a catalyst for the blazes, so with a quick thought and glance, he darted his eyes at the swaying mage between the shelves. As angry as he was, the grocer charged at him with all the complaints in the world, in which havoc suddenly spread out of the store. People’s screams echoed all the way to the train station where Shen took off from the vehicle with full speed. Meanwhile, his red eye scanned the train station; a huge fire had spread across the place and was even apparent around downtown as well. “Damn it, damn it, damn it, damn it, damn it..!” came out of his curseful mouth, “We could only be late, huh..?!” In the middle of his built-up rage, he spotted what could possible be the cause of the fire around this part of town; while the target held out a huge flame on his palm, the person suffered tremendously from Shen’s jaw-breaking fist. “Don’t you dare even light up a match ever again!!!” he roared to the already fainted mage, before setting his eyes on the entrance to Oak Town. Oh, and he wasn’t even the only mage to the rescue; he basically forgot his partner for a brief moment…

The fire greeting the two guild members was never a good sign, especially for the mage known as Summer Guiyang, but more by the fact that Summer and fire do not mix well whatsoever. The fire that was consuming the area could seriously harm everyone even more then it should. This of course, made the fireworks expert very nervous. But it also helped with the fact that she could basically threaten anyone that came near her with flames as their offence. Summer hoped that Shen knew this quite well since she doesn’t know Shen or his magic which made her assume that Shen wouldn’t know how dangerous her magic could be at all.

Upon seeing everything that was happening, Summer stayed quiet, unable to speak out her opinion of the raging flames that were becoming remotely popular in the local area. It was pretty darn intense to say the least and Summer had no idea how to go about with it. Anything she could potentially do would cause an explosion or intensify everything. Hell, she could even make herself explode with the amount of fire that was being casted around.

“Holy hell!” The grasped. “This is way too much fire for a firework mage like me!” Summer wasn’t lying. Grasped in her hand was a metal blade shaped like a ring… not just any ring however, the ring was sharp to the touch and it was specially forged for the fireworks expert. This is what was going to help her it seems. “Shen… this is too much fire… any ideas what I can do?!”

This unique ability will be heavily used here. So please be careful:
Gunpowder - Because Summer always smells of gunpowder, if she comes into contact with fire. Her whole body will emanate into multi-coloured sparks, this acts like an AoE with anyone at the centre of the explosion is dealt user ranked damage, those not in the centre are dealt 75% of their ranked spell damage. Luckily it will only last 2 posts before the sparks go away (It will stink the entire place/area out of gunpowder however). The cooldown is 2 posts.

Hearing the guildmate’s voice made Shen catch his focus and look back. Apparently, the fire would be a huge obstacle for them, in which the objective was clear. They needed water, and a lot of it. Luckily, firemen of the town were already on the work, but as impatient as Shen was, he charged towards a wall on the train office, leaped from it and over the tips of the fire, before disappearing on the other side…

A spray-like sound approached Summer, before the fire in front of her died off by the cold of the water. Water here, water there, Shen made sure to cover every corner of the train station with a splash. It would look like a huge puddle by the end, although people appreciated the help from the Golden Phoenix mage. They better give some credit to the firemen as well…, he thought, before throwing the tube down. His glowing, red eye took a glance around the area, while his hair spike twitched in concern. “It’s settling…” he mumbled by the look of fires extinguishing in the distance, “Senpai! The fire’s decreased..!” He made a nod to prompt them both to continue into the city… but his red eye said no as a very brief vision crossed his mind. The next thing that happened was him spotting a group approaching them; five persons wearing what appeared to be the cloaks of assassins stood at the entrance, pretty much blocking their way in. They all held out one fireball at each palm, seemingly ready to launch it at the Golden Phoenix mages…

    (OOC: You posted, senpai! :O)

The flames started to calm down which Summer was quite happy about, but she knew it was not going to be enough, just one touch of a flame and she will explode. She has already exploded before while she was in the area and she didn’t want to explode in her guildmates face, it would be totally uncool and unprofessional. Nonetheless, Summer was glad that a ton of the fire was gone, she would just have to be very careful where she treads otherwise she really will be putting more people in danger.

“I can see that, Shen!” The fireworks expert exclaimed a reply as she looked around. She finally decided to walk over to Shen as he examined the area. Summer noticed that something wasn’t right, the adrenaline in her bones was showing her off too much as she bit her lower lip. She seemed excited, unable to get a grip of reality and instead stuck with being in her own hyperactive world. Not that the fireworks expert minded, she shown plenty of times that she was more than capable of handling herself by herself as she usually went out and done everything by herself, only getting the assistance of her pets for chatter and comfort.

Quickly, Summer noticed what Shen was keeping his eye on, and they all seemed to have fireballs in their hands. This was going to work out better than she intended, if she can shoot a firework at their dancing flames then she was sure it was going to cause an explosion of some sort. She had to…

“Shen, watch out!” Summer warned as her hand sparked up in multicolored sparks like sparklers in bonfire night. “Don’t get caught in it!” The moment Summer cautioned the male some more, a firework literally came out of her hand and aimed that very same firework at one of the fireballs that the mages were holding. The fireball suddenly exploded into his hand and burnt his hand severely. The man was holding his hand in pain and he seemed unimpressed.

“Shen! Your go!” The female suggested as she prepared herself incase a fireball was shot at her.

    Spells used:
    firework shot:

    Name: Firework shot
    Rank: D
    Type: Fireworks, Offensive
Duration: It's an instant spell and only lasts that post.
Cooldown: It’s a quick, weak spell with a quick cooldown, two posts.

Description: When the spell is cast, Summer will place one hand out as her hand turns into complete sparks before shooting of a firework. The colour of sparks will be completely randomized and when shot it can be a different colour. It isn’t an area of effect spell. But it is a very fast spell depending the force of the wind. The maximum range for this is 15 meters with the speed at 7.5 per second but as stated it is dependent on the wind. If the wind is going in the same way that the firework is going, it will go faster. However, if the firework is going in the opposite direction it will go slower.

Just like a real firework, it makes a firework noise before make small firework-like before colliding with the target, causing a very small firework explosion.
    Strengths:

Speed - The spell is very fast depending depending on the wind. (7.5 per second)

    Weaknesses:

Weak - this spell is relatively weak as it doesn’t take a lot of channeling time to cast it. But it does make up for it with speed.
Smoke - it can leave a stream of smoke behind like an actual firework and can spread depending on how many times this spell has been cast. This could lead to some eyes being hurt from the smoke.
Dodging - this spell can be easily dodged by others because it isn’t missile-based.

    Strength:
Fire - if fireworks come into contact with fire or flames, the fireworks will either intensify it or simply make an explosion depending on how big it is. This is both a strength and a weakness as it can go in her favour or it can backlash and hurt people that she doesn’t want to hurt.

The lightning mage felt like engaging into combat in order to break through the wall of fire mages in front of them. It didn’t appear that they would move away from the spot, but that they would stay the same place for a while like some impenetrable barrier. A grin appeared with a brief excitement from Shen, but Summer’s warning caught his attention. Sparks like those from the smoke of howling flames appeared on her hand, in which he nodded quickly before watching her move. An explosion followed at one of the fire mages, who had his hand severely burned by the firework. “… W-Was that a firework?” he slowly asked, taken off guard by the unique magic. Although, in reality, he didn’t have much to say due to his magic not being as unique itself…

Another pair of fireballs were shot by the group, this time aiming for Shen. Perhaps because that they saw Summer’s capabilities -or a brief moment of them-, they decided to discover his flow. As if they wouldn’t regret that the moment after; as soon as one fireball came into contact with his skin, it was blocked away by a cloak of lightning that appeared in the blink of an eye. The next blink, he appeared behind one of the mages, smashing a shocking chop on his neck which launched him to the side, tipping over some others. The others would suddenly scatter, sending off their fireballs at the rapid figure known as Shen. Suddenly, one found Shen’s foot planted onto the side of his head, sending him into the same wall from before as stains of blood trickled from his face.

Space would be made between the Golden Phoenix mages and the opponents as Shen’s eye suddenly shone up. Pictures of a much worse havoc happening downtown appeared before him, and the figure of a man behind the scenes made his appearance. The strain was heavy, and it caused Shen to leap back with a hand onto his left eye, while he let out: “Argh… damn that eye…”

    MP: 90

    Spell Used:
    Snap-Vanishing Voltage:
    Name: Snap-Vanishing Voltage (Shoushitsu Den’atsu)
    Rank: D
    Type: Defensive/Offensive (Counter-Evasive), Lightning
    Duration: Instant
    Cooldown: 2 posts
Description: Shen’s body leaks out a surge of electricity by merely being contacted by a D-Rank spell or a C-Rank spell (two D-Rank spell’s amount of power). What happens is that the bolts block the amount of damage that takes to activate it, then moves Shen with a speed of 15 m/s towards the target. If the target is closer than 15 meters (or precisely 15 meters away), then Shen will show up with a counter punch that’ll deal D-Rank spell damage.

    Strengths:
    1. It’s a very efficient spell to counter people’s attacks with and can easily be used, even beyond Shen’s consciousness in the beginning of it as it merely needs contact to be activated directly.

    Weaknesses:
    1. If the target is more than 15 meters away, then the spell will pretty much leave him open for another spell to be launched.
    2. It can only be activated if hit by a spell that deals the amount of two D-Rank spells’ damage.
    Cooldown: 0/2
    Enemy: Weak

Summer looked to Shen, overhearing the man’s question as she looked to him. Everything was going to have to be explained immediately to the younger male, he seemed shocked at what he seen protrude from her very own hand, it’s not like anyone else could control such a thing in the first place… mind you, Summer could also control various things that would be very useful. She can turn her ring blade into a firework, she can shield herself from weak spells with the power of fireworks, dang, fireworks can even make her faster running wise. She still had to be careful here incase she really did explode and hurt Shen.

Summer had to take a good look around to understand him a bit more, watching his every move as he got to work, she supposed she could tell the younger member later if he ever brought up a question again. She would tell him that she could indeed control the power of fireworks, but she wouldn’t dare tell him the history that got her traumatised by it at first but grew to personally love it. Fireworks were amazing after all!

Suddenly, Summer noticed that Shen was holding his eye in pain, she got worried and she instantly felt the need to help, she would feel seriously bad if she couldn’t help him. It wasn’t in her nature to leave her team mates behind. He was in pain due to his eye it seemed, Summer needed to make sure that he was okay. She had dignity after all and she would feel bad if she left Shen in the dark.

Cartwheeling over to him quickly because it was more speedier than running, she stopped and looked over the male to see if any injuries were dealt to him. “Shen.” She tried to grab his attention, he seemed to be in a whole different world. That was when she began to ruffle his hair to try get his attention in another way. “We got to sort this out… Shen… are you okay??”

He could hear someone cartwheel themselves over to him as he looked up. It was Summer, his guildmate. He did cause himself to look quite troubled, in which he grinded his teeth a little. He despised looking like this, but it was a curse to live with the rest of his life. That eye was from his mother, and all his 10 or so siblings had either their left or right eye shining bloodshot red because of that. Also, they all had this strange ability to see shadows of events and such that doesn’t always come to their understanding. All he knew was that it, sometimes, spoiled the opponent’s movements before they were made, in which he had a very high chance of either dodging or countering them. Obviously, it would cause the havoc in his nerves like this for a moment later…

His hair was suddenly ruffled by the fireworker, in which Shen’s cheeks blushed in awkwardness with a cute, little 'Hmpf' to the side. He wasn’t used to be treated like this, but… she sure worried a lot. Summer was being very kind to him, so he had to ensure what would make her calm down again. “It’s nothing… I’ve acclimated a little,” he assured her as he stood up, “Now...” His yellow eye spotted the remaining mages, each moving a little from the potential dangers in front of them. He had to calm down his magic power at the moment, so... perhaps it was time to rely on martial capabilities at this moment, in which he smiled confidently. “Senpai… leave them to me,” he asked her while walking forward, “There’s an even greater rampage going on downtown. I’ll catch up to you later.” The four or three firemages began cursing and yelling: “Begone! Fade away, you demon..!” It caused a little thrill to travel down Shen’s spine by the word ‘demon’, but was replaced by a very intimidating look on his red eye. That alone sent the thrill back at their spines and relived Shen from the fear that was growing up right before by the term that he wanted to forget so badly that he would most likely throw himself off a cliff to avoid it…

Shen, these dudes look a tad hard.” Summer admitted, they were even difficult for the fireworks expert, and she was a rank higher than Shen. Maybe she should start calling Shen her dongsaeng, she really felt like he had this little brother quality to her, and already he was trying his best to get himself noticed by her. She really liked that, therefore he was now her unofficial brother, she never really had a brother before, she was merely an only child who had two close friends that were male. So attempting to call her a little brother was going to be really good for her system, she guesses. The only real family member that was around was her father after all, according to her mother when she learnt the power of cherry blossoms anyway.

“Shen?! SHEN?! Oh my god, no he is not! Now I have to sort these out all by myself…” The female growled under her breath the moment dongsaeng was freaked out by what they were saying. Summer decided to take them out herself, even if they were going to hurt her.

Summer’s shown off her ring blade before she threw it at the fire mages, all of the them were at least attacked with the sharp weapon before it was thrown back at her. Summer then cartwheeled over to the side to make sure that she missed any fireballs incase they tried throwing stuff at her in advance. Summer then made sure she sliced the lot of them a few times before they were down and out.

    “There…”

His red eye, after a moment of rest, scanned down the firemages. They did look quite to be reckoned with, but no one should underestimate the spiky-haired lightning mage before them. He, too, wasn’t any easy obstacle to remove, and certainly not for these guys. However, somehow, calling him a demon triggered some nasty pictures up in his mind that would most likely prevent him from focusing in this fight. It also depended on the pictures that showed up in his mind when that eye shone up; mere movements that would happen seconds after were easier to acclimate when it came to the level of pain that followed after, but a completely different scene and all… it was tough to wear.

“Senpai…” he couldn’t but let out at the sight of Summer taking out the firemages herself, apparently due to worrying about him. His eye did cause nothing but a slight dismay, it appeared. Although, his saddened atmosphere lit up when he spotted the weapon that Summer swung at the enemies; a ring-like blade, seemingly efficient to throw with like a boomerang or throwing stars. Its grapple revealed that it must’ve been capable of being utilized as a melee weapon as well, which Summer confirmed in her next assault that knocked away the remaining firemages. Judging by the view, the gate was open for Shen and Summer to enter…

The young boy took small steps towards his senpai and took a closer look at the ring blade. Having a closer examination of it fascinated him more than the view from afar before. Obviously, it reminded him of at least a few dozens of the Dao’s exotic products, but he never had enough memory to store all the weapons inside that little head. Instead, he spoke up in a soft amaze: “That was… nice. Thanks.” It was extremely difficult to hide his gratitude behind that softly blushing steel-face of his, in which he shook all that off and kept a serious atmosphere remain. He was in the middle of stopping a large burn from devouring the town after all, and from the gate, he could spot four other figures making a phoenix flower of firestorms. Without warning, Shen hurried towards the center of the town with inhuman speed, out of sight before most of the firemen knew of it…

Summer couldn’t help but look to her dongsaeng the moment he looked relieved, Summer was pretty relieved herself to see that her dongsaeng was seemingly okay for the now. Now all Summer had to do was to keep making sure that Shen and herself were keeping themselves up to tabs with the fighting that they were expected to pull off. Of course, Summer was still top notch with her fighting skills at that particular moment so she would still fight freely.

“No problem, Shen.” She grinned as she looked to the young boy. With her ring blade in hand, she feels that she could do anything! Considering it was one of the few things that she has from the village she resided in anyway, she wondered how the blacksmith would do if he survived today… in fact, what if everyone in the village survived?? Would she be complimented for how much she has grown as a mage and as a person altogether?? She wished she knew. But of course she would never know as she could never see them again. She has so much weight on her shoulders to carry from her past burdens, but she never really bothered to go about with it. She only looked above and beyond for the sake of the present and the future that could change her forever.

Summer looked to the sky with her ring blade still in her hand to see that it was becoming dusk, dang, has it really been that long with the fighting? Summer must have had too much fun to notice anything. What Summer didn’t notice either was that Shen ran off without the fireworks expert. He was lower in rank then her! This could be potentially dangerous for the male!

“Shen!” Summer explained as she tried her best to run after the young guild member. As one of the older members of the guild, she felt it was her responsibility to try help the ones that were younger than her, even if she wasn’t as strong as some of the others who were younger than her yet of a higher rank.

Continuing to run for dongsaeng, she bit her lower lip. He’s just gonna get himself in trouble!

Keep running, Shen wasn’t going to slow down as chaos spread downtown. Small embers were visible inside stores, houses and on long rails across the streets, obviously the work of those confused firemages from earlier. No, there were more, and thanks to that ‘view’ from earlier, Shen knew exactly what to expect. He wouldn’t make himself look weak; in fact, all he wanted to right now was to be most helpful. He was a low-ranked mage, at least, but even he felt the need to release some power. There’s someone hiding in the shadows, he began to think from the last view, … He can’t hide from me forever.

With one leap, his feet stood on a dangling pole, rapidly switching surface to the wall. While his legs did the job, his eyes scanned the ground below to look for the one who was supposedly hiding form all this havoc. Stopping up, he felt a little uneased by a fact… he shouldn’t just run away from his guildmate. Who knew, maybe it would lead to a huge sign popping onto the screen with the red words ‘FAILED’ in the future. He could always check himself, but… as he waited for her, he could definitely see her worried look on her eyes. Distracted by the down feeling, a stray figure strived towards them from the front of the street. Wearing blue robes with red runic stuff on it, he approached them with a creepily wide smile on his face. Although, spotting Shen on the walls and Summer-senpai in front of him, the smile faded away in a very uncomfortable fashion.

“Hey, you!” Shen roared towards the firemage, “Yeah, you! Stop being frozen like a log and tell us where the real threat is!” His words might not directly be understood to his guildmate, or so he thought for a second, but keeping his mouth shut appeared logical in this case. “Don’t you- Feel my wrath, demon!” the insane firemage spoke up in surprise, while holding a finger towards the boy. His brain couldn’t even fathom the next movement as Shen’s body leant to the left as a small but insanely fast beam of pure, overheating oxygen was launched at him. Sweat was apparent on Shen’s face, but he didn’t notice that the beam would set off a fire inside someone’s house by entering through the window; a fact that the firemage appeared to intent. Having leant to the left, Shen was now midair, in which he pointed his finger towards the same mage as well. A light beam of electricity was sent towards the crazy guy, who quickly stepped to the side in order to dodge the small blast. Instinctively, Shen leaped back to Summer and made distance from the crazy mage in front of him, having a little sweat trickling down his face by the fact that this man had lost his mind at worst…
    Stats:

    HP: 100
    MP: 80

    Spell Used:
    Name: Kaboom Thunder (Dodonrai)
    Rank: D
    Type: Offensive, Lightning
    Duration:Instant
    Cooldown: 2 posts
Description: Shen lifts up a finger and points it towards the opponent. The next thing that happens is that a bolt, a literal, minor lightning bolt is launched from that finger and towards the target with quick precision. It can reach a distance of max 15 meters away from the user in a speed of 15 m/s.

    Strengths:
    1. It’s very fast to be launched.
    2. It’s a good way to deal damage to anyone near him.

    Weaknesses:
    1. Distance is a great way to avoid this spell; by having your distance from Shen, you can avoid letting this spell be used.
    2. If the opponent wears any non-conductive items that are being hit directly by the spell, it cuts 25% of the spell’s offensive power away at contact.
    3. It requires quite the precision. Therefore, if Shen is moving during this spell’s activation, then the speed is cut by 1/3, making it go 10 m/s instead.

    Enemy: Strong

All this running was making the fireworks expert tired out, she couldn’t keep running forever while keeping up with the young guild member. Summer was more than capable of taking them out together with Shen, but if she was suddenly on her own then she could seriously be in trouble in terms of explosions. She was sure that Shen didn’t know about one of her biggest drawbacks to having the dangerous power of fireworks… If Summer made any sort of contact with fire or flames, just one insy winsy touch. Then the female would explode and deal massive damage to others, it even knocks herself out due to the shock that she would be experiencing. She hated exploding so bloody much and she hated it a lot. She was just glad it sometimes worked in her favour.

“Shen!!!” The fireworks expert shouted. “Shen! What’s wrong?!” Summer really couldn’t understand why he ran off like that… she could possibly be in trouble now. Or, she was. That was until she seen Shen suddenly stop while he was behind her and shouted out for the real source of the problem. So wait, there was a source?! She could have at least been told about this earlier. But there was not much she can do now.

As the fire mage tried to shoot his fire out like he was majestic or something, Summer took out her ring blade while fireworks began to coat the ring blade, forming into some sort of shield for the female, she was going to try soak in the attack that the man was shooting from his hands. However, when Summer threw her ring blade, the fire made her ring blade shatter from the explosion that it caused… Summer couldn’t believe what she saw. That was the ring blade that the blacksmith made just for her… and it was broken… She was extremely upset about this and even though it clearly shown in her body language, she didn’t want to let it get to her. Now a civilian was hurt in the process.

“HOW DARE YOU!!!!!!!!!!” Summer shouted as her hands sparked up into multiple colours, just like a real firework. She was angry now… and she was going to have none of it. “That was the ring blade before my home was invaded! How dare you ruin my most prized possession! As a Golden Phoenix mage I will take you out so hard!!”

Summer ran towards the mage and he seemed shocked at the sudden change of behaviour, being a strong female, she picked him up with absolute rage and threw him onto the floor before she proceeded to kneel on top of him angrily, slapping him and punching him with all her might. She wasn’t even counting how many times she was actually punching him, but it was quite a lot.

“One, two three! One two three!” Have they had enough yet?? Probably not, but she still punched him even more, this was her in a rage… She never knew she had such anger contained within her to do so, but she just… snapped. She continued to punch the fire mage until he seemed to be down and out… Or so she thought… getting up from her knees, the firemage also got up, was 15 punches or smacks not enough?! GODAMN. “You… Are going to PAY FOR THIS!!!!!!!!” Summer shook her head until fire was thrown at her, Summer’s rage turned to panic instantly and that was when she exploded, her body turned into multi-coloured sparks and all that Summer could feel was extreme pain. The sparks were finally getting to her and finally, her firework magic just completely consumed her. Shen must think she was a freak now...

    [color=#00ff99] - Summer
    [color=#de0914] - Laysha
    [color=#daa520] - Stella
    [color=#e066ff] Priscilla

    Spells used:
    Spoiler:
    Name: Sparking Bash
    Rank: D
    Type: Fireworks, offensive and defensive
    Duration: 1 post
    Cooldown: 2 posts
Description: Summer will bring out her ring blade and allow the ring blade to be covered in firework-like sparks. The fireworks can absorb any elemental attack except for water which will be absorbed before dissipating (the cooldown will still be viable if this happens)

In the case of offensive purposes, Summer will provide a short dash to the target, bashing them with the 'shield' to attack them.

    Strengths:

Absorbing - As stated in the description, it can absorb any elemental attack apart from water. It absorbs spells equal in rank to Summer while one spell higher then Summer's rank is reduced by 50%, 2 ranks higher are however unaffected by this shield and will dissipate.

knock-up - When she bashes the target. It can knock them in the air for 2 metres before it plonks them back to the ground. This can also be used for allies if they expect it and if they want to leap on an enemy (the metres still apply)

    Weaknesses:

Vulnerable from behind - The spell will be in front of her, she will be weak from behind and can be countered easily this way.

Lack of flexibility - Summer cannot use her flexibility while using this spell.

Physical attacks - it cannot absorb physical attacks, long swords can go through the 'shield' and hurt her that way (etc etc)
    Spoiler:

    Name: Sparx
    Rank: D
    Type: Fireworks, offensive
    Duration: 2 posts
    Cooldown: 3 posts
Description: When casting Sparx, Summers hands or feet will channel and be covered into random firework-like sparks (depending if she wants to fight with her hands or feet). She can also use this to burn someones face in general
    Strengths:

Up close and personal for burning - Anything that comes into contact with Summer while she uses sparx will have that part burnt severely. (if you get what I mean)

    Weaknesses:

Choice - She can only decide from one or the other, she cannot choose both, meaning she has to choose carefully in battles

Weapon usage - Summer cannot use her weapon while fighting with this magic so she will most likely use her shoulder to try keep it safe or drop it while fighting with her hands and feet.

Charging - Like with Shooting star, the spell needs time to charge before it releases it’s full potential.
    Unique Ability:

Because Summer always smells of gunpowder, if she comes into contact with fire.
    Cooldowns:
    Enemy: strong
    Civilians: 1/15

Having Summer appear, the now out-numbered firemage was in a bad situation. “I guess that it’s not your lucky day, huh,” Shen spoke to him, proceeding to have electric impulses surge through his skin. This was going to be easy in his thoughts, but one knew very well that underestimating a potentially big issue is kind of cliché by now. It would obviously turn out for the worst. However, Summer acted faster than him, throwing her ring blade towards the conscious firemage; with a quick release, he seemed to melt the weapon down with a burst of fire from his palm. His face looked uncontrolled, and it made pretty much sense as it wasn’t him who had the greatest guilt in all of this. Shen knew the real issue, and that they would spot him show up after that they’ve beaten this guy…

Attempting to charge, Summer-senpai changed completely. Apparently, her destroyed ring blade caused a lot of emotion to build up within her and now that it was no more, all that emotion erupted from her body. Quickly, she was overpowering him, having her all-out rage thrown against the ‘poor’ firemage that barely knew what was going on. He seemed to think that a demon was about to devour his flesh, in which he even screamed and all. For Shen, the scene was horrific, heartrending. To see one’s beloved senpai in such pain… she was right. They were going to have none of that. Not even Shen. “C-Cut it out, already..!” he worryingly shouted at her, but she began shouting over to the firemage who replied quite inappropriate in this situation. A carpet of embers was thrown upon them, causing Shen to take cover while something unbelievable happened over at Summer… did she just… explode? No… it couldn’t be…

“SENPAI!” he shouted once again, only to see her in a weakened state, shocked and exposed in front of the firemage. The bastard found this as a good opportunity to put an end to the freak of a demon, but as he lifted his fingers back to lay another blow, a reddish light combined with the sound of thunder rushed across the street, passing Summer and clashing right at the wizard with high-speed force. It would take a second, before you could see the body of Shen within the cloaks of red lightning, having landed a kick to the fire wizard’s stomach. As a reaction, the firemage spit out blood and his eyes were about to pop out by the force. "That blade was precious to her..!" Shen hissed at him, "How dare you... how dare you, enraging my senpai..!" Obviously, he was launched several meters back, while Shen braked using his hands and feet onto the ground. His left eye was but a red dot, a lamb in the middle of the street that illuminated everything. Veins were visible on his face and arms, while you could hear the sound of a thousand birds crying.

However, it wasn’t quite enough. Weakening, but not enough. As the firemage recovered, he began to curse them and say prayers to annihilate these 'demons' in front of them. With a quick hiss, Shen replied: "Don't you know that we aren't demons? I guess it matters not... You're going down in three hits!" And as the firemage followed up with another blow onto Shen’s face, the lightning boy travelled off the fire blast within a trail of electricity that ended up behind the same firemage, crashing an elbow into his spine. It made him leap forward with a staggering pain, while Shen followed up with a kick by using both his feet to launch the firemage upwards, and as the wizard was assaulted, Shen travelled across air to appear above him and smash him down with a sledgehammer-like two-handed chop downwards. Finally, the firemage seemed tired out, but he was at least easier to take out now. Shen kept looking around for the one that was seemingly hiding… whoever it was, he would be a greater threat than this mage…
    Stats:

    HP: 56
    MP: 70

    Spell Used:

    Ability Used:
Chaos Bolt; Due to a slight influence from his weird eye, a certain phenomenon can change his way of battle; his lightning becomes a deep shade of red, and all spell’s speed are increased by a certain amount. It works in different levels that he’s set for himself, and each increases a certain stat but with its drawbacks. If wanting to 'go beyond', then he has to have stayed in one of the forms for at least 1 post in order to go further and unlock level 2 or 3 (although, this doesn't count if he skips straight to the last level). The user can skip to a random level, but if wanting to go higher after using that level, then he has to wait for a post, and he can only go one level up at a time. Also, he can't go backwards; he can't just skip from level 3 to 2. In that case, he has to cancel the entire ability and wait for the strain (mentioned below) to go away:
Level 1: All spells’ speed are increased to 25% of the original speed. When entering this level, he’ll gain 10% more fragility to other spells (other spells deal 10% more damage on him), which will fade away after 3 posts.

    Enemy: Strong

Summer was still exploding while everything else was going on, she didn’t know what the hell was happening nor did she want to know what was going on right now. For the moment, all the female could focus on was to control the sparks surrounding her body that was getting out of control, Summer was worried and rightly so… what if Shen was scared of her, what if he was angry at her?? What if he viewed her as a complete monster?? She didn’t want that, she didn’t want to be viewed as anything that she knew she wasn’t… she wanted to be viewed as a mature young lady who enjoys every aspect in life. Not as some explosive freak who knows nothing better then to crash and burn.

Standing up in her explosive state, the female grunted as the explosion finally died out to see that the fire mage seemed to be extremely tired out… Dongsaeng did this?? He really was the type of guy to keep going strong, wasn’t he?? Maybe she should take him under her wing someday when she was strong enough to… yeah… she would actually really like that for plenty of reasons… For now though, she had to defeat the fire mage once and for all! This will be the only way that she had to do it, since she still had the sparks on her hands… She walked up to the fire mage and picked him up by the collar before she tilted her head and smiled softly, he tried to hurt her with more fire but she merely tilted her head, hitting another civvie. “You shouldn’t really do that…” She announced as she tilted her head. She threw him onto the floor and then kneeled on him once more, punching his face multiple times until he was down and out.

“Who's next!” The female shouted as she stood up. She was still slightly angry, although she has mostly calmed down now.

“Whoever’s hiding under those shadows will pay big time, I tell you…” the lightning mage mumbled, having steam erupt from his nostrils. It was kind of comical, but he was getting annoyed. After a fierce combat, this guy below his feet wasn’t even the real threat, which figure had yet to show up. He saw it… by his red eye, someone was going to show up. Sometime. Somewhere. Nearby. It would happen. And when whoever showed up, he would make them pay for what they caused for poor Summer-senpai… why was he so upset over her and her broken blade in the first place? It was distant for Shen to work up over that kind of stuff; it would’ve been different if murder was involved, but a mere broken item that she owned… she could always borrow one of his weapons. Even he didn’t realize this motivative anger… perhaps it was due to her resemblance of himself. Not that it was that apparent, anyway.

Watching over at Summer-senpai, her hands were still filled with sparks. Beneath his feet had the firemage disappeared, only to reappear a few feet away from him; Shen was about to approach him in a dominant manner when the firework mage passed him to approach the wizard. He was about to counter her grab, but apparently, Summer-senpai had recovered quite quickly and showed to completely dominate the last conscious seconds of that fire guy…

“I should’ve told you this earlier, but… that guy, that wizard, he’s not conscious. He never was,” Shen told her, holding a hand to his red eye as an indicator of how he found out that strange fact. Letting the other eye spot the last ember die out, he found the time perfect for the arrival of who stood on top of that roof. He wielded a black cloak, and according to the previous foresight, he was going to target… “SENPAI!” Shen shouted in warning, suddenly tackling Summer-senpai away as a black tentacle was about to smash her to the ground. He quickly got his foothold again and looked up at the new threat. “Damn you mages. And after being so lucky to find that strong mage… I guess that I’ll have to obliterate you myself, then!” Apparently, it was quite catalyzing for Shen as his body suddenly appeared in front of the mind wizard, 50 feet in the air and about to land a leg on the other mage with the red cloak of electric impulses surrounding him. He was like a bolt, but in vain; he never got to contact the wizard as some half-transparent sphere blocked his kick, afterwards pushing him away with sheer gravity. He let out a cry as he landed on the flat earth again, not even far away from Summer-senpai…
