Climbing off of the boat, onto the island that was basically just a really large resort, if not so. Though this wasn't his preferred spent time for some R&R, and he wasn't here for that. Mages were requested to figure out the situation going on at the shoreline, the fishes of the water that didn't usually come close to the shore, were purposefully beaching themselves. And even though Lucius wasn't the type for helping people out, he was curious about this odd situation. Not being part of the helping side of things, just to ease his own thoughts. Walking down to the edge of the sand of which would be referred to as the beach, he knelt down and untied his lace up combat boots. Figuring it would just be more annoying to wear them in this sort of terrain, he left them there along with his bag that he was carrying with himself. Now just wearing some shorts, t-shirt, a cap and sunglasses, all colored black of course. You should expect nothing less from the young adult, he never really wears any other color.
Walking the beach he didn't see to many other people, good, he was early. So he wouldn't have to deal with people, or at least not too much. He would just be able to come in, figure out what is going on, then leave. Stopping when he saw all of the different sea creatures that flopped around in the sand. Though he saw them before, he could deal with them at this distance.

Out of fear, these assortment of ten fish attacked the dark mage, who was clearly not going to take mercy on them. Lucius would name the fishes by what there called, if he cared to ever learn them. It may be somewhere in his memory, but he didn't bother to bring it out if it was, they were all going to be dead anyways. Swiftly he pulled out his knife, flicking it open, he turned it into a scythe. And in one quick move he killed all of them, none of them really put up enough of a fight to be much of a bother. That in itself was a bother to the assassin, he was in the mood to kill things, but he didn't want it to be to easy. It's no fun if your victims don't put up a fight. That's when his wish came true, nearby, four sharks had beached themselves on the sandy shoreline. Which was odd in itself, if this was a beach resort, why were there so many dangerous animals so close by. Maybe this thing, whatever it was, was dragging in sea creatures within a large radius. The teenager had yet to discover the reason behind these occurrences, but in the mean time he would deal with these freaks of nature.
Running over he jumped up, which isn't as high as a jump as he would've liked, but that is to be expected in the shifty sand. Then he let the momentum of himself and the scythe falling, take them down and impale the scythe within the belly of the shark. It squirmed around, making whatever noises sharks make when in pain. It's blood made the other frightened sharks interested, they started to quickly and intensely wiggle and flop their way over there. While they were distracted, feeding on one of their own kind, the young adult made his way around and sliced the weapon straight down the back of one of the sharks. Though he killed his shark, he didn't notice another one quick enough, and it chomped down on his arm. He growled a rather inhuman noise, and used his weapon of reaping to chop of the front of that shark. It let go of him long arm when it was no longer alive, though it didn't do to much damage, it still hurt. Though not enough to stop Lucius, he just ignored it and dealt with the last one. It flopped over to him, attempting to do the same thing as his no longer living friend. But the teen didn't allow this, jumping on top of it, he stabbed the weapon inside of it. Though it attempted to shake him off, the assassin had a good grip on his scythe, and he used his ability that his scythe had to make the large fish bleed out even more so. After it had passed, he swiftly jumped off of it, landing in the sand. Releasing at sigh he looked back at the animal corpses, he was still unsure about this odd occurrence. Was it the fault of a human? Or something else entirely? That is what he was hoping to find out, turning he walked away, going off to deal with some more underwater creatures.

It wasn't to hard to see, a humongous mammal had some how maid itself on shore, the whale flopped and flailed about just like all the fish that the assassin fought before, but this was just a lot more chaotic. Grumbling to himself, he took in a deep breath, figuring it would be easier in this situation, just to get it over with to use his magic. The whites of his eyes turned a color like black, though not possible in this world of ours, because it is something we cannot see or comprehend. But it was a color darker then black, it's void, guess that is to be expected from the magic of the god of darkness and the void. Black veins spread out from his eyes onto his skin like branches on a tree, stepping harshly into the sand he sent out a dark pulse, hitting anything within a ten meter radius of himself. Then brunt of it hit the whale of which was flailing around close by to the young adult. Deciding that he would finish it off quickly, he turned the weapon of reaping back into it's smaller, switchblade form. Then he enveloped his fists in a black fog like casing. Darting up to the whale, he jumped up on top of it, though he didn't stay in one stop, finding that moving around helped him stay on in this situation. He landed two quick jabs into the whale, then a couple more. The young assassin continued this until the spell faded away, though that was enough to kill the whale. Hopping off, he could see the insides of the whale start to move around. Then the whale started to bloat, oh great, it was going to explode. Yanking out his scythe, he hit it repeatedly, though it was difficult, he got it into the water. Where it exploded into a bunch of different pieces, the bits of flesh and bone floated on the waters surface, and a bunch of blood spattered onto the beach and the rest flooded into the waters.

Walking along the beach which was covered in a bunch of underwater creatures, one was scared and decided to attack him. A stingray attempted to swing it's stinger at the legs for the tall teenager, though he just swiftly moved his foot out of the way of the ray's tail. Landing it on top of the stingray, it flopped around, but the assassin just pulled out his knife and stabbed the ray a couple times with it. Rolling his eyes at the lame attempted attack, he took a deep breath and deactivated his powers. The black veins from his face, and the blackness in his eyes faded away, leaving him with a bit more light sensitivity and some slight pain around his eyes and in his eyes. Releasing a sigh, he ignored the pain and turned his head towards a couple of sharks. They flailed about, scared of course, it's to be expected. Walking over he flicked his knife into a scythe, he slashed his weapon repeatedly across the both of them. Only taking a do swings to do the trick.
Looking off into the distance towards to boat of which he arrived on, it appeared as if it was ready to go. Great, and he hasn't even figured out the mystery to this weird occurrence yet. Perhaps another time, the assassin thought as he made his way back over to the ship. He could stay, but the next time the boat was coming was three days from now, and he didn't wanna stay here that long. Like I said earlier, not his type of R&R, he preferred to be by himself in a quiet room drinking some mint tea. Not in this crowed island resort that was having a trouble with fish at the moment. So he was going back elsewhere, not that he had a home to go back to, but he could find a quiet place to sleep. Though apparently a couple of sharks wanted to destroy his plans, flailing about in his way, they attempted to attack him out of fear. Though he wasn't going to let them, he just did to them as he did to the last. Cutting them up without getting hurt himself. Letting out another sigh he continued on his way, turning his scythe back into a switchblade before folding it and placing it in his pocket. Actually making it to the boat with not interruptions this time, he climbed aboard. Still wondering why this was happening, his curiosity was piratically killing him.
